Health is the “stone”, life’s foundation stone.The more stable the stone is , the greater success we can get.Health is the “gold”, but it can not be weighed by money, it is above wealth.Some people will say, “wealth can give me famous cars, beautiful coats and large houses, what does the health can take for me?” “ only the health,” I have to say, “but if given the wealth you have been longing for so many years, on condition thatdepriving your health.will you agree?” Most of us will deny this deal, but there may be a few people want to have a try, like the man who sell his kidney(肾)just to get an iphone.losing his health, he must regret now.Health is the number “1”,all the others are the number “0”,without “1”, even if more “0” is just “0”.Health include two parts, one is the physical health, the other is the mental health.This time, I just talk about the physical health.2、How to keep the body healthy? First is the healthy diet.There are ten words to summarize the healthy diet.They are one/two/three/four/five, red/yellow/green/white/black.”each word hasdifferent meanings.The word “one”means: drinking a bag of milk every day,this can improve our intake(吸收)of calcium(kasium);

“two”means we should take in 250~350 grams of thecarbohydrate each day.“three” means eating 3 kinds ofhigh protein foods each day, such as

egg, tofu fish and shrimp(虾).“four”includes four sentences,they are “menu should include both coarse and refined grains(do you know the coarse grains? Corn(玉米)、broomcorn(高粱)soybean(黄豆)are the coarse grains ,rice and wheat are the refined grains.we should match them up during our meals;)

the last three sentences are :the diet must be light;three meals needed every day;don’t eat too full”

Now we talk about the colors.different color represent different food.The “red/yellow/green” all represent the corresponding color of vegetables.“white” means Oats(燕麦),oats contain much prandial(膳食的)

fiber,which can help us reduce the cholesterol(胆固醇)[kə'lestərɔl] and lose weight.“black” stands for the black food, like the black fungus ['fʌŋɡəs](黑木耳)black rice /Black sesame ['sezəmi, 'ses-](黑芝麻)and so on, these food contain rich nutrition, can prevent aging(防衰老)and tonifyingour kidney(补肾).Moderate exercise

I think all of you know this song, its name is ,though we can’t stop the growth of our age as the song sing, we can take exercise to reduce the destruction the aging caused.We should know the right way of exercise.The moderate exercise should follow some rules.These ruls can be summarized asthe words “three/five/right”.“three” means each time you take exercise ,the moderate quantity of motion is a three kilometers or above 30 minutes.“five” tells us we should make exercise five times each week.There are so many exercises,you should choose the right one.The aerobic exercise(有氧运动)is good for us.Jogging(慢跑), biking, basketball, football and basketball,all of them are aerobic exercise, the character of these exercise is its low intensity and the rhythm.Aerobic exercise can enhance heart lungs endurance and improve the body resistance, anti-aging.Aerobic exercise is recognized as one of the best health way of losing weight.快走、慢跑、骑自行车、篮球、足球等都是有氧运动,有氧运动的特点是强度低、有节奏、持续时间长。有氧运动可以增强心肺耐力,提高机体抵抗力,抗衰老。有氧运动被公认为是最好的健康减肥的方法.

第二篇:健康体检通知(英语)Health

各位同事们好!

万众期待的2014员工体检即将开始。本次体检与2013不同:长沙、深圳两地分属不同体检机构进行。

凡湖南海翼电子商务有限公司、深圳海翼翱翔科技有限公司、深圳海翼翱翔商贸有限公司2014年6月30日前(含)入职,且2014年9月30日在职、在岗人员,均可参加本次体检。行政将于9月29日12:00前以表单形式通知、确认到人。

原则上,员工以入职地为准选择体检机构。但如果有部分同事长期异地出差,可在9月29日12:00前报备出差地区行政,参与当地体检。请勿无报备即异地体检、或长沙深圳两地重复报备,该行为将影响公司体检的正常进行。

长沙地区体检详情如下:

1)体检地点:长沙市第三人民医院门诊7楼体检中心。

医院位于长沙市劳动西路176号(近劳动广场),建院时间超过90年,为省会长沙一所集医疗、教学、科研、保健、预防于一体的大型公立综合三级医院。

2)体检时间:2014年10月08日-31日期间,工作日(周一至周五)7:30-10:00。

4)注意事项:       检查前一日晚最好禁食酒类、高脂高蛋白饮食,勿过度疲劳,注意休息; B超检查肝胆、胰腺或腹部肿块需禁食12小时(即检查前晚7时后不再进食); B超检查膀胱或前列腺等盆部器官前,要求膀胱充盈,故不要排空小便,必要时检查前可多饮水;

照 光片宜穿棉质上衣,不宜穿有金属钮扣的内衣,不佩戴项链、玉佩等。孕妇和准备怀孕的女士禁忌照片、透视!

