前言

年初润华广告转换公司定位,公司性质由经营部门转为职能部门,归属于品牌建设中心,公司各项业务也随之有所改变,工作内容不只是服务于集团及汽车板块,工作重点已成为润华集团的品牌建设工作。参加工作以来,我的岗位是媒介管理,主要负责集团及各品牌的广告宣传方面,针对各品牌的特点及广宣要求进行媒体投放建议及执行广告发布,参与各类活动的媒体服务工作。这半年的工作,除了媒介岗位的日常工作,还有协助品牌打造的许多工作,不仅实际工作需要转变工作角色,而且各项工作的出发点要以集团层面为主。

第一部分上半年工作概述

第二部分:自我工作总结及要求

1、参与了许多配合领导打造品牌建设的工作,有利于更快得进行角色的转换,从而使以后的工作中严格的执行公司的VI 集团形象标准,并一切从集团形象考虑各类的广宣工作。例如,平面宣传、电台等各类广宣中,虽增加了很多流程,但在消费者、媒体的角度看来,润华集团的形象有了一定的改变,一开始很多媒体排版都是我行我素,但现在媒体在排版时都会先征求我们的要求。电台广告中也统一集团形象,增加了品牌的归属感。

2、在正常的日常工作中,严格的贯彻执行集团形象,引导各品牌熟悉新制定的广告管理办法,及各项流程,保证广宣工作的顺畅。由于对于新的流程,我也是个初学者,做的还有很多不足,在执行过程中也有很多遗漏的问题,下步工作更应该增加自身的专业能力,满足集团品牌建设的工作要求。

3、作为媒介管理,最多的工作就是与媒体打交道,注重与媒体的沟通中,都要以集团品牌为出发点,集团是第一位的,任何宣传都不得脱离集团形象的宣传。

4、时刻保持对各品牌执行集团VI的敏感度,遇到问题要以第一责任人的角色及时处理。对此,作为润华品牌建设中心的员工,首先要扎实自身的业务能力,对各类VI标准熟记于心的。

5、在半年内,以往的广宣工作只执行到发稿这个结点以及收集样报,只要看到有润华标示就可以,可是现在集团制订了VI标示,每一次广宣都会第一意识考虑集团的形象,无论是集团标示,以及规范了汽车品牌的名称。

第三部分:工作中的建议

1、目前集团VI在执行中,有极个别的汽车经销商没有第一执行意识,或许还有些不配合的,在天泽企划部下发VI标准后,即使出现违反标准的,也没有任

何警告措施,我认为,一是要对各个市场部专员进行集团形象的培训,有品牌建设中的人员,对VI的执行进行详细讲解,并对违法标准的有一定的措施。

2、目前,品牌建设中心的岗位改革还在继续中,岗位工作一直延续着没改革之前的,部门管理岗位重多,我个人认为管理级别较为错综,有时会有不同的领导交待给不同工作人员,工作权责这样就有可能界限不明,这样有时会延误工作的进展。

1、负责媒体传播方案的创意及文案撰写,参与完成公司各类广告的创意工作。

2、根据确定的广告创意,细化广告内容及形式,完成广告文案的编写工作。

1、根据公司游戏产品特点,进行人群画像分析、产品卖点分析,结合不同买量投放渠道特性,策划投放推广内容(包括但不限于广告图片、视频、落地页等)

2、规划广告形式与内容,配合广告素材设计制作团队,提供各类素材的制作方向,跟进完成素材制作。

3、对目前移动端游戏产品的广告投放市场有较深的了解,收集、分析热门产品和竞品广告的优质素材。
