It will cause some negative impacts to the environment ,the harmful substances inside the phone may pollute the soil or water.下面就让我用电子垃圾作为一个例子。我妈妈前几天刚买了一个新手机。但你猜怎么着，在我妈妈房间的抽屉里不知道躺着多少旧手机呢，她不知道该如何妥当地处理这些旧手机。我们很多人都会频繁地换新手机，但是对于旧手机该如何处理是一个令人头疼的问题。如果我们把它们随意扔掉的话，这会对环境造成一些消极的影响，手机里的有害物质会土壤或者水体造成污染。

From my perspective, we should make full use of those abandoned electronic devices instead of just throwing them away or keeping them in the drawer.I heard that at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, nearly 8 tones of metals collected from the abandoned electronic products will be the raw materials to make the medals.It could be our referential solution.Meanwhile, the government gotta attach more importance to strengthen the awareness of every single individual to protect the environment, to make our environment wonderful again.在我看来，我们应该把这些废弃的电子设备充分利用起来，而不是将他们扔掉或者闲置在抽屉里面。我听说2020年的东京奥运会提倡变废为宝，将电子产品中收集多达8吨的废金属来制作奖牌。我觉得这就是一种值得我们借鉴的措施。与此同时，政府也应该对提高每一个公民的环保意识给予重视，从而使我们的环境重新变好。