体检当日请勿进食早餐,在抽血和B超后方可进食(医院有提供);

如正在服用某些药物(如降压药、降糖药),应及时告诉体检医师,以免影响医师正确评估体检结果;

5)体检顺序:门诊大厅接待处报“湖南海翼+个人姓名”,领取体检表→七楼体检中心抽血、量血压、常规检查、其他检查、做B超→交体检表至体检中心。

具体体检程序请遵从导检人员安排。

Some people think time is the most important thing in our life.Some people think money is the most important thing in our life.Some people think friendship is the most important thing in our life.But I think health is the most important thing in our life.We live in this world, maybe there are many beautiful things.We can get something again and again, such as love, friendship, money and so on.But if we lose health, we can never get it back again.If you are in poor health, you will not feel these things and the world is always gray in your eyes.It’ s really serious.Just as a saying goes, “where there is health, there is hope.where there is hope,there is everything.”So we can see that health is above everything.But how can we keep in good health?

And that’s our topic today—smoking is bad for your health.The data based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, cigarette contains more than 4,000 chemicals, as well as more than 250 kinds of toxic or carcinogenic.I will be in three parts of the contents, first to talk about the dangers of smoking, followed by talking about why so many people smoke, and finally some advice to quit.吸烟的危害

吸烟有害健康---我们都觉得有道理。据世界卫生组织调查,在工业发达国家有1/4的肺部癌症患者中,吸烟者占90%;死于支气管炎的,吸烟者占75%,死于心肌梗塞的吸烟者占了25%

Smoking is bad for your health---no kidding we will agree with that.According to the World Health Organization, 1/4 of the lung cancer patients in industrially developed countries , 90% are smokers;those who were died of bronchitis, smokers accounted for 75%;and in myocardial infarction smokers accounted for 25%

吸烟不仅给本人带来危害,而且殃及子女。有学者对5200个孕妇进行调查分析,结果发现,父亲不吸烟的,子女先天畸形比率约为0.8%。父亲每天吸烟1-10支,这个比率增加到1.4%,每天吸烟10支以上,比率增加到2.1%。孕妇本人吸烟也会影响婴儿的死亡率。每天吸烟不足一包的,婴儿死亡率为20%,吸烟一包以上者,死亡比率增加到35%以上。吸烟会使人变笨吗?根据英国伦敦国王学院的调查,研究涉及8800名50岁以上的老人,吸烟会加速大脑的老化,而超重和高血压等和记忆力下降有关。

戒烟的方法各种各样,并且因人而异。首先请要有信心和决心。自信是成功的基石。如果你没有决心戒烟后面的事你做也是徒劳,而信心不足,会使你在烟瘾来的时候动摇

其次,有计划地减少每天吸烟的次数。比如,现在每天抽两包,一个月后每天抽一包,两个月后半包。

再之,丢掉所有的香烟,打火机,烟灰缸,请你的家人监督。比如,在烟瘾来的时候怎么办?,比如,可以做深呼吸,喝茶,吃些小零食等活动来分散注意力,等等

There are various methods to quit smoking, and it varies from person to person.First, please have confidence and determination.Self-confidence is the cornerstone of success.Lack of confidence shakes you when your smoking cravings make a visit.And it is futile if you do not have the determination to quit smoking behind the things you do.Secondly, make out plans to reduce the number of daily smoking.For example, if you smoke two packs a day, you can reduce to a pack after a month and a half in next month instead.Again, Throw away all the cigarettes, lighters, and ashtrays, do not leave a hope.Your family’s supervision will help a lot.How about the cravings coming back? You can take activities to distract, like a deep breath, drinking tea, eating snacks and so on.总结
