Sales secretary
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.With minimum supervision and direction, independently administer effectively and efficiently overall administrative services support to sales account manager.2.Prepare quotation for sales activities, follow up with sales contract as per the instruction of the Sales Manager.3.Arrange shipment of products an shipping documents.4.Prepare sales kits for Account Managers to facilitate sales activities.5.Fully responsible for the logistics arrangement of all business events and meetings(i.e.Kick off meetings, sales meetings and trainings)and be also fully accountable for the smooth and successful execution.6.Actively assist and participate in the coordination and organization of recreation activities.7.Work as a team together with other secretaries and provide necessary backup support as required.8.Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, product lines and departments and branches as necessary.Orbotech（奥宝电子），高科技光学检测及成像解决方案的世界领导者，其总部位于以色列，并于1984年开始在美国纳斯达克上市，超过30个技术支持中心遍布在美洲、欧洲及亚太区。奥宝亚太区的总部位于香港，并在台湾地区，中国大陆，韩国和新加坡设有公司。
