三年的学习时光，弹指一挥间，但很多记忆将成为我们生命中最为珍贵的收藏：笔直的杨树，宽阔的操场，如画的长廊，明亮的教室。你们一定还记得刚入校时你我的雄心壮志，一定还记得在教室和实验室中你我孜孜不倦学习的身影，一定还记得老师的谆谆教诲和攻破难题时你我那种发自内心的喜悦，一定还记得在运动场上你我生龙活虎的锻炼场景，太多太多的情景值得我们去回忆。这三年的路，我们走的辛苦而快乐，三年的生活，我们过的充实而美丽，我们流过眼泪，却伴着欢笑，我们踏着荆棘，却嗅得万里花香。

三年来，一千零五十多个日日夜夜，母校不懈地用知识武装我们。现在，我们在语文陈老师的辅导下学会了怎样提笔写出优美的文章，怎样在课文中领略四季的变化；在数学周老师的指导中我们学会了怎样用数学的头脑去思考问题，用所学的数学知识去解决问题；“A、B、C、D”是我们在初识英语中学到的第一课，而“Artislong，butlifeisshort”则是我们在班主任高老师的教导下所学到的又一个人生新哲理；生活，我们最亲近的朋友，在物理孙老师的伴随下我们步入了对家用电器电路的探索；在化学巫老师的引领下我们了解到了我们身边物质构成的奥秘；更在体育马老师、邱老师的带领下学会了如何在生活中强健体魄。我们在历史祁老师幽默的课堂上穿越到了世界的发展历程中，在政治王老师的教诲下我们了解了中国的政策，懂得怎样为人处世。夏老师严谨细致的工作态度换来了我们卫生打扫的精细、课间休息的文明、自习课堂的安静。

老师是一首永恒的歌曲，我们是您放飞的一个个音符，无论我们汇入哪一首歌，都跳动着她的节奏。母校是一处温馨的港湾，我们是她怀中驶出的一只只小船，无论我们泊在哪个码头，都闪烁着她的一盏航灯。

母校请您相信，毕业后的我们仍会铭记当初刚入学时立下的誓言：

今天，我为金明自豪！

明天，金明为我骄傲！

亲爱的同学们、老师们：

你们好!

首先，我十分荣幸也十分激动能在毕业典礼上发言，想必这也是我在xx最后一次演讲了。今天，我站在这里，代表全体20xx届毕业生向我们的母校道别，向师长们道别，向朝夕相处的同窗们道别，也向这段不能忘怀的岁月道别!

我曾经想过，初三对我们到底意味着什么?堆叠如山的试卷、做不完的习题、还是夜晚瞌睡连连却又不得不提起笔来的辛酸?而当这一切蓦然落幕的时候，我才发现，初三这一年，我们走的辛苦而快乐，过的充实而美丽，我们流过眼泪，却伴着欢笑，我们踏着荆棘，却嗅得万里花香，365天里，我们每个人，都长大了许多许多。

经历了中考的紧张和忙碌，我想我此刻的心情应当和各位同学一样，纵然喜悦，也掩不住回忆与留恋。三年的岁月，1000多个日日夜夜，听起来似乎是那么的漫长，以前的我总是嫌日子过的太慢太慢，一心盼望着毕业，而当我们今天真正面对离别，又觉得它是那么的短暂。此刻，我不知用什么词藻来形容我绚烂美好的初中生涯，好像还没来得及细细的品味就一晃即逝了。

如今我们就要毕业了，所有这些温暖的记忆都将铭刻在我们内心深处，那是我们生命中最难忘的日子。喜欢朋友常说的一句话：“我们都是只有一只翅膀的天使，只有互相拥抱才能飞翔。”三年的同窗友谊，让我们学会了彼此相信并依赖。三年的生活，我们都有过低谷，但我们相互扶持、鼓励，朋友温馨的笑容、班级温暖的气氛，让我们都走了过来，让我们学会去爱、去坚持、去相信“阳光总在风雨后”。好在曾经拥有你们的春秋和冬夏，就算以后前进的道路布满风雪，只要想起你们，我就能依然勇敢。同学们，真的谢谢你们!

回望三年来学习中的每个镜头，我们都经历了一个日积月累的过程，是知识的，也是情感的。在这儿，我要感谢班主任路老师，是您母亲般的悉心关怀下我们才能健康快乐的成长，从一群懵懂的孩子蜕变为一个个懂事的少年。我要感谢黄老师，是您让我体验到英语是一门多么优美的语言。我要感谢武老师，要不是您的鼓励引导，我的作文也不能在比赛中获奖。我要感谢赵老师，让我在物理上取得了长足的进步，不再惧怕难题;我要感谢李老师，让我能够在短短一年里就从一个个奇妙的化学变化中发现其中的独到的美。还有周老师、王老师、高老师、朱老师等等所有所教过我们的老师们，你们在课堂上或滔滔不绝，或循循善诱，或旁征博引的风格，为我们展现了知识的无限魅力。老师们，真的谢谢你们!

