1、准时递交申请表格准时是最重要的条件之一，不论你是申请奖学金或是助学金，只要过了截止日期，校方是不会处理这些逾期文件的。

2、不要有错字递交任何申请表格时，请仔细检查所有错字，即使只是小小的一个单字拼错，都会影响你的申请。在寄出你的表格前，请多花五分钟检查一下。

3、符合基本申请条件如果奖学金申请条件是GPA一定要4.0，那么请你一定要拿出4.0的成绩，因为如果没有符合标准却还是申请，审核部门会觉得你连基本规则都看不懂，在学术表现上应该也没有多大成就。申请人更不可以抱着侥幸的心态，这样只会更糟。

4、用计算机打字所有的申请文件与essay请用计算机打字，并选择适合阅读的字型与字体大小，即使你的手写字体非常美观，但是用计算机打字不但方便审阅老师阅读，也代表你对此事的重视，记住干净整洁的申请表格，是你必须带给审查老师的第一印象。
