水是生命之源。

水是生命的摇篮。地球之所以形成生命，一个重要原因就是因为地球上有丰富的水资源。原始生命首先在海洋中形成，后来才逐渐扩展到陆地上。现在，科学家若想判断某一星球上是否存在生命，最重要的标准之一就是看这个星球上是否存在水。

水是生命生存的重要保证。我们每天要喝水，不然就会死亡；我们种下的庄稼没有水也不能活；我们身边的所有工业产品，没有水都无法生产„„

水是我们所赖以生存的环境的重要组成部分。炎热的夏天，走在海边，海风习习，一扫酷热烦躁的情绪；当寒冷的冬季到来时，海水把储存的热量源源不断地送给它周围的陆地。这样的循环周而复始地进行，才能使环境宜人。这样的循环若遭到破坏，自然的灾难就将不断上演。

也许有些人以为水是取之不尽用之不竭的，但事实并非如此。

地球表面大约有71%的面积覆盖着水，但淡水只占2.5%；淡水中还有70%为固态水，大部分贮存南极、北极和高山上。因此真正可以利用的淡水资源，不足总资源量的1%，所以，水资源贮量是有限的。

中国GDP总值居全球第二，作为全世界最重要经济体之一和最大发展中国家的中国的淡水资源却处于世界中下水平，居世界第127位，只相当于世界人均占有量的25%。用水地区与供水地区水资源空间分布不均衡，用水与供水时间分布不均衡，又加剧了我国的水资源危机。

我国是世界上用水最多的国家，也是水资源浪费最严重的国家之一。就拿我的家乡广西来说——她是全国水资源最丰富的省份之一，但这也造成人们对水资源的毫不吝惜和肆无忌惮的浪费：水龙头年久失修，水经常从水龙头里流出；洗车场的排水沟像条小河；有些只管开水不管关水的人任“一江春水向东流”；未经处理的污水排进河中，鱼虾连片死亡„„我知道，这样的情况在全国——甚至是相当缺水之地，也不稀奇。

面对这样的问题，我常常想假如我是一个记者，去采访那些科学家们，我会这样问：

“我们应当如何遏止浪费水的行为，树立公众节水意识？”

“面对日益严重的水污染，我们应当如何应对？”

“未来，我们应当如何利用和开发水资源，为人类造福？”

未来，这是一个多么让人心潮澎湃的词语，下面就由我来为大家畅想一下未来之水吧。

关于未来，我更倾向于对海洋的利用，因为海洋中的水资源比陆地上丰富得多。

首先，可用海水淡化的方式补充日益紧张的水资源。

海水淡化即利用海水脱盐生产淡水，是实现水资源利用的开源增量技术，可以增加淡水总量，且较少受其他因素影响。目前，全世界有120多个国家和地区采用海水或苦咸水淡化技术获得淡水，海水淡化系统与生产量以每年10％以上的速度在增加。随着水资源紧缺形势的加剧，海水淡化将可能是21世纪诞生出的一种新型的生产淡水的方式。我国目前在这一方面处于世界领先水平。其次，可以在海底建造城市。

我所构想的海底城市是这样的：它大多用钢铁做成，中心是一座大厦。设有室内小花园、电影院，水电全部自己供应。它可以满足海上采油工作人员文化娱

乐生活的需要。这个浮动“城市”是靠数根高大柱子托起的，把它们收起来，就可以当船行驶。将来许多海上工厂，将在原料生产地或市场附近的海域兴建起来，为居民提供物质需要。那时，深邃的海底将会跟大陆一样，变得热闹非凡，越来越多的人将去发掘它、建设它，用自己的智慧和双手去描绘这张宏伟蓝图。

