【大赛简介】
2012中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛陕西赛区
中央电视台英语演讲风采大赛暨第二届中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采陕西大赛(以下简称“大赛”)是中宣部、国家广电总局正式批准的,由中央电视台主办的面向全国的大型电视英语比赛。大赛以培养兴趣、增强信心、展示风采、树立榜样为目的,参赛选手来自全国各省、市、自治区,涉及各行各业,以在校学生为主。
大赛一直以其无可比拟的学术地位与媒体影响力著称,被视为国内同类比赛中档次和规模最高的赛事。现已成为中国规模最大、最有影响力的外语比赛,为各年龄段的英语爱好者提供了一个实现英语梦想、展望美好未来的舞台。大赛自2000年起每年举办一届,距今已成功举办十二届,参赛人数近3200万,影响人数超过8000万人。
大赛分为地方选拔赛、全国预选赛、全国总决赛三个阶段,分幼儿、小学低年级(1-3年级)、小学高年级(4-6年级)、初中、高中、成人、教师七个组别进行比赛。陕西赛区选拔赛又分为各地市分赛区选拔和全省总决赛两个阶段。各地市分赛区通过选拔赛、初赛、复赛、决赛四个层次进行选拔,严格选拔英语水平优秀的选手参加省级决赛。全省总决赛在西安进行。全省总决赛将邀请全省英语界的权威专家和外籍专家担任评判工作,评选出优胜者参加全国预选赛。全国预选赛、总决赛集中在北京进行,全国总决赛邀请全国英语界的权威专家和外籍专家担任评委,中央电视台对全国总决赛以及颁奖典礼给予全程录像播出。
此项赛事自2000年开赛以来便受到社会各界的普遍关注和支持,历届大赛在各地均受到各地市委宣传部、市政府新闻办、当地电视台、教育电视台、报纸教育专栏节目、教育出版社等在内的社会各界的大力支持。同时也得到了中央电视台节目宣传策划部门的全程支持。就大赛本身而言,给各参与合作的单位带来了较好的社会和经济效益,尤其从事外语教育培训的机构更是如此。2010陕西赛区共设立七个分赛区(西安、咸阳、渭南、宝鸡、汉中、安康、延安),同时在社会上掀起一片英语学习的热潮,进一步提升陕西人民的总体英语水平。
四、大赛活动具体安排:
本次大赛分为幼儿组,小学低(1-3)年级组,小学高(4-6)年级组,初中组,高中组五个组别。
1、幼儿组宣传报名阶段:即日起至2011年12月10日止。

2、幼儿组各赛段比赛:2012年1月初至2012年5月下旬。
3、本次大赛幼儿组分为初赛、复赛、全省总决赛三个阶段。
初赛时间:拟定于2012年1月进行; 初赛比赛环节:才艺展示、评委问答。
初赛赛前培训:拟定于2011年12月;培训费100元,自愿参加。
培训时长90分钟(60分钟中教、30分钟外教)复赛时间:拟定于2012年3月进行;
复赛比赛环节:才艺展示(如:自我介绍和英文儿歌或者歌曲、诗歌、故事等等)

复赛赛前培训:拟定于2012年3月;培训费100元,自愿参加。
培训时长90分钟(60分钟中教、30分钟外教)全省总决赛时间:拟定于2011年5月进行;
全省总决赛比赛环节:才艺展示、评委问答、多媒体题库、听力题。各分赛区每组前20名选手代表到西安参加。
4、全国总决赛:拟定于2012年6月至7月进行;幼儿组各省赛区每组
前10名选手参加。
5、节目播出:2012年7月至8月,播出全国决赛实况录像。
六、奖项设置:
1、全省总决赛每组设置特等奖,一等奖,二等奖,三等奖,优胜奖、希望奖若干名;还评出最佳语音奖、最具学识奖、机智灵活奖等单项奖,授予获奖证书、奖杯或奖牌。
2、大赛将根据各组织单位组织情况,评出最佳组织奖若干,授予获奖证书、奖牌。
3、大赛组委会将为进入到全省总决赛选手的指导老师颁发荣誉证书,以资鼓励。

初赛:
1、自备题演讲2分钟:演讲、故事(话题不限);
2、对话交流1—2分钟;
复赛:
1、幼儿、小学a组:看图编故事2分钟;小学b组:用词编故事2分钟;初中、高中组:用词编短文2分钟;大学成人组:命题演讲2分钟;
2、才艺展示2分钟:英文歌曲、朗诵、小品、戏剧等(鼓励创新);
决赛:
1、即兴演讲2分钟;
2、话题讨论。内容:参考各组别指定用书。
五、分组安排:
(一)幼儿组(4~6岁的学龄前儿童)
(二)小学a组(小学1~3年级)
(三)小学b组(小学4~6年级)
(四)初中组(初中一年级~三年级)
(五)高中组(普通高中、中专、技校、职高)
(六)大学成人组(在校大学生、各行业青年)
六、比赛形式及内容
(一)形式:
1.初赛:(1)自备题演讲2分钟:演讲、故事(话题不限);

七、比赛程序
分为分赛区初赛、复赛、决赛;总决赛半决赛、决赛。
八、时间安排
(一)报名时间:2009年3月1日-6月30日止
(二)比赛时间:1.2009年7月31日前,各分赛区初赛、复赛、决赛;2.拟定于2009年8月上旬,举行全省总决赛。
十、参赛对象、费用
(一)年龄在4岁至35周岁的青少年均可报名参加。
(二)参赛选手认真填写报名表,交纳初赛报名费、证书费、评审费70元/人。进入复赛交评审费60/人;进入决赛交评审费50元/人,(以上费用不含培训、夏令营等费用)。
(三)大赛指定用书参赛选手按各组别实际价格,自愿购买。
(四)本次大赛坚持学生自愿报名参加的原则,任何组织单位不得强迫学生参加,或者限制参赛名额。
十、奖项设立
(一)未进入复赛选手颁发新星奖证书(复赛入围按参赛人数的50%评选);
(二)未进入决赛选手颁发希望奖证书(决赛入围按复赛人数的30%评选);
(三)各分赛区可根据当地实际情况,自行设置奖项。各分赛区选拔每组别前6名选手参加全省总决赛。
(四)总决赛奖项设立:
各组别评选冠、亚、季军各一名、一、二、三等奖、优胜奖和单项奖。
(五)特殊贡献奖、爱心贡献奖、最佳组织奖、组织奖、优秀教师奖;
(六)组委会将在网站上公布获奖选手名单;获奖选手优先参加由云南省青少年英语口语大赛组委会和云南省国际青年交流中心举办的国际交流活动。
