★ 办理邀请外商来华签证申报所需材料：(除英文之外的外文材料，请附中文翻译件并盖邀请单位公司章)

如何填写签证中的申请表呢？

在邀请外国人来华签证申报表中：

“被邀请人情况”栏必须打印。被邀请人“国籍”和下面的“签证地”须用英语填写。

外商系首次来华时，“来华事由”栏要详细填写有关该公司的性质、经营范围等情况，以及如何与该公司结识的，本次来访的主要目的等内容。对于办理二次和半年多次往返的申报，“来华事由”栏要写明最近半年来华共有多少次和本次要申请多次往返的充分理由。

“邀请单位担保意见”内容大致如下：

兹有我公司****国客商******（护照号码为******）于200*年*月来义乌进行合法正当的商务活动，停留时间为**天，我公司担保客商在此期间不产生违反法律的行为。

“在华停留天数”最长为25天。

对于“签证地”与“国籍”不一致的客商，要求在每一份材料中附上该客商在“签证地”之国的居留证复印件，并注明“这是某某在某地的居留证。”，由邀请单位盖上公章。

办理多次往返的，要求企业前半年已邀请该客商五、六次来华，并在每一份材料中附上该客商的每次来华签证记录、海关出入境记录和贸易额凭据。

“领导签名”栏，企业法人代表或其委托领导须亲笔签名（企业经办人不可擅自代签，也不可以盖领导签字章），后盖公章。

“联系人”要填写企业经办人自己的联系方法（为不耽搁您的宝贵时间，最好写上手机号），而且要表中所写的“联系人”本人去金华取签证通知，不可委托快递公司取。

护照的复印件必须包含如下四项内容：

1、外商的姓名全称；

2、国籍；

3、护照的有效期；

4、护照的号码；

如果有身份信息，必须是商人身份，不可是与商务无关的身份。

双方购销合同要求是由外商签字、我方企业负责人签字并加盖公章后生效的合同或售货确认书等材料的复印件，以证明双方之间的经贸关系。

各种附件不可以使用感应传真纸，感应传真纸上的内容必须经复印后，方可使用。

各企业邀请外商来华，由各企业外事专办员到义乌外侨办办理。

第五篇：英国签证心得

我是7月23号去的杭州，那天交完材料后回家，26号就收到了寄回的签证。我想两天内就能收签证的应该是少之又少了，估计这两天人品大爆棚了........一般签证回复的时间是10天左右

杭州签证中心地址：凤起路320号同方财富大厦503室

先说下我签证的大致流程：

1、准备材料

2、网上签证申请

3、网上预约签证时间

4、提前一天到达杭州

5、因为预约的时间在下午，所以上午先去体检了

6、下午递交签证材料（全程大概半小时）

去签证之前要现在网上预约好时间，上午或下午都无所谓，看你自己时间方便。你不一定要按预约的时间卡在那个点去，也可以稍微提前一些，这样可以拿到前面一点的号（我那天预约的是13:10的，但是我12:30左右就到那边了，到门口看了护照，就会让你进去了。）

下面说一下我交的材料：

1、英国那边学校发的Offer（原件+复印件）

2、CAS（只有复印件，因为英国那边只发过来一个扫描件，不管是

彩印还是黑白的都只能算是复印件）

3、存单和存款证明（原件+复印件）

4、护照（别忘了在最后一页签字，还有首页和尾页的复印件）

5、户口本（其实这个要不要都无所谓的应该，也是原件+复印件）

6、家长的收入证明（如果钱是存在自己名下的，就不需要了）

7、在读证明（原件+复印件）

8、雅思成绩单（原件+复印件）

9、在校的成绩单（原件+复印件）

10、网上签证填的那个表格打印出来，贴上照片（签证照片的尺寸是45*35的护照的是48*33的）

11、签证费（现金3035，但是最好多带一千，因为那个坑爹的翻译费）

好吧，我现在详细的说一下那个翻译的费用：

我们准备的那些材料例如我们在校的成绩单，家长的收入证明，在读证明等自己翻译都是没用的因为英国签证对翻译的要求很高，必须要有译者的签名，联系方式还要盖章 所以我们自己翻译都是徒劳，到那边都需要重新交钱翻译

最坑爹的就是那个翻译费

普通翻译（A4纸）75元/页 ； 复杂翻译 110元/页

我主要是因为交了户口本所以多出了5页的翻译费用（钱存在自己名下的童鞋可以不用交的）所以光光翻译费我就交了785

综上所述，本人本次签证总费用：3870元
