首先，我们从改革开放30年来，中国在历次世界经济危机中所扮演的角色来看改革开放的成果。改革开放30年来，中国逐步发展成为一个世界经济大国，与世界相互联系空前紧密。30年前，我们过着“世外桃源”的日子，即使外面金融危机闹得天翻地覆我们在家骑着自行车行路、赶着老牛耕田、夹着咸菜吃饭，绝大多数人还没见识过“金融危机”这个新新词汇。虽说有事没事自己躲家里偷着乐乐挺惬意，但我相信，没有人尝过山珍海味后还会觉得天天吃咸菜是种享受的。于是，30年前我们决定打开门看看洋鬼子们靠什么走路、拿什么耕田、吃饭吃什么菜。于是，随着改革步伐的前进，我们与金融危机开始有了“暧昧”的关系，中国也在大大小小的金融危机中一边交着学费一边成长着。十年前，当亚洲金融危机爆发时，中国坚持人民币不贬值，对陷入危机的东南亚国家和地区给予了坚定的支持，以强大的实力和负责的姿态在危机时刻宣告了王者的归来，就像很多电影里英雄最后力挽狂澜拯救世界所描述的一样。在中国加入wto之后，中国金融业逐步对外开放，如今，再次面对来势凶猛的世界金融危机，连续发生严重自然灾害的中国该如何应对，世界为之瞩目。到目前为止，在这次世界金融危机中，中国作为一个负责任大国所作的努力再次获得国际社会的高度评价。在当前世界经济下滑的形势下，全球更重视中国发出的信息，中国成为全球经济金融稳定和信心的来源。这信心来自于日益强大的综合国力。由于改革开放以来，经济连续30年保持高速增长，我国经济总量跃升至世界第四位，进出口总额上升到世界第三位，粮食、棉花、钢铁等主要农产品和工业品产量居世界首位，人民生活水平实现了从温饱不足到总体小康的转变。我们抵御风险、迎接挑战的能力大大增强。

第二，我们从此次金融危机中国所受的影响来看改革开放的成果。不久前，我们还在为股市的红火而浮想联翩，还在为猪肉价格的飞涨而担心在食堂打不起带荤的菜。如今，看着股市的现状，我总忍不住唱孟庭苇那首“谁的眼泪在飞”。虽然心里也老为房价的不再“抽风地上涨”而暗暗窃喜，但说心里话我们还是不希望这次金融危机严重地影响中国，毕竟咱不久之后还得找工作、还得拿工资！所幸的是，到目前为止来看，美国的金融危机对中国资本市场的影响是有限的，所谓伤害不过是皮毛之痛，而不会伤筋动骨。纵观当前国际经济形势，由于发达国家金融一体化的特点，美国的危机使得欧洲、日本、加拿大等发达国家无一幸免。中国是不多的受危机影响较小，相对置身于美国金融危机之外、并能在这场危机中掌握主动权的大国。中国开放30年来，我们在把大门敞开的时候虽然受了很多委屈，遭受了很多打击，但同时我们也积累了很多面对金融危机的经验，其中非常重要的一条历史经验就是“处理好开放与管制”的关系。之所以如此，应该感谢那些在过去的10年里顶着多方压力的保守者们，感谢那些坚决抵制“积极参与国际金融业、银行购并”的“老顽固”们。美国次贷危机之所以没让中国的金融产业遭受重创，根本原因是中国至今为止坚持不变的“有效开放政策”，不论是欧美的压力还是来自wto的束缚，自20xx年以来，中国的开放一直建立在“没有有效的监管和控制能力，就绝不轻易减少对重点行业及领域的绝对控制”。好像有点故弄玄虚啊，简单点来说，就是我们该管的管住了，不该管的我们放开了。也许你在买火车票时总会对“铁老大”的傲慢很愤慨，也许你总是感觉移动公司老多扣你话费。不过如今来看，虽然因垄断和国有独家运营引发了一系列诸如低效、不公平、霸王经营的置疑，但是，正是这些被人们谴责多年的垄断行业，诸如电信、电力、金融、铁路、保险、航空、石油等，成为了我国金融的“arp防火墙”。当我们认真思考当前全球性的金融危机和经济危机后，才发现，适度并有节奏、有基础、有控制力、有安全保障的开放，对于发展中的中国而言，才是真正可行的开放。改革是需要代价的，开放同样需要代价，我们并不赞成闭关锁国。但是30年改革开放的历史经验深刻地告诉我们，对于一个跟着别人后面学习市场经济及市场规则的国家，只由先做好防御，才有可能在老师们深陷疾病时把痛苦甩在我们身上。