但是，节约水资源不能光靠畅想，我们还需要有实际的行动。下面我给大家推荐几个节水小窍门，你将发现，节水只是我们的举手之劳。

首先，一水多用。如洗脸水用后可以洗脚，养鱼的水可以用来浇花，淘米水、煮过面条的水用来洗碗筷；

其次，收集废水。家中应预备一个收集废水的大桶，收集洗衣、洗菜后的家庭废水冲厕所；

还有，树立良好生活习惯。刷牙、取洗手液、抹肥皂时要及时关掉水龙头；洗土豆、萝卜等应先削皮后清洗；正在用水时，如需开门、接电话应及时关水。

我曾看过一篇文章叫《桃花溪的倾诉》，故事是这样的：在重庆西郊，有一条流淌了几十年的小溪，名叫桃花溪。原先，溪水清澈见底，在小溪旁种了许多桃树，树上开满了桃花，经常会引来成群结队的蝴蝶、蜜蜂，所以，很多小朋友会在溪边玩耍，一边听着溪水“叮咚、叮咚”地歌唱，一边赏识着美丽的桃花，那是多么美好的事啊！可是，无情的人类又是怎样对待小溪的呢？他们把大量的生活垃圾投向小溪，再加上小溪附近的一些工厂排放出大量的污水、废物，小溪由一个漂亮的小姑娘变成了一个丑陋的老太婆了，一条美丽的小溪就这样被毁灭了。

地球表面的70%被水覆盖，但淡水资源仅占所有水资源的2.5%，近70%的淡水固定在南极和格陵兰的冰层中，其余多为土壤水分或深层地下水，不能被人类利用。地球上只有不到1%的淡水或约0.007%的水可为人类直接利用，而中国人均淡水资源只占世界人均淡水资源的四分之一。

有一次，在家中洗脸用了一盆水，妈妈说：“要勤俭节约，没有看到我洗完菜的水不要倒掉，还可以用来浇花、拖地、冲茅房等。”我说：“以后不再浪费水啦！”妈妈又说：“全球性的水污染，水资源的过度消耗和管理不当已经造成可利用水资源水量和水质的大幅下降。所以一定要节约水即使我们拥有的水资源如此之少和珍贵，但我们还没有认真地对待它。现在，世界上每天有6000人因为得不到水或足够清洁的水而死亡。如果这种趋势不能得到有效控制，20年后，世界人口的2/3将面临无水可用的危境。”我赞叹不已。于是我给大家提几点建议：

1、要从自己做起，做到不和别人一起破坏水资源。还要从家庭做起，让家人了解到破坏水资源的危险，让他们也不破坏水资源。还要让别人跟你一样保护水资源。

2、如果见到有人故意破坏水源，应勇敢的向他劝说，并说明破坏水源会给我们带来极大的危险。而且让他以后要保护水资源。遇到劝阻不听的，并且情节严重的，要直接报告有关部门，用法律来惩罚他们。

4、在学校里，我们要做同学们的榜样，做同学们的表率。让同学们也有保护水资源的责任感。像拖地的时候，同学们在冲拖把的时候，浪费水极多。如果这样浪费，得浪费很多水呀！应该在冲拖把的地方设立两个水池，一个是冲脏物，一个是清洁的。同学们在拖完地时，上面有许多脏物，先到冲脏物的水池里把脏物冲掉。在到清洁的地方冲干净。这样就节约了不少水既节约了水，又把拖把冲干净了，真是一举两得！

幸福的生活不止在于丰衣足食，也在于碧水蓝天。同学们，如果水资源被污染了，那么有丰衣足食的生活也就会美中不足，请别让最后一滴水成为人类的眼泪。

在学校里，就经常看见如白花花的银子的水在不停地流着，可开水龙头的人却不知去向，并且没有几个人会主动去关掉；而有的同学开着水龙头不是在洗手，而是在嬉戏，打闹，玩无聊的打水仗。

我国水资源总量为2.8万亿立平方米左右，居世界第六。人均占水量为2100多立方米，占世界人均水平的四分之一，属于缺水国家。西部地区缺水非常严重，那儿的人一生只洗三次澡，出生时第一次，结婚时第二次，死后第三次。所以有‘’滴水贵如油‘’之说

同学们，水对我们多重要啊！我们怎样才能保护它呢？水资源彻底被污染了，水中的化学成份，毒物让人类吸收了，那么人类的身体健康造成严重的危险。鱼儿一生都生活在水中，污染的水资源会导致大量稀有鱼儿死亡，给生态环境造成严重威胁。

我们应该从小事做起，随手开关水龙头。老师应该加强对学生保护水资源，节约用水的教育。也要要求老师节约用水，当老师在认真洗手时，却不把水龙头给关了，水就在那儿不停的流着。在家里，水可以多处使用，比如洗菜的水可以用来冲厕所；洗衣服后的水可以用来拖地板…

国家应对污染企业加大管理力度；对不达标的企业要坚决关停；工业废水一定要处理后达到排放标准后才让排除
