(三)学前教育师资招考范围、对象 1.全日制普通高校2015年应届毕业生
专业、学历符合招考计划要求,且具备下列条件之一:(1)全国全日制普通高校师范类学前教育本科及以上毕业生。(2)义乌生源全日制普通高校师范类学前教育专科及以上毕业生。

义乌户籍,具有学前教育的教师资格证,专业、学历符合招考计划要求。
三、报名条件
报考人员除应符合上述招考的范围和对象规定外,还需符合以下条件:
(1)2015年应届毕业生,1984年1月1日以后出生;往届毕业生,1979年1月1日以后出生;(2)热爱教育事业,遵纪守法;(3)身体健康,能适应学校教育教学工作;(4)工作服从组织安排与调配(报考中小学的往届毕业生志愿到农村山区学校任教十年以上)。
曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚的人员,曾被开除公职的人员不得报考。3.现场确认
时间:中 学 2015年2月2日至2月3日 小学、学前教育2015年2月4日至2月5日 地点:义乌市教育局(学院路9号)。现场确认提交的材料:
(1)应届毕业生:网络下载打印的报名表,毕业生就业推荐表、身份证的原件及复印件各一份,高校录取后转专业的毕业生需提供相关的文件材料。
(2)往届毕业生:网络下载打印的报名表,身份证、户口本、毕业证书、教师资格证等原件及复印件各一份,志愿到农村山区学校任教十年以上的书面承诺书(报考中小学的考生提供)。非语文教师资格报考小学语文学科的需提供普通话等级证原件及复印件。报考人员与聘用单位签订合同未满的,确认时需提供聘用单位出具的同意报考证明或解除(终止)合同证明。
4.笔试
分学科专业知识和教育基础知识两部分,采用省教育厅提供的试卷(考试说明参看浙江教育考试网。省厅不提供命题的科目另行组织命题,考试范围参看义乌教育网公告。小学科学学科专业知识参照初中科学学科进行考试,小学信息技术学科专业知识参照中学信息技术学科进行考试。报考人员未参加义乌考点组织的考试的,作缺考处理)。笔试成绩满分为100

分,学科专业知识和教育基础知识分别按70%和30%计入笔试成绩,笔试成绩合格分为60分。笔试成绩不合格者,不能列入体检、考察对象。
5.体检
在笔试成绩合格者中,各学科从高分到低分分别按下列比例确定参加体检人员(有小数的四舍五入。若笔试成绩相同,以学科专业知识成绩高的排位在前):招考人数5人以下的按1:1.5,招考人数5-10人的按1:1.3,招考人数11-20人的按1:1.2,招考人数21人及以上的按1:1.1。体检标准按省教育厅制定的教师资格认定体检标准执行。
报考人员不按规定的时间、地点参加体检的,视作放弃体检。报考人员放弃体检或体检不合格的,均不予递补体检。
6.考察
体检结束后,在体检合格人员中从高分到低分按照1:1的比例确定考察对象,不足规定比例的按实际人数确定。
考察标准参照《浙江省公务员录用考察工作细则(试行)》(浙人发〔2008〕58号)和《关于修订〈浙江省公务员录用考察工作细则(试行)〉有关条款的通知》(浙人社发〔2014〕149号)执行。
考察对象确定以后因各种原因造成人员聘用不足的,不再递补。7.公示
考察合格人员确定为拟聘用对象,拟聘用人员名单在教育局政务公开栏和义乌教育网公示7天。
8.签约与聘用
公示后,拟聘用的应届毕业生应在规定的时间内与教育局签订《普通高校毕业生就业协议书》,逾期作自动放弃处理。
所有拟聘用人员的正式聘用手续在2015年8月办理(户口为农业户口的,聘用之前须转为非农户口;外地户口的,聘用之前须将户口迁移至义乌)。无正当理由逾期不办理聘用手续的,取消聘用资格。
应届高校毕业生至2015年7月31日止未取得相应学历证书的,不予聘用。聘用的应届毕业生在两年内不能取得相应教师资格证的,解除聘用关系。
准考证打印、笔试、笔试成绩、体检、签约等事项在教育局政务公开栏和义乌教育网公告,不再另行通知。
