【Lead_in】 The Hongshan District Government recently published 640 photos revealing the problems in the process of city management.The government said that they hope to arouse the attentions of relevant departments and promote city management.【画外】曝光问题的照片，贴满了32块公示牌。问题涉及到环境卫生、违法占道、违建、交通秩序、渣土污染、“门前三包”等九类环境综合整治问题，例如友谊大道加油站旁的卫生死角、地面油污，野芷湖大桥下的暴露垃圾、陈家湾加油站人行道砖块破损，以及武汉火车站站区办的围栏污渍，还有珞喻路、书城路沿线的机动车违法停放等，每张照片都指明了具体地址和问题，旁边还为整改后的情景留下空白处。

据了解，珞南街、关山街等10个街（乡），城管、园林、水务以及交通等16个部门，都是这些问题的责任单位。让这些部门的管理问题全部公开曝光，这在洪山区是一个尝试，在全市也属首次。

【画外】城管问题之所以要上榜公布，源头是洪山区正在进行一场“城管革命”的春季行动。每周，他们将更新展板两次，整改一处，就将整改后的照片贴上去，让整改进度一目了然。所有问题的整改都有进度条显示，红色表示未完成部分，绿色为已完成整改部分。
