今天，爸爸的“钓鱼瘾”又发作了。这不，他正准备鱼食呢。我凑过去看爸爸将这一团一团、米棕色、散发着怪味的鱼食揉成一长条放进塑料盒子里，拿着工具去河边了。我也想去“看热闹”就搬了张小椅子跟在爸爸后面。

来到平时我并不注意的小河边，这里的场景吓了我一跳：水草布满了整个河面，隐隐约约能看见的河水已经开始发黑发臭，岸边堆积着许多垃圾，对岸还有人在往河里倒污水。我本来准备坐下的，一见这状况，连忙往后退了几步。爸爸也不敢坐得离河太近，他找了个距离河一米左右的地方坐了下来，熟练地拿出鱼竿套上鱼线和浮钩，在钩尖上放上鱼食，然后甩出去，我们便开始了耐心的等待。不一会儿浮钩开始下沉了，我们的心情随之兴奋起来。这时，老爸猛地一甩，一提，一个黑色的东西被拉出水面，爸爸迅速将鱼线绕了起来，把这个东西扯近一看：原来是一只装满果皮垃圾的黑塑料袋。我们失望地将它扔进了垃圾桶，爸爸无奈地摇了摇头。接着又钓起了一条死鱼和一只破鞋子。最后我们实在受不了这臭气熏天的气味儿了，只好扫兴而归，而河水也变得更黑更臭了......爸爸告诉我：过去，这条河是清澈见底、鱼虾成群、水草更是少见的。大家每天都可以采到许多的水葫芦和菱角。而我们这儿产出的龙虾都是上好的，远近有名。鱼又鲜又肥，小螃蟹也有很多，如果你运气好的话还有可能捕到大螃蟹呢！可是现在这一切都成为了一个回忆，一个幻想，一个梦……这是为什么呢？答案很简单，那就是我们人类肆虐地往河里倒垃圾、倒污水。我们没有理由去推卸这个责任。

白色污染是人们对垃圾污染环境的一种形象称谓。在各种公共场所到处都能看见大量废弃的塑料制品，它们从自然界而来由人类制造，最终归结于大自然时却不易被自然索消纳，从而影响了大自然的生态环境。从节约资源的角度出发，由于塑料制品主要来源是面临枯竭的石油资源，应尽可能回收，但由于现阶段再回收的生产成本远高于直接成本，在现行市场经济条件下难以做到，这也许是产生白色污染的原因。

白色污染的危害：

一。破坏市容环境。遗弃的塑料制品随处可见，是造成环境脏，乱，差的一个重要原因，同时影响城市形象。

二。危害人体健康。遗弃的塑料制品如沾有污染物，会成为蚊蝇和细菌生存，危害人体健康。

三。影响农作物成长。农田使用的塑料薄膜老化后，会破碎遗留在田间。破坏土地结构，阻碍植物吸收养分及根系生长，影响农作物生长。

针对以上的危害，我提出以下建议：

一。在社区做宣传，宣传白色污染的危害，教导人们爱护环境。

二。同学们周末在小区里走走，发现塑料制品，应立即捡起，扔在附近的指定的垃圾桶内，做一名环保小卫士。

三。杜绝使用一次性塑料袋，在买东西时，应带环保袋。

到了那里，臭水河旁有许多带着黄色帽子的工人在工作。在我准备照相的时候，突然间，我看见了一位身穿白色衣服的年轻人走到臭水河下面去，我望着这位年轻人亲手把吃剩下的面包纸扔下了那条臭水河里，我跑过去问那位年轻人：“你为什么把吃剩下的面包纸扔下了那条河里呢？”他回答说：“你都会说这是一条臭水河呀，我扔不扔都那样臭，也叫臭水河！”我说：“现在这些工人辛辛苦苦地每天早上四、五点钟太阳从东方升起的时侯做到晚上我们躺在床睡觉的时候，他们才慢慢地走回家去睡觉，下一天早上四。五点钟太阳从东方升起的时候，他们都在修这条臭水河，可你却把吃剩下的面包纸扔下了臭水河。”年轻人说，又不是他在修这条臭水河的工作，工人们是不学习才来修臭水河” 他说完就走了。我心想迟早有一天你品德不好也会变成这些工人的。

在这短短的几十分钟里面我还在调查了几个年轻人，他们都是说，这一条臭水河又不是他们修，而是那些每天早上到晚上修臭水河的工人们。在这里我懂了臭水河，为什么以前是多么干净，有小孩子在这一条河里面游泳，可是现在这一条河已变了一条臭水河了，到处臭气冲天，无法在这条河里游泳。都是这些可恶的年轻人，还得我们没有一条清澈的小河，使我的环境受到了破环。
