回应式聆听的关键是要能够不加论断地聆听，即为理解而听，而不是为达成 一致而听。我们如何可以成为更专心及回应式的听众呢？过程是这样的。坐在说 话人的对面，身体放松，注意力集中。让说话人开始讲述他正经历或想要分享的情感或具体的想法。对言语或非言语的信息都要注意。当说话人说完四五句话的 时候，打断说话人，说，“让我看看我有没有听明白你的话。”然后，用你自己的 话重复你刚才所听到的信息或感受的情感：“你刚才说...”, “你的感觉是...”, “我 说得对吗？” 如果说话人说不对，则要求说话人澄清一下你没听明白或听错的部 分。当你们两个都明白后，说话人就可以继续说下面的几句话，回应的过程又重 新开始。记住：说话人和听话人的目的都是为了理解，而不是达成一致。

时光飞逝，感觉只是一眨眼的功夫，便迎来了炎炎夏日。拖着行李离开校园走在回家的路上，回首间，感觉有些伤怀。总说“少年不识愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁”，却不知，“愁”这个字

是所有人类都拥有的，无关年龄。而我，在这离校转身的刹那，突然有了一些忧愁。

大一的一年，我碌碌无为，沉默在自己的世界中。

一、学习上。早就知道“业精于勤疏于嬉，行成于思毁于随”，却在放纵自己的时候刻意将它

忽视了。没有课本，没有未来，只有自我的沉迷。我知道，我来大学的原因。不是为玩乐，而是为今后在社会上立足做好准备工作。我，已经年过18，按法律规定，我已经是一个成年

人。成人，意味着要自己养活自己，离开父亲的庇护。我清楚地知道自己在害怕着什么，知

道自己为什么自己宁愿堕落在虚幻的世界中也不肯回望现实一眼。因为对未知的恐惧。我，从来就不是勇敢的人，我畏惧从未面对的世界。因此，逃避。可是当大一在我的身后化为记

忆，我忽然有了更深的一层悲哀。因为，我身为一个大学生，该有的矜持，该有的骄傲，全

都被自己埋没，碾碎消散于空气中。学习是学生的基本,一个受社会肯定的优秀大学生,除了

有个性有特长外,最起码的就是要有知识文化的功底。而我，在这一年，丢弃了学习的时机。

二、生活上。人是群居动物，所以，聚居在一起生活。学会和同学们友好相处，和睦共处，互帮互爱是一个大学生应做的事。可是，到今天，我才很遗憾的发现，我连同班的同学都没

有认完。良好的人际关系是在社会上生存的一大倚仗，而我，在这方面，无疑也是失败的。

养成自己的事情自己做，形成独立自理自立的良好习惯。或许是从小就一个人生活的时间太

长的原因吧，在这方面，我做的还是稍稍令自己满意的。只是，宿舍的集体活动，比如“谈

心”，我却甚少参加，对寝室同学的了解也是知之甚少。至于宿舍打扫活动，我的完成度还是

令人满意的，只是，那点闪光点并不能掩盖那些灰色的斑点。

三、实践上。

（1）我并非班干部，这大一的整整一年，我都未曾担任任何职位。一方面，我是个离群的人，不喜欢参与群体性能够活动。我宁愿听从别人的安排也不愿去安排别人。有时候我也会自嘲：

如果在古代，我一定会是一等一的良民吧。另一方面，我对自己并不是很自信。我害怕置身

于众人的目光下，平时说话就很少，在众人面前说就更困难了。因此，大一，我沉默着过了

一年。

（2）辅导员生活。我喜欢小孩子，我想成为优秀的教师，这点毋庸置疑。附小的辅导员生活

让我有了接触小朋友的机会，我很珍惜。我想，整个大一生活，能让我少数打起精神去做的事恐怕这就算一件吧。

（3）小教小组。小组的活动包括听课、备课（教案）、上片段课、评析等。这是为了提高我们将来的指教能力的活动，为了能让我们走在一个新的更高的起点上。我完成这些，不仅仅

是上交的需要，更是内心的要求。通过做这些事，我认识到当老师，尤其是一个优秀的老师

并不是那么容易的。以前总以为做小学老师很容易，现在事实让我清醒，我知道，将来，我会一步一个脚印，踏踏实实的走下去。

四、利用课外时间我在一个辅导班里找了一分兼职。通过辅导小孩子的家庭作业以及和辅导

班老师的相处，我能更深刻的理解一些以前所不明白的事。在辅导班里，我学会正确处理和

学生之间的关系，和同事（一起做兼职的学长）的关系。我做兼职的时间很短，但是，我却

在这个时间里（大一结束前的一个月）开始增长了自信。

过去的一年，多是在自己的小世界里沉迷，忽视周围，颇为离群。但是，经过这次总结，我愿自己在新的一学年里能认真听课，虚心向老师请教，对自己的将来负责任！

大一期末总结

本着对大学的美好憧憬，我步入了大学，成了一名大学生，开始了我新的大学生活。大一上半学期的生活眨眼之间就过去了，头脑中还清晰的记着刚来时的情景，没想到这么快就一年过去了。一学期下来，是既有得又有失的。

