一、简历种类

“我 面试 了好几家证券公司,专业笔试完成得非常好,可每次就因为性格测试过不了关,连 面试 机会都没有。我尝试了不同的回答,但结果都和用人性格要求不符。一连几次挫败,如今凡见到性格测试卷就像是有了心理障碍,不知如何是好。我该怎么办?”

上面是记者在某高校BBS上见到的回复率很高的一则帖子。记者发现,类似于这类由“性格测试”失败导致的求职困惑,不仅在应届毕业生中高频率发生,很多求职者都遇到过,而且一场性格测试题做下来,失败的比率都很大。屡战屡败的求职者感觉苦恼不已。性格测试测什么

在供大于求的市场中,企业用人自然就变得更加精挑细选,从而使得求职步骤复杂化,笔试、数轮 面试、情景模拟、逻辑测试、性格测试等不一而足;而求职者,不得不过关斩将,险象环生。

记者从多家公司了解到,企业引入的性格测试测评工具,有MBTI麦氏模型人格类型测试,霍兰德职业倾向测试,以及一些测评公司根据行业和岗位的不同而总结的测试量表。公司将求职者的测试结果输入电脑后,就能得到其性格是否和岗位要求相符的评判。

一些公司非常相信个人性格对人职匹配的影响,甚至让性格测试作为筛选求职者的第一关。某知名物流公司的应聘 流程,就是给所有应聘者做性格测试问卷,问卷通过率极低,一般只有10%左右,通过者才能获得 简历 审查和面试的机会。

求职者无奈应对

求职者告诉记者,如今越来越多的企业设置了性格测试的门槛,特别是一些知名公司。性格测试题目五花八门,让求职者摸不着头脑。

有些是是非题,如“请问你是个富于冒险精神的人吗?”“你是否认准一个目标就希望尽快实现,不达目的,暂不罢休?”有些是AB项选择题,如“如果你是位老师,你愿教:A、注重实践的课程,B、理论研究的课程”;“你希望自己被看作是个:A、实干家,B、天才发明家”;“你更容易喜欢或倾向哪一个词?A、说服,B、打动”;等等。很多题目的选择项有褒贬之分,有些则是中性 词汇,根据成功者的经验,并不是全部选择褒义 词汇 就能顺利通过,往往选择了一些贬义词反而能通过 考试。

而另一些失败的求职者说,第一次参加性格测试在做题目时往往会真实回答,失败后第二次遇到时,往往会自认聪明地做“换位思考”,让自己站在“应聘职位所要求的性格”这一角度考虑,可是却还是经常以失败告终。“凭经验和专业知识我都胜任有余,难道仅凭一个小小的测试就草率将我拒之门外?如果说测试是准确的话,难道我就该放弃十几年所学,放弃该职业?”求助者们普遍有类似无奈且置疑的反馈。

四招教你从容应对

兵来将挡,水来土掩。简历 可以让专业机构修改得夺人眼目,面试问题可以事先准备得天衣无缝,逻辑测试可以买来测试题提前预习过关,情景对话可以进行小组模拟演练……那么性格测试是否也有方法应对呢?

记者了解到,除了性格测试外,有关“人职匹配”的测试还有很多种,如兴趣与职业匹配测试,个体价值观和职业匹配测试,能力(包括认知能力、操作能力、社交能力)与职业匹配测试,气质与职业匹配测试,16PF人格测试等。这些测试由专业的人才测评公司研发使用,有些只是性格或者气质类型与职业匹配的单方面测试,有些则是综合了气质、性格、能力、价值观等多方面的综合测试。目前有些招聘公司自行简单地引入一套测试题,而有些公司则将求职者送入专业人才测评公司的评价中心进行综合“诊断”。由于测试种类繁多且对不同岗位有不同的结果和答案,因此求职者基本上无从准备。

一、真实答题

测试是为了得出正确的结果,因此大多测试题前后都有相互验证的题目。若求职者自作聪明,选择该职位可能要求的性格选项,则很可能导致测试前后不符,这样很容易让招聘公司发现你是个不诚实的人,从而首先予以筛除。

二、在无干扰的情况下答题

求职者应该要求给予一个安静、无干扰的环境,然后放松心情,读懂题目后答题,这样才能得出与自己相符的答案。

三、答题忌偏激

虽然不同岗位需要不同的性格测试要求,可是企业偏好每个对应组分值差别不大的人。比如MBTI测试中会得出“外倾型/内倾型、感觉型/直觉型、思维型/感情型、判断型/知觉型”四组数据结果。若测试得出外倾型(15)/内倾型(35),两个数据相差过大,则大多会被淘汰。因此求职者做题切忌极端,将某一相关分值提得太高。

四、积极争取面试机会

测试只是应聘 考试 的一个方面,有时因为求职者答题时的心情、环境等影响,或者测试卷本身在“信度”和“效度”上存在误差,很有可能导致结果并不正确可靠。因此求职者若得知结果并不理想,还是要积极想办法争取到面试机会,并在面试时适度解释“做题时状态不佳”,并且用自己多年优秀的工作成绩,来证明自己能胜任该项工作。
