Other than those，there are even more good effects brought to us by the Olympic Games that cannot be seen directly。For example，more and more people will get to know China。I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attract them strongly。And the games will also do good to the economy and environment，for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened。What is more，Olympic Games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youth with the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit。Now that we have seen so many advances，could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?

我倒是觉得，这句话用来形容晚年的张爱玲再贴切不过了。《流言》中的张是个痴迷服装的女子。她可以用十多页的篇幅写《更衣记》，她会和女友逛街吃路边小吃。她甚至还颇为得意地说——到底是上海人。那样的她充满了俏皮，可爱，烟火气息。后来，她逃去了美国。她迫切地想要在异国重塑上海般的传奇。无奈中英文的巨大差异，使她的文字在翻译成英文的同时，失去了特有的张味。赖雅离世后，频繁搬家，闭门谢客，孤寂冷漠的她生命中真的才是布满苍绿与苍凉。从一个对衣服有颇多讲究的到开始穿白衣蓝裙的张爱玲。吃罐头，喝牛奶与油炸粘糯类的甜食。她不会打鸡蛋，也不吃新鲜的'水果蔬菜。她是那种不会做饭的女人。这想必才是真正的不食人间烟火吧。她经常把房间里的电视从中午开到半夜。张爱玲在属于她的四四方方的天地里听外面的喧嚣。我非常郁闷，是怎样的奇女子，才能活的这般冷清。不仅是物质上的不足，那种与世隔绝和精神上的寂寞如何去平衡轻浮的一生。她的天地，咱们进不去，因为这样的女子，没有人可以读懂她。干净到近乎透明的心，和陌生人讲话仍会脸红的她，选择在咱们看来不可思议的生活，在咱们眼里的寂寞，于她，是欢悦。她说——在没有人与人交接的场合，我充满了生命的欢悦，可是我一天不能克服这种咬噬性的小烦恼。生命是一袭华美的袍，上面爬满了虱子。

今天我演讲的题目是《改变不了环境，就改变自己》。

著名的文学家托尔斯泰曾经说过：“世界上只有两种人：一种是观望者，一种是行动者。大多数人想改变这个世界，但没人想改变自己。”想要改变现状，就要改变自己；要改变自己。就得改变自己的观念。一切成就，都是从正确的观念开始的。一连串的失败，也都是从错误的观念开始的。要适应社会，适应环境，适应变化，就要学会改变自己。

柏拉图告诉弟子自己能够移山，弟子们纷纷请教方法，柏拉图笑道，说：“非常简单，山若不过来，我就过去。”弟子们一片哗然。

这一个世界上根本就没有移山之术，唯一的一个移动山的方法就是：山不过来，我便过去。同样的道理，人不能改变环境，那么咱们就要改变自己。

一个黑人小孩在他父亲的葡萄酒厂看守橡木桶。每天早上，他用抹布将一个个木桶擦干净，然后一排排地整齐地放好。令他生气的是，往往一夜之间，风就把他排列整齐的木桶吹得东倒西歪。

小男孩非常委屈地哭了。父亲摸着小男孩的头说：“孩子，不要哭，咱们可以想办法去征服风。”

从某种意义上说，人不是无人知晓物质世界里，而是活在思想世界里，活在理想与信念当中。对于人的记忆而言，要存活，只要一碗饭，一杯水就可以了;但是要想活得精彩，就要有精神，就要有理想远大的理想和坚定的人生观。

浩瀚的沙漠中，一支探险队在艰难地跋涉。头顶骄阳似火，烤得探险队员们口干舌燥，挥汗如雨。最糟糕的是，他们没有水了。泥就是他们赖以生存的`信念，信念破灭了，一个个像塌了架，丢了魂，不约而同地将目光投向队长。这可怎么办?