不得不说，军训是一段最难忘的记忆，大家还不熟悉，彼此热情而小心，但相同想法和感觉让我们探索这所将生活四年的学校。首先开始的，是军训。那时有太多太多的心绪在心里充溢，老朋友在远方，新的朋友还在萌芽，当一个人需要有人分享情感的时候，孤独感会被夸大，于是渴望友谊。来自五湖四海的同学通过它逐渐互相认识，在训练中互相帮助慢慢建立新的友谊，每个人开始展露自己，凸显出自己的各种能力。在军训中，我学会了坚持，同时也认识很多的同学，并与同宿舍的宿友们建立了初步的感情。

军训在锻炼着我们的身体素质，磨练我们的意志的同时，学校里的各种活动和社团的招新也吸引着好奇的我们。大一上学期，我认真思考了究竟应该参加什么样的社团，从而不仅能从中获得快乐，更重要的是在参与中学得只是，让自己更快地成长起来。在认真的考虑之下，我选择参加了网通社和义工协会。期间，这两个社团一次次地举办的多项活动都使我受益匪浅。社团里的任务我也尽自己的能力去完成。在社团中，我感触最深的是同学与同学之间的热情与友谊。在参加了这两个社团之后，我深切地体会到，在社团的选择上自然要根据自己的兴趣，有兴趣才会投入，进入以后要能够积极主动，主要是培养自己的协调能力，社交的能力。社团活动与学习是会发生矛盾的，如果是喜欢社团的工作，则需要放弃一些课余的生活时间，要比别人花费更多的时间在自己的学习和工作上！

军训过后，大学的根本的一面也向我们逐渐展开。学习使用不退色的话题，也是所有学校最根本的基础。各项课程的展开带着我们走进全新的世界，完全不同与高中的学习方式多少让我有点不知所措，紧张的课程安排，没有过多的课堂复习，更多的是靠自己课后的努力。大学的学习虽然任务不重，但绝对不轻松。大学的文化学习当然很重要了，我感触最深的是在大学，你一定要掌握好方法。什么东西该学，什么不该学；该学多少，怎么学；哪个重要要多学，哪个不是很重要要浅尝辄止；要广泛涉猎，又要对某一项精益求精。说到底，大学教你的是学习的能力，和处事的方法，与人为善，又能迅速的进入你并不熟悉的领域，你就成功了。这个学期我觉得我的课程学的不太好，渐渐地在学习上松懈了下来，继而在学习上出现了较大的漏洞。总结上学期的种种经验，我觉得下学期必须改变这种方式，把学习放在第一位。还有就是要加强自己的英语学习，多挤出一点时间来练习。

一直都说大学就是一个小型的社会，经过大一上学期，我觉得学会处理好同学之间的人际关系尤为重要。进入大学，我还会和高中的好朋友隔三差五的联系一下。刚进大学的时候大家都来自不同的城市，不同的家庭，有着不同的背景，我渐渐熟悉他们的生活习惯，行为方式，选择一些适合我的人去交往。另外在上学期，我懂得了不要把朋友局限于班里或者系里，多接触其他系院的人，才能让自己交际面更广。通过参加网通社，我也认识了其他院系的一些同学，他们的热情帮助无不感动着我。还有，我知道了要学会委婉的对他人说不，因为我的交际面广了以后，各种交际有可能让我应接不暇，不要让自己感到疲于应付，从而因此耽误了自己的主业。最重要的一点，别人心里想的是什么你永远猜不透，所以再好的朋友，我自己心里也应该保留一些秘密，大学里还是存在一些踩着他人往上爬的小人的。当我有心事的时候，会打个电话和家人聊聊，他们是我在大学里的后盾。

我读的这门专业，课程虽然多，但业余时间也不少，可我发现我真的不大会利用我的业余时间。有时一整天都在忙个不停，可停下来一看却发现自己什么也没做。还不时的埋怨时间过的太快，有时我干脆就干坐着发呆，回想高中的美好时光，我想我又失去了大学里许多宝贵的时间。大学生不应该像我这样，应该是要懂得生活才会生活的好的！

但是，不管是快乐还是悲伤，遗憾还是满足，是失意还是得意，一切都已经成为了我走过的足迹，变成了我的人生中宝贵的一页，保存在我的人生历程中。现在，我要以更好的心态和精神状态，为下学期的学习生活做准备，展望充满希望的新学年的新学期，怀着更高的信心和抱负踏上新的征途，走好我大学生活的下一步。
