第三篇:内审员
不断的学习理解体系管理知识并在实际工作中应用,协助部门领导规范管理、促进改进。
负责本部门的质量管理体系、产品质量改进体系的宣贯、维护、监督和改进。协助公司完成体系审核、外部审核等任务,并组织做好本部门后续改进工作。协助完成公司需要的其它质量体系认证工作。
协助或承担公司或部门级的质量改进项目的实施推动。
积极参与公司流程优化、职能梳理等日常基础管理工作。
负责日常重要质量信息的收集、反馈、跟踪、处置、归档等工作。
权限
对本部门的质量体系运行有指导、监督和改进权。
根据公司审核安排,有权对受审部门进行审核、提出问题点改进要求,并对问题点的整改情况进行验证。
有权对违反公司程序文件和规章制度的行为进行监督和纠正。
有权参与公司基础管理和部门间的协调改进工作。
有权对重要质量信息进行收集、上报和跟踪。
内审员主要工作内容:
1、体系审核:做好公司ISO9001质量管理体系内审工作,负责组织实施职能部门的体系审核工作,编制审核检查表和审核报告,并验证问题点整改效果。
2、管理评审:协助部门经理完成管理评审工作,识别重要的管理改进点作为管理评审的输入,不断完善基础管理体系。
3、流程优化评价:担任公司流程优化评审员,根据计划负责公司相关部门的产品实现流程优化评价工作,提供增值服务,推动管理完善。
4、迎接外审:组织落实部门内部的审核准备工作并接受审核。
5、改进项目的策划、实施或参与:公司级或部门内部质量改进项目的负责人或主要成员。识别改进需求,成立项目小组,策划组织实施,固化改进成果,是公司基础管理改进的重要推动力量。
6、日常基础管理工作:包括生产和质量信息传递、改进点识别、改进推动、部门间协调等。
7、部门质量管理体系维护:部门内部体系运行监督、改进、文件优化。体系自查、文件管理、迎接审核、问题点组织整改,部门制度健全等。
