一、思想方面

二、工作方面

在日常的工作中,我能认真的完成教案、听课记录、运动会方案、元旦班会方案等各项工作。认真对待每天的活动,有准备的组织丰富有趣的教育活动。注意给胆小的、注意力易分散的孩子多一些参与活动的机会,并给予及时的鼓励;给体弱的孩子多一些照料;给能干的孩子多一些挑战。

通过一学期的教学活动,孩子们养成了良好的活动常规和与同伴分享、合作的习惯,动手能力、想象力、创造力也大大提高了。同时我还不断地向同事学习,去听其他老师组织的教学活动,取长补短。通过一个学期的学习与实践,自身素质也得到了很大的提高,为自己从事的教育工作奠定了良好的基础。

三、家长工作方面

我们服务的对象是家长和孩子,要想教育好孩子,家长的作用是不可忽视的。所以,这就需要我们在教育好幼儿的同时,做好家长工作。为了使家长信任、支持和配和我们的工作,我采取了以下措施: 1.主动亲切地与家长沟通。我充分利用了早上来园和离园的时间跟家长交流,使家长了解自己孩子在园的情况。2.让家长参与到我们的工作中。在主题教学活

动中,我们开展了亲子活动,让家长和幼儿共同完成,例如让家长和幼儿共同剪窗花,制作相框。这活动不仅能促进我们与家长的关系,而且还能让家长更了解我们的工作。

四、德育工作方面

很多人都说,你们好辛苦呀,必须要有耐心才可以,否则孩子们整天吵死了。其实做为一名幼儿教师光有耐心是不够的,我们还有细心,更重要的是要有一颗爱心,要用这颗爱心平等的对待每一个孩子,只有这样才能赢得孩子们的心,同时赢得家长和朋友们的心。

爱孩子不是说在嘴上,而是要放在心里,爱孩子要了解孩子们的兴趣、爱好、家庭状况。于是我利用早上接待和下午离园的时间和家长交谈,了解孩子们在家的表现,身体状况和当时的情绪,以便我更好的在一日生活中观察孩子,并有针对性的进行个别教育。

五、卫生保健方面

以培养幼儿各项生活习惯为重点,抓好幼儿在园生活习惯,照顾好幼儿的身体健康,生活习惯培养包括:培养饭前便后洗手,饭后擦嘴等良好卫生习惯,督促幼儿多喝水,培养幼儿大小便的自理能力。根据天气变化,及时帮幼儿增减衣服,以防感冒,对体弱多病的幼儿给予特别照顾。每天认真地做好晨检、消毒和打扫工作,加强幼儿的保健卫生,一旦发现幼儿有异常身体现象,及时联系幼儿家长。管理好午睡,帮助幼儿养成良好的午睡习惯,做好预防幼儿常见疾病的工作,减少细菌滋生。

这半年时间虽然辛苦,但是收获当然也不小。在工作中我享受到收获的喜悦,看着孩子们一张张活泼,可爱的笑脸,我觉得自己的付出并没有白费。我深深地感到,教师的人生就是实实在在,就是默默无闻,就是不求索取!也在工作中发现一些存在的问题。我的收获我会用于下学期的工作中,我所碰到的问题我要认真思考想办法解决,力求把日后的工作做得更好!

一、自身素质的提高

1、积极学习教育教学理论。

自己虽然从教已有两年时间,但接触到美术教学是这学期。在学生时代出于对美术的酷爱,也曾参加过相应的学习,但已歇笔多年。面对美术教学,我还是比较茫然。要从哪里入手教好美术呢?我把理论学习放到了首位。我积极参加学校、组内组织切实有效的学习讨论活动,学习新课标,通读教材,自学相关的理论书籍。把新课标的理念渗透到教学中,教学注重以培养学生的合作交流意识和实践创新能力为主,注重尊重学生的需要,培养学生的自学能力。

2、虚心请教 在美术教学方面,我是新老师。于是我利用各种机会不断向同组老师学习。开学一段时间,坚持听课,以便尽快掌握新的教育教学的方法,把握好课堂教学。自己遇到不够明白的地方虚心向其他老师请教。向有经验的老师请教教学方法,努力提高自己的教学水平。

3、充分利用各种资源,上好每一节课:

充分利用资源,为自己上课作好准备。同时,我经常上网寻找有关的教学资源,如:课件、教案、教学实录、教学经验论文等,与同组老师共享,从而不断为自己的教学水平充电。

二、求实创新,认真开展教学、教研工作

教育教学是我们教师工作的首要任务。本学期,我努力将所学的教育教学理念应用到课堂教学实践中。力求让我的美术教学更具特色,形成独具风格的教学模式,更好地体现素质教育的要求,提高美术教学质量。

我任教五年级的美术课每周共计2节课。在日常教学中,我坚持切实做好课堂教学十环节。课前认真作好充分准备,精心设计教案,并结合各班的实际,灵活上好每一堂课,课后仔细批改学生作业,不同类型的课,采用不同的批改方法,使学生对美术更有兴趣,同时提高学生的美术水平。另外,授课后根据得失及时写些教后感、教学反思,从短短几句到长长一篇不等,目的是为以后的教学积累经验。同时,我还积极和班主任进行沟通,了解学生,改进教法,突破学法。着重培养学生的综合实践能力和创新思维能力。

三、加强反思,及时总结教学得失。

反思本学年来的工作,在喜看成绩的同时,也在思量着自己在工作中的不足。不足有以下几点:

1、对于美术教育教学理论的学习还不够深入,在教学的实践中思考得还不够多;

2、在教学科研方面还应加大了学习的力度,认真研读了一些有关教科研方面的理论书籍;

3、美术教学中有特色、有创意的东西还不够多,今后还要努力找出一些美术教学的特色点。
