2014考研英语写作：应用文写作之申请信

大纲对应用文写作的评价目标是：考生应能根据所设情景，写出不同类型的应用文，包括私人和公务信函、备忘录、摘要、报告等。写作时。考生应能：

1）做到语法、拼写、标点正确、用词恰当；

2）遵循文章的特定问题格式；

3）合理组织文章结构，使其内容统一、连贯；

4）根据写作目的和特定读者，选用恰当语域。

下面，就为考生介绍一下推荐信的基本写作方法。

当我们想得到某种机会或某些东西时，如奖学金、某个职位、加入某个组织、留学等，就需要写申请信来表达自己的请求。对申请信如何分段，没有明确规定，但必须包含以下内容：（1）明确是在写申请信；（2）申请的具体内容和缘由；（3）自身情况或条件；（4）提出要求，如面试、回信等，并表达歉意。（详细见写作160篇121页）

申请信主要用于申请奖学金、求学、申请出国签证等，这些申请往往通过申请信来请求。写作“三步走”：

申请的具体内容和缘由→自己的情况和条件→提出要求，如回信、面试等等。注意：

第一，语气要诚挚友好千万不要表现出强求的意思;第二，对于申请的内容和原因一定要写得非常清楚;第三，尽管不能表现出强求的意思，但是期望得到的心情一定要表达出来。范文解析：

1)反映问题。比如应具体说明什么质量问题，并提供确切的发票，问题的内容要明确而具体。

2)说明由此问题所带来的不便、比如时间或精神上的损失等，内容要实事求是。

3)提出解决方案，赔偿方法和方式等，所提出的要求要合理。

4)结尾既要提出希望，比如要求对方尽快解决问题，同时又要为对方做出的努力表示感谢，这样对方才可能以积极的态度处理并解决你的问题。

投诉信的语气要坚决，但注意礼貌用词，不宜过分尖锐，叙述问题时用过去时态。其常用套语有：
