英语口语比赛方案

为了进一步推动我校英语教学和素质教育的发展，现代学院文旅分院在技能节到来之季，特举办高职高专学生英语演讲比赛，本届比赛的时间为4月18日，为了保证赛事的顺利进行，特制订本章程，请各参赛单位遵照执行。

一、比赛宗旨

激发学生学习英语的兴趣、提高英语的综合应用能力，给中学生提供一个锻炼自我、展示自我、捕捉机遇的舞台。

二、主办单位

主办单位：江西现代学院文旅分院

三、比赛形式

1．比赛时间：2007年4月18日

2．比赛地点：文旅分院教学楼（305多媒体教室）

3．参赛对象：面向全体在校各专业学生

4．比赛内容和题目：比赛由两部分组成：

（1）第一部分为已备演讲：从以下两个题目当中任选一题，写一篇500字左右的演讲稿，演讲内容根据以下题目自行拟定，充分发挥，演讲时间为3分钟。

演讲题目：How to Define a Friend（如何定义朋友）

Building Trust Between People（在人们之间建立信任）

（2）第二部分为现场问答：问题为常识性、时事性知识或观点，选

手现场抽抽取两道问题，由主持人念题。问答时间共为两分钟。

四、奖项设置

本次演讲比赛设一、二、三等奖，根据参赛选手人数比例产生，其中一等奖占5%，二等奖占10%，三等奖占20%，所有获奖选手的指导教师均将获得荣誉证书。

五、评判标准

1．评委团：由5位中外英语教师、学者组成。

2．评分标准： 满分为100分，分为四个方面

（1）内容方面：主题鲜明，内容生动占30%

结构清晰，逻辑性强占15%

表达完整，具有创意占15%

（2）语言方面：发音准确，语调标准占30%

用词恰当，表达流利占30%

（3）表演方面：感情充沛，富有表现力占20%

着装整洁，仪表大方占20%

（4）回答问题方面：听懂并基本答出问题占20%

听懂并基本答出一个问题占10%

听懂并基本答出两个问题占20%

七、其他事项

有关比赛和评审的解释权和仲裁权在大赛组织单位。