队长从腰间取出一个杯子，两手举起来，用力晃了晃，惊喜地喊道：“哦，我这里还有一壶水!但穿越沙漠前，谁也不能喝。”

沉甸甸的水壶从队员们的依次传递，原来那种濒临绝望的脸上又显露出坚定的神色，一定要走出沙漠的信念支撑他们踉跄着，一步一步地向前挪动。看着那水壶，他们咽咽干裂的嘴唇，陡然增添了力量。

终于，他们死里逃生，走出茫茫无垠的沙漠，大家喜极而泣之时，久久凝视着那个给了他们信念支撑垫子的水杯。

队长小心翼翼地拧开水壶盖，缓缓流出的却是一缕缕沙子。他诚挚地说：“只要心里有坚定的信念，干枯的沙子有时也可以变成清冽的泉水。”

黑人马丁·路德金有句名言：“这个世界上，没有人想要使你倒下。如果你自己的信念还站立着的话。”是的，即使在最困难的时候，不要也不要著火心中信念的火把。

同学们，不管你现在的学业成绩怎么样，不管你现在的基础怎么样，只要坚定信念，超越自我，你就有了尽力的方向，你就有了奋斗的目标，你就有了日常生活的动力，你就有了如愿的希望!

一个黑人小孩在他父亲的葡萄酒厂看守橡木桶。每天早上，他用抹布将一个个木桶擦干净，然后一排排地整齐地放好。令他生气的是，往往一夜之间，风就把他排列整齐的木桶吹得东倒西歪。小男孩很委屈地哭了。父亲摸着小男孩的头说：“孩子，不要哭，我们可以想办法去征服风。”

于是小男孩擦干了眼泪坐在木桶边想啊想，想了半天终于想出了一个办法，他从井边挑来一桶又一桶的清水，然后把它们倒进那些空空的橡木桶里，然后他就忐忑不安地回家睡觉了。第二天，天刚蒙蒙亮，小男孩就匆匆地爬了起来，他跑到放桶的地方一看，那些橡木桶一个一个排列得整整齐齐，没有一个被风吹倒的，也没有一个被风吹歪的。小男孩开心地笑了，他对父亲说：“要想木桶不被风吹倒，就要加重木桶的重量。”男孩的父亲赞许地微笑了。是的，我们不能改变风，改变不了这个这个世界上的许多东西，但是我们可以改变自己，给自己加重，这样我们就可以适应变化，不被打败！

在威斯敏斯特教堂地下室里，英国圣公会主教的墓碑上写着这样一段话：当我年轻自由的时候，我的'想象力没有任何局限，我梦想改变这个世界。当我渐渐成熟明智的时候，我发现这个世界是不可改变的，于是我将眼光放得短浅了一些，那就只改变我的国家吧！但是我的国家似乎也是我无法改变的。当我到了迟暮之年，抱着最后一丝努力的希望，我决定只改变我的家庭、我最亲近的人——但是，唉！他们根本不接受改变。现在我在临终之际，我才突然意识到：如果起初我只改变自己，接着我就可以依次改变我的家人。然后，在他们的激发和鼓励下，我也许能改变我的国家。再接下来，谁又知道呢，也许我连整个世界都可以改变。

究竟是什么给小和尚的一片好心带来害人害已的结果呢？答案很简单。就是因为他用冬瓜作练习时养成了把剃刀插向冬瓜的.习惯，尽管为自我的师兄剃发时心里想着这是人不是冬瓜，但手却不听使唤，习惯性地把刀插了上去，所以，是那个小小的坏习惯害了他。

虽然这个故事有几分夸张，我们也不可能会是一个为别人理发的小和尚。可是同学们，你们有没有类似的坏习惯呢？比如：随地吐痰、随意骂人、说脏话、随手乱扔乱撂、经常大声喧哗、在楼道里追逐打闹、自习课上说话等，如果有，它们迟早会给你带来或大或小的麻烦。这个故事再一次告诫我们：坏的习惯一旦养成，即使是很小的，也不容易改掉，最终会给自我和他人带来危害。

所以，我们平时要养成一些好的习惯，良好的习惯能够使我们在各个方面受益匪浅：平时不浪费一分一秒，努力学习就会使成绩上升；尽自我的一份力维持班级的卫生，就很有可能使班团体成为“卫生模范班”，如果每个同学都这样，学校也会变得干净漂亮，我们在其中学习、生活也会心境舒畅；平时坚持锻炼身体，就可能在运动会上一展风采；帮同学讲解问题，也许会使自我有新的发现；在家中帮父母做一些力所能及的家务，自我能做的事自我做，不给父母增添不必要的麻烦……

