Ladies and gentlemen,it’s my great honor to stand here togive you a speech.At first ,please allow me to introduce myself.I am wenzhan.You also can call me wenny.I come from huanggang, hubei province.Now, I’m a sophomore from Electronic Engineering School.My topic is light a bulb for yourself.At the beginning of this semester, I was lucky to be a volunteer to welcome the new students.At the date of september,before the new students come to school,my leader told us that ”now you are prefect, so when you were asked how is our school,you should remenber that you are not only a menber of your school,the more impotant is that you need to bring confidence to your underclassmen.you have got through the first gread,so you must know how deep your underclassmen believe you.What have recalled my memery when i am a freshman here.My brain is full of imagination of my college life.So how to spend my collegy life puzzled me.Then i meet my prefect, something changed me.College is a place to improve your comprehensive ability.There are three goals in the start of my college life.The first one is to join the Youth League branch.The second one is to get

early every morning to do some reading or exercies.The last one is to make some friends in your new environment.I’m seeking for a model in my real life.After becoming a member of youth league branch I found my best friend ,my minister.Who is a bulb in my life.The bulb is lighting.My dream is clearer.The difficulties are not big problems any more.There are Two things i will never forget in my life.Now I would like to share them with you..First,LEARNING.It is better to say college is a place to teach you how to study by yourself.The professor is not like your teacher in the high school,they would not leave you with too much homework, they help you to learn and think by yourself.So to learn how to study by yourself is important.And then, if you ralely go to the library in the three year’s college life, it means you have wasted plenty of wealth.As a result you should go to the library ,which is a good way to expand your knowledge and view.If you are not popular with your classmates in high school,then college can give you chances to mould yourself again.Friends are one part of your future cause,they can help you, but you should also have the ability to help them, so you are all have to try hard.Second, work ability.Since the entry of the college, you have realized the employment presure,You need to have a clear career goal and arm yourself with academic knowledge and skills, which will qualify you for the job you apply for.Never respond to help someone but not do anything,that can undermine their faith in you.Integrity is important.Don’t be late for the meeting,if you are late for one minite,it means you have waste 30 minites of others’ time, so time keeping is an important qualitty.Grasp the oppotunity to speak in public to practice your communication skills, which will be very useful when you come to the society.Thank you for your coming.文展同学，因为，我个人上周比较忙，所以，到现在才把你的演讲稿，作了些建议性的修改。请求原谅。

2、内容方面，第二段的内容，你需要多看看。文章用词方面，语气方面可以多考虑考虑。

1、活动主题：Which is the Key to the college Life?

2、活动时间：初赛2012年10月23日（暂定）晚上7:00—9:003、活动地点：公共楼4184、活动对象：国际学院在校学生

5、活动评委：国际学院教授3名及外教3名（人员待定）

活动观众：国际学院大

活动承办方：国际学院学生会、中西文化交流协会

一、活动形式及内容：

命题演讲与情景交流，时间分别为三分钟。每个部分时限的正负15秒有铃声提示。其中，情景交流的题目在命题演讲结束后当场抽取，并由一位评委与选手进行一对一的交流。内容涉及以下几个方面：

1、一般的日常交际：迎送、日程安排、住宿安排、宴请、陪同购物、游览、就诊等

2、企业介绍：历史、现状等

3、产品介绍：类型、性能、价格、市场、销售等

4、涉外业务：合作意向、投资意向、签订合同、人员培训、专家待遇、议价、折扣、订货、交货、投诉等

二、活动要求及评分标准：

1、命题演讲3分钟（70分）

三、比赛规则

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen.I’m LiuTian, Contestant NO.1.I really hope this number will bring me good luck.What’s there to be grateful for? The first, I think, are my parents, because my parents are the first drop of my gratitude journey.However, I now focus most of my attention on are developing myself, wanting to live a simpler and more enjoyable life.I now find what there is to be grateful for.This has been very important in changing the way I see life and circumstances.So today I would like to speak loudly “Thank You, People in University of South China”.Maybe someone present can’t help wondering you choose the topic just because of your audience.Not exactly.Now, attention.It happened last semester, the first time I was far away from home to Heng Yang for study.Unlike other freshmen who filled with enthusiasm, on the contrary, I had had some bad experiences,because I was not sure what would happen next, good or bad? Failure or success? I was careful in doing everything,’ cause I do not want to bother anyone, especially, there are 26 girls in my class, only two boys.I thought it must quite difficult to get along well with anyone.In short, I met quite a lot so-called difficulties as a 17-year-old freshman.Depression,suspicion, frustration were full of my mind.But now, I’m pretty good, am I not?

活动背景

为了丰富文化节内容和广大同学的课余生活，加强英语的学习和交流，提高同学们学习英语的积极性，给学生提供一个展现自我，提升自我的机会和舞台，形成良好的英语学习氛围。

二、活动目的

〈1〉 提高同学学习英语的积极性，特别是提高对英语口语训练的积极性。〈2〉 丰富学生的课余生活。

2、主持人介绍比赛的规则评分细则。3 比赛开始，选手根据比赛前的抽签顺序进行比赛。

4、其间主持人向观众及选手公布结果分数。

5、待所有的选手比赛完后，邀请评委代表上台发言，工作人员进行统分。

6、评委发言完后，主持人上台宣布比赛结果（依次由三等奖到一等奖）

7、（待定）上台颁奖。

8、主持人宣布比赛结束。

9、工作人员负责作好后期工作。

五、经费预算

六、具体宣传方案

七、比赛规则与平分细则

1、比赛规则

比赛采取一轮制，共分为两个环节

（1）已备演讲（Prepared Speech）限时：4分钟

（2）现场问答（Question & Answers）评委提问选手即兴回答。限时：2分钟（3）评审团代表对此次比赛及选手表现做出简单点评。嘉宾介绍英语学习心得。

2、评分规则： 采取公平、公正原则

具体分配如下：已备演讲：70分 现场问答：30分 比赛两个环节每部分具体评判标准如下：

演讲内容（占40%）：要求紧扣主题，观点鲜明，内容生动，具有创意性，演讲结构清晰，论据充足，逻辑性强；

语言表达（占40%）：要求语音准确，语调准确，表达流畅，富有感染力； 综合印象（占20%）：要求仪表大方，举止得体，富有表现力，能够 灵活运用表情和身体语言与观众交流。

八、奖项设置

名次奖：
