梦回唐朝(大唐盛世)大型古装主题派对（酒吧）

一个视觉享受的主题派对，一个现场感官上的主题派对，针对酒吧消费者对酒吧文化

越来越高的要求，特策划出以下活动方案：

活动主题：大唐盛世（富丽堂皇的皇宫，身穿盔甲的侍卫，美丽动人的妙龄宫女，艳绝当代的歌舞，唐皇武帝，华冠妃子，金生玉就，穷尽奢华。。。）

士兵盔甲服装

主要以黄色布料，灯笼，旗帜，服装来装饰和突出派对主题。场内四周插上各式旗帜。

皇上，贵妃，宫女服装

舞台人员编排复古舞蹈

太监服装（蓝色）

所有工作人员全部穿戴复古服饰

女皇武则天服装

千手观音舞蹈服装

VJ负责LED主题画面，以及配合舞蹈灯光。

DJ台挂写有主题的锦旗。

底墒铺上刺有图案的红色地毯，顶部灯笼挂成两排

.门口迎宾服装，走廊两面用黄色布料装饰，御林军服装

活动具体安排：

1、活动当天场地布置：

工作人员当日下午3点开始布置场地，由（）监督管理。

2、舞台人员舞蹈，音乐：

舞台人员舞蹈，音乐最后彩排，做到万无一失。

3、工作人员服装安排：

场地布置完毕后由个领班负责领取服装，演出结束后由领班收集衣服并交还，做到良好的管理。

活动目的为了回报一年来对SOS酒吧支持的新老客户，SOS酒吧将在除夕夜为新老客户献上一场辞旧迎新〈〈欢乐中国年〉〉大型主题盛宴。欢乐祥和，新年新气象，以酒吧时尚前卫独特风格结合中华民族文化底蕴揭开SOS酒吧娱乐航母新篇章。

活动安排

一． 时间安排

1．活动进行时间1月25日晚19时至次日4时

2．对外宣传

灯箱喷绘广告、网站广告、电视挂角在__月__日前由策划部落实

手机短信20000条在__月__日前由策划部落实

海报及宣传册在__月__日前有策划部落实

外联寻合作单位赞助商，以及文化行政有关部门参加派对活动（根据实际情况策划部安排）。

舞台部：

DJ准备具有新年气氛歌曲，舞曲，新年钟声结合等音乐（结合中华民族音乐文化节奏欢快）

MC准备新年电台祝词（依节目所需，贴切酒吧娱乐文化生活）

VJ准备LED所需要喜庆片段画面等素材（结合DJ音乐共同完成）

舞蹈准备开场舞（音乐以民族喜庆音乐结合HIPHOP齐舞与DJ合作制作：服装以红色喜庆套装为主）中场情景秀金牛财神牛年送大礼（舞蹈一段金牛财神情景秀音乐与DJ合作制作；服装道具自定）新年钟声后舞台带气氛（与DJ音乐制作合作完成）歌手拌舞一曲

歌手准备每人三首与春节喜庆有关歌曲（选择一首歌曲舞编协调拌舞）彩排时间与__月__日至__月__日由舞台总监安排落实

所需服装道具清单与__月__日前交与策划部

楼面部：准备迎宾新年祝词以及迎宾方法排练（结合喜气拜年方式）出品准备当晚所需年味小吃套餐样式（例：水饺）与__月__日前交与楼面副总审批并协调营销部活动当日推出

策划部：派对所需布景、服装、等物品与__月__日前由策划部落实

营销部：针对派对活动优惠促销办法（结合派对主题）与__月__日前交与总经办审批由营销副总落实（策划部配合）

三． 活动实施及各部门配合1．8：00—9：40欢乐中国年除夕之夜阶段

客人进入大厅迎宾口语祝词引入大厅，两名金牛装扮公仔迎宾向客人嘻哈招呼并发放小礼品（小公仔以及冲气玩具数量有限分时发放）。吧台、营销、舞蹈歌手在客人陆续进入场内期间随音乐气氛闹场玩耍带动身边客人容入节日气氛。MC电台祝语及简介本晚派对活动引领客人进入喜庆氛围。歌手每人两首歌唱响新年欢庆歌曲，营销部指定7-10名人员配合围绕歌手演出舞台做气氛，女歌（两首喜庆歌曲）