最后，按照一般的程序，我们要摆个大步向前的pose，展望一下改革开放美好的前景。我也不例外，我看到的也是光明的前路，抱着的也是必胜的决心。可是，我们还是不得不面对的事实是，这次金融危机对我们改革开放是一次严峻的考验。虽然此次金融危机对中国的打击不是致命性的，但对中国传统产业和投资市场而言，灾难性的打

击仍在所难免。这其中，除了考验中国已拥有的近2万亿美元外汇储备外，还包括中国持有的7000多亿美元的美国国债。也就是说，金融危机影响了欠债的人，要债的人自然逃不了干系。此外，由于国际资本市场和外贸的收缩，已经使沿海地区的外向型经济受到近十年来最严重的冲击。但是，传统产业所受到的冲击与国家重点行业受到的影响并不是一个层次的问题。今天的传统产业，即便没有美国的金融危机，同样会受到各种各样的压力，所以，本一轮的冲击或许恰恰为沿海经济的转型与升级施加了动力。我在网上看到一句话，感到很兴奋，他是这么说的：发达国家每一次经济危机，都为发展中国家的产业转型带来新的机会，关键是发展中国家的政府和企业能否抓住这样的机会。虽然有点“幸灾乐祸”的味道，但我们已看到了黑暗中的光明和明天璀灿的希望。

最后，送大家一句话：不到冬天不知道阳光的温暖，不在河海下面挖隧道不知道河海人的团结。前半句寓意是希望大家珍惜把握现在，后半句的意思是希望大家积极勇敢面对困难。如今的金融危机虽然可怕，但10年后在改革开放40周年的演讲会上我们回首便会发现，这只不过是中国成长过程中的一节小学分的必修课而已。

when you walking along a street , an inevitable phenomenon you will find is that lots of shops or markets are selling their goods at a discount;when you visting a countryside ,an evident situation you will discover is that many workers are staying in their hometown.why ? that’s because the financial crisis that originated on wall street and swept the world has gone beyond the toy sector and bitten into the chinese economy.over the past six months,many labor-intensive factories have shut down ,leaving massive numbers of workers jobless.although our government have taken some effective measures to stimulate the need of employment , we also can’t deny the fact that the situation is still serious.according to expects , china’s gdp growth slowed to 9.9 percent down 2.3 percentage points from the same period lastyear and falling to single figures for the first time in five years.as a college students ,i can’t be more sensitive to the essential meanings behind thesenumbers ,basing on expects , the graduates in this year are more than 5 millions , to my surprise ,there are exceed 1 million can’t find position.so it seems very important for us college students to consider what should we do in the intensely competitive society , particularly during this special background---international financial crisis.from my own perspective ,we should do three things as follows : in the first instance , we should turn an objective attitude towards the encironment and ourselves.although we college students used to be the “most-favored ”people in society ,we have received a higher education ,hance we are more intelligent and knowledgeable than our countparts who failed to attend college.society is developing in a very high pace and becoming more and more advanced , so we shoule know our own strengths and weaknesses and have the right attitude towards ourselves and the job vacancies ,in addition ,we should not attach too much importance to material aspects of the job.secondly ,we should have great ambition towards our future.ambitions are like the stars---we never reach them ,but like mariners ,we chart our course by them.no matter the successful merchant or official or scientist ,they have an idential personality---ambition.on the surfaceof the globe financial crisis , it brings the pessmisitic economic situations , but it still can’t prevent a person who have great ambition achieving his goals.just like george bernard shaw said :“people always blaming their circumstance , the people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstance s they want ,and ,if they can’t find them ,make them.” last but not the least, we should study to the best of our ability to acquire knowledge as much as possible.college is a place where we can enrich our knowledge and improve ourselves.as a college student , we should be these who have a strong sense of social responsibilities , up-to-date knowledge and comperhensive capabilities.but never idle away our precious time and make our college life perplexed and vacuous.only master extensive knowledge and lay a solid foundtion can we have a promising and bright future.my fellow friends ,please remember , “heaven never helps the man who will not act ” every man is the architect of his own fortune , no matter how wicked the environment is ,i do believe a brilliant and original person still can realize his value and make contribution to our society.thank you very much for your attention！!