在这离别时分，请不要难过，因为道别只是为了延续回忆永恒的华丽。所以让我们擦干眼泪，抹去悲伤，笑着大声呼喊：别了，我可爱的同学们!别了，我尊敬的老师们!别了，我热爱的母校!

尊敬的老师们，亲爱的同学们：

时光如陀螺飞转，岁月似流水无情。三年的时光渐渐流走，大家从懵懂学童渐变为青涩少年。我们一起走过四季，共享知识，收获成长。但是这所有的一切，都将沉淀于美好的回忆中，从现在开始，大家将扬帆起航，驶向人生另一处美丽的港湾。此时此刻，回首曾经走过的三年初中生活、与师生情意、同窗岁月，我们都难以抑制住内心的激动，惜别难舍之情油然而生。

首先，我谨代表xx年全体毕业同学，感谢老师三年来对我们的辛苦教育与培养。如果说，三年的初中生活像繁星，零星撒在我们回忆中的每个角落，那么，老师便是那深邃的宇宙。正是它的`衬托，才使得繁星更加璀璨夺目。在学习中，我们的每一点进步都会使他们高兴，我们的每一点失误也常常会使他们寝食难安。虽然他们也许有时过于严格，但是他们日夜操劳，为我们付出了他们生命中的三年，这一切都是为我们在人生的道路上走得更平坦、更顺利。我们知道，大方三中的老师都是优秀的，他们才华横溢、敬业奉献，值得我们尊敬与感谢。

有人说，初中生活是一本仓促的书。三年前，我们带着激动而又敬仰的心情迈进校门，三年来，我们在这座知识的圣殿、培养人才的摇篮中，感受她的温暖与丰富。三年的时光，一千多页的喜怒哀乐，就这样匆匆翻过，但，它却给我们留下那么多生动的细节，那么多精彩的片段。其中，有年少的轻狂无知，有青涩的失败的经历，有茅塞顿开的成熟感悟，也有回味无穷的成功历程。三年的生活，我们匆忙走过，却充实而美丽；我们流过汗水，却伴着欢声笑语；我们踏着荆棘，却嗅得扑面花香。三年间，我们与三中一起长大，这里就是我们温暖的家。在这个欢乐的大家庭里，我们用勤奋与智慧创造了一次又一次辉煌，我们用梦想与青春编织了这温馨绚丽的初中生活。在此，让我们怀着感恩的心，感谢我们的母校，感谢学校的各位领导，感谢我们敬爱的老师，感谢我们亲爱的同学，并向他们送上我们最真诚的祝福！

天下没有不散的宴席。此刻离歌又起，但，离别也同样美丽，因为它是欢聚的序曲！到那时，我们也许会哭泣，但是别在意。有人说过，这就是青春的证据。是它，让我们拥有了回忆，懂得了珍惜。其实，离别并不可怕，可怕的是我们忘记了自己。每时每刻，每个人都要做最好的自己。我相信，我们将用自己的行动表明，我们不愧为大方三中的优秀毕业生，我们将一同搏击风浪，勇往直前，实现自己上名校的梦想。

养兵千日，用兵一时。如今，我们面临着学习生涯中的一大挑战——中考。但是我们应该豪不畏惧、决不退缩。况且，有什么可畏惧的呢？真正让我们感到恐惧的，只是“恐惧”本身。经过三年的历练，雏鹰的翅膀已经坚实，羽毛已经丰满。放眼望去，蓝天在召唤我们，阳光已照亮前方的道路，白云等待与我们同行，高山峻岭也将仰望我们，我们将在暴风中翱翔。

我们都坚信“天生我才必有用！”此刻，我们将面临一个不寻常的时刻，这是一个光荣的时刻，也是一个庄严而充满希望的时刻。它也许是困难的，但，要知道，当我们最困难的时刻，便是我们接近成功的时侯，这正是我们“有用之时”！中考在即，英雄弯弓，箭在弦上。万事俱备，只欠东风。同学们！号角已吹响，收拾好行装，带上最锐利的头脑，怀着一颗最细致的心灵，握紧最有力的拳头，相信自己的实力，相信自己的付出，满怀自信地冲锋！做自己的主人，把握自己的命运。让六月似火的骄阳衬出我们苦尽甘来的笑靥！