2．9：40—11：00欢乐中国年金牛闹春阶段

男歌两首（两首喜庆歌曲）接开场舞金牛闹春，台下营销以及指定DS扮演金牛公仔指定位置带气氛（以舞池与小舞台为主），10：20领舞（装扮金牛公仔DS上台带气氛为主）。10：45男歌手三首气氛歌（一首喜庆歌曲）期间MC调节气氛。

3．11：00—11：40欢乐中国年金牛财神送大礼阶段

男歌之后接领舞（同上阶段领舞）11.20中场情景秀金牛财神牛年送大礼，情景秀结束后LED大屏幕抽奖（财神主持）被抽到顾客上台砸金元宝送出大礼，接领舞发放中大号金牛公仔，营销台下烘托气氛（挣抢礼物为主，尖叫呐喊配合）MC现场根据情况调节气氛。保安部派遣4名保安在舞池两侧以及主要集中人群设置保安以免在挣抢礼物是发生不必要混乱。

4．11：40—12：10欢乐中国年辞旧迎新大拜年阶段

新年钟声敲响前十分钟MC电台拨报（围绕喜庆祥和迎新贺词）舞台部所有人员（除DJ台人员外）跟随音乐陆续积聚舞台，有请SOS酒吧主要领导懂事领导，楼面部，营销部，财务部，保安部，服务部，出品部请上舞台由懂事长周总携SOS酒吧全体员工简单发言至欢庆拜年词，倒记时一起敲响新年钟声（MC根据DJ音乐主持）全场待钟声最后一声敲响时指定服务员（由楼面部负责落实）点燃冷烟火向顾客发放（烟火均匀散布）；指定营销10名在各领舞台点燃（由销售部负责落实）：舞台冷烟火及LED灯光配合（由舞台部落实）钟声敲响过后待领导下场完毕，烟火安放完毕后听MC主持配合DJ音乐指定两名DS（金牛装扮公仔打头手持冷烟火）与其余DS，十名营销配合排火车饶场（饶场路线彩排由舞台总监定制）搞气氛，气氛后接女歌三首喜庆中国年歌曲（一首喜庆歌曲舞蹈拌舞）

活动目的：8月26日是中国农历的七月初七是中国的情人节，酒吧七夕派对方案。为增加酒吧当天的活动主题内容，引导顾客消费，让顾客深入了解酒吧。

一、活动计划及介绍：

为酒吧在社会上树立良好的口碑达到一定影响力，201x-08-26日中国七夕情人节特别推出《情锁派对》欢度中国情人节。主要以主题活动和特别嘉宾丰富当天的活动，使其达到一定的活动效果，提高酒吧的品牌宣传。

二、活动内容:

筹划方案：

一、游戏（主持：小马 马明红）

阿里巴巴CLUB时装设计大赛（负责主持：马明红。奖品发放：董经理）

选择三对情侣上台进行时装设计比赛，要求男的用我们所给的道具为女的打扮3分钟时间，打扮好以后由客人的叫喊声来评比冠军，叫喊声最多的为胜利方，冠军奖励洋酒套餐一份。二等奖奖励巧克力一盒！三等奖奖励公仔一个、玫瑰花一朵。

二、拍卖活动：（主持：小马 马明红）

水晶玫瑰花一朵、巧克力一盒进行拍卖，喊价最高的可以获得。

三、情锁派对：（主持：小马 马明红）

选择二名DS和周杰伦模仿秀（高鹏）在一起每个人身体上放锁一把，要求10名客人去DJ台领取钥匙一把去开锁（每人一把），开得高鹏身体上锁者可以获得高鹏与名星签名照片一张巧克力一盒，规划方案《酒吧七夕派对方案》。

开得DS身体上的锁的顾客可以获得玫瑰花一朵啤酒一打。

三，酒吧各部门注意事项

1、吧台：负责酒水的安排及奖品的安排（负责人：乐主管）

2、DJ台：负责当天的音乐主持及灯光的调制。（负责人：东尼）

灯光小静负责、调音张伟负责、VJ广告宣传琪琪、DJ音乐负责：前场BOBO、后场小马。

3、迎宾：负责给当天客人的活动介绍及带位。（负责人：敬国强）

4、服务员：负责当天服务卫生及与客人之间的互动，场地的布置。

1、pOp排的宣传，主要是门口立体灯厢（3个）的宣传其中包括嘉宾的介绍,活动的安排及介绍。大喷绘一张，打出酒吧当天活动的内容。

小写真10张，主要粘贴到各大街道现眼处宣传。
