（一）企业申报年检提交下列材料：

１、法定代表人或负责人签署的年检报告书(网上预审通过后打印)；

２、企业年检指定的代表或者委托代理人的证明； ３、营业执照副本原件；

４、经营范围中有属于企业登记前置行政许可经营项目的，提交相关许可证件、批准文件的复印件(加盖公章)，并提供原件核对。

内资企业，做工商年检；

外资企业，须做联合年检。

一般办理组织机构代码证年检需提供：

4、银行开户许可证原件及复印件。
