家就像根，永远是树叶的归宿；家就像一件大衣，不会提高温度，但却给予人们连火炉都不能代替的温度；家更像是一瓶陈年佳酿，融进了许多宽容和理解，包含了更多的生命内涵。
我叫刘桂霞，今年50岁。我的家和大多数家庭一样，只是一个平凡的家庭，没有什么轰轰烈烈的事迹。但是一直以来，我们全家人遵纪守法，尊老爱幼，积极进取、家庭温馨，深受邻里的好评。今天在这里，我就和大家一起分享一下我的幸福与快乐吧！
对于一个家庭而言，只要有付出，就一定有收获。现今的我，拥有一个五口人的幸福之家。上有80岁的老母亲，下有两个健康懂事的儿子，还有一个对我体贴入微的好老公。我嫁入丈夫家是80年代，那时正是中国改革开放之初。丈夫家兄妹多，家境相当贫寒，我始终琢磨着怎样才能给家里增加收入，过上好日子。有一年正好生产队变卖简陋的加工厂，刚开始我们不会操作，更别说维修了，我们就摸索着干。机器简陋，我们就以滚雪球的方式，边经营边添置机械。梅花香自苦寒来，经过了几年的打拼初步发展成一个小规模的米面及饲料加工厂。这样既解决周围群众就业又增加了一些收入。在经营方面我们诚信待人，服务热情周到，对待困难家庭和残疾人我们始终是半收费，虽然不多但也表达了我们的一点心意。
对于一个家庭而言，不一定要奢华，但一定要重孝。公婆常常教育我们要与人为善，方便他人，公公晚年卧床几年，丈夫又在外边跑生意，公公的吃喝拉撒全由我打理，我在外边忙着加工厂，回到家照顾着老人，从没一句怨言，婆婆眼神不好而且记忆更不行，有时拐杖就在眼前都找不着，我会及时放到她手里，吃饭时夹不着菜，我把菜给她夹在碗里，老人的胃不好，无论吃什么都要软一点，我尽量把饭煮的软一点，丈夫深情的对我说，“太辛苦你了”，我说“这是我做儿媳妇的职责，谁都会有老的时候”。
对于一个家庭而言，要懂得感恩，享受平凡。曾经面对生活的繁琐，生意的失意，我也迷茫过、彷徨过。可是后来想想，生活就是这样，想想比自己生活差很多的人都依然勇敢的活着，努力的拼搏着，我们就应该能找到生活的天平。懂得感谢、感激、感恩。感谢生活，带给我无限惊喜；感激万物带给无限愉悦；感恩失败带给我无限进取。更要享受一个平凡的母亲，不攀比，不妒忌。尽管不能给孩子雍容华贵的生活，可是，我可以用自己勤劳的双手，创造不一样的幸福！让老人享受我无微不至的关爱，让丈夫享受我体贴入微的关心，让孩子享受我精心细致的关怀，这是一种温馨的幸福！

我的幸福家庭
今天我演讲的题目是《我的幸福家庭》
幸福是什么，我并不完全知道。我的理解只是：有吃、有喝、有穿、还有一对儿爱我的父母。在家里，我就像一株幼苗，爸爸妈妈把所有的阳光和雨露都倾洒在我身上，精心呵护我成长。现在的我很幸福！
爸爸和妈妈都是小学教师，她们和千千万万的老师一样，不断地在孩子们的心田播种理想和知识的种子。虽然照顾我的时间不是很多，但每当我遇到困难时，他们总是悉心的开导我、教育我、启发我，尽量让我依靠自己的力量来克服一道道难关。
严父慈母，我的爸爸妈妈正相反。妈妈对我要求很严厉：走路要挺胸，见人要问好，做男人要有责任心，写字要工整……总之就是这个要管，那个要问。爸爸就好多了，一切有得缓：衣服可以帮忙穿，作业妈妈回来之前写
完就可以。有时看见爸爸因为我被妈妈责怪，我还偷偷和爸爸做鬼脸。这就是我们一家人，幸福的一家人。
妈妈表面虽然严厉，心里却装满了对我的爱。这学期我的学习成绩一直不理想，妈妈很着急。经常和爸爸、老师一起商讨。还给我准备了练习题，打算每天做一些，可一直以来并没让我真的做。从妈妈的眼神里，我读到的是不舍，是疼爱。父母对我给予深深的期望：期望我健康、快乐的成长，期望我早日成才。父母对我无私的付出，无尽的关爱，将化作一股前进的力量，催我上进。

大家下午好！今天我们演讲的题目是：《读书让我们快乐！》

我是六（1）班林琍家长。
很荣幸来到这里和大家一起讨论如何培养孩子的阅读兴趣这个话题，其实我们中间有很多非常用心的家长，期待我们共同探讨。
书籍是人类的精神食粮。人们除了需要满足吃穿住行和安全等最基本的需求，马斯洛的人类需求理论的其他三个方面如社会需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求，都可以通过提高自身的修养和素质，提升自我来实现。精神食粮在社会的物质文明和精神文明发展的今天尤其显得重要。
营造一个家庭的书香氛围，我主要是从四个方面入手：
一、培养孩子的课外阅读量。我家真正给人的印象是一个字：乱。成堆的报纸、凌乱的杂志、随处可见的拖鞋…….连厕所里都扔着烹饪书。书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉。大量的课外阅读开拓了孩子的视野，丰富了孩子的知识，也知道了什么叫经典阅读。曾经在五年级上半年我发现她书包里带了本校园小说，赶紧跟班主任陈振瑛老师通了气，陈老师在课堂上鼓励孩子们阅读有益的健康读物，给孩子们的经典阅读指引一个方向。
二、营造良好的学习环境。我们很少看电视，除了做作业、做户外运动之外就是看书报。我的儿子从小不爱读书，来到我身边时连个完整的句子也写不出来，更不用说写作文。他写读后感的开头是这样的：我读了这本书后就有了后感。针对这种情况，我们在茶余饭后有意地谈论看过的书中描写的人物、性格、喜怒哀乐，一些感人的情节等，对报纸上有价值的时事新闻进行观点分析，谈谈心得体会。他就慢慢开始看些报纸、科普类读物，以便来参与我们的讨论。家庭气氛也因此更融洽了。
三、根据小孩的生理心理特点，培养好的学习习惯。
林琍幼儿时期住外婆家，外公外婆专门为她买了很多纸张和色彩质地很好的画册，周末回家后我给她讲解和阅读，我念故事的技巧是声情并茂，不同人物的对话我可以分别发出不同的声音，让童话故事更加引人入胜。念几次以后她能一字不漏地背出整个故事，等我不在家时她就自己温习“功课”，不知不觉中认识了很多字。所以在幼儿园的时候，她已经能念报给病床上的外婆听了。
四、不可忽视音乐的作用。很多来过我们家的小朋友都有这个体会：林琍家里总有音乐。大部分时候播放的都是英文歌曲，每过一段时间我就会从网上淘些好歌，不一定听得懂歌词，但旋律非常好听。有两个好处：一是好听的音乐让人心情愉快；二是多听后自然能唱上两句。学过英语的人都知道学英文歌曲对练口语是很管用的，口音纯，学起来又不是负担。早上起床或睡觉前播放音乐，真是一件身心愉悦的好事。