三岛由纪夫说过：“人生就是靠不断的遗忘，才比较容易活下去。”但许多造诣深的同学化用为：人生就是靠不断的放弃，才比较容易活下去。这句话也不无道理，到对于梦还说是不行，当你这样想，你已经很荣幸列入失败者的行列。

课前三分钟演讲的活动，目的是把写作与听、说结合起来，全面提高学生的语文素养。

（二）评分说明

1、准备充分（占20分）：演讲的准备分两个内容，一是演讲稿的准备，二是演讲的辅助媒体的准备。对于演讲稿的准备，我要求，每一位演讲的同学要提前一周把演讲稿交给老师，老师提出意见，学生经过修改，再提意见再修改，直到老师认可后，学生再进行正式演讲前的准备。演讲时如果为了提高演讲的生动性，需要用到辅助媒体，如课件、实物投影，需要的设备要和老师商量并提前两天作演练，以保证课堂演讲能有序进行，尽量避免意外或把意外降到最低，以免耽误演讲后的正常上课。

在评分中，我把演讲的准备纳入其中一项的打分，目的要让学生重视这次演讲。因为这样的机会不多，半个学期才轮到一次，不好好准备，积累经验，就浪费这一次珍贵的机会了。

2、内容充实（占20分）：这主要体现在演讲稿的写作上，要求演讲内容具体充实，有个性特点。

3、表述清晰（声音响亮）（占20分）：需要特别指出的是，在“演讲”和“评讲”两项分数中，都有一项是“表述清晰（声音响亮）”，在演讲部分还要求“生动”。我在课堂回答问题时有这样的体会，我们的学生由于缺少在众人面前锻炼的机会和经验，普遍讲话都比较小声。而演讲不同于平时的交谈，所以我在声音响亮方面作特别的要求，目的是培养学生有演讲的意识，说话要看场合，要照顾到所有的听众。锻炼学生大胆、大声、大方、“大气”地在众人面前发表自己的看法，这是对学生领导素质的有益培养。

4、态势语言使用恰当（占20分）：适当地使用表情、动作，能增强演讲的直观性、生动性，所以我要求学生使用态势语言要自然合适，不夸张造作。

5、脱稿表述（占10分）：演讲不同于朗诵，我要求学生既要写好讲稿，但又不能依赖讲稿。我有这样的发现，一旦学生带稿上台演讲，看了第一次就会看第二次，越看就越想看，不断地低头看稿，整个演讲就没了效果。不依赖讲稿会迫使学生在熟悉讲稿后，更多地关注表达和态势方面的表现，更有利于提高学生的演讲技能。

有些人说那些有才能、有成就的人从小就是“天才”、“神童”，像我们再努力有什么用啊。这种想法是错误的，他们是天才、神童，不是天生的，而是来自勤奋的学习。勤奋学习是成为“天才”、“神童”的先决条件。经科学家研究，人是智力是有差别的，但是仅仅是差一点点而已。所以说，“天才”、“神童”是靠人们勤奋学习而成为的。

每个人都想找一条更省力气的路到达山顶。所以人们常常追问已经登顶的人，哪一条是直通山顶的捷径。那些从山顶下来的人却说：“山上那有什么捷径，所有的路都是弯弯曲曲的。先要到达顶峰，还必须要不断的征服那些根本就看不到的`悬崖峭壁。”

成功之路，绝非坦途。这个世界上有太多的人梦想作者飞机达到成功，上帝是公平的，从来就没有人有这样的特权。经历过一些，才能懂得一些。没有品尝过失败的味道，又怎么能够告诫自己如何不失败；没有体会过等待的苦楚，又怎么能够感悟成功的魅力？

如果你心中存在了这样的捷径想法，当稍微碰到一点困难，需要坚持一下时，心中就会打起退堂鼓：这不是捷径，我应该走另一条路。转来转去，总在山腰里打转。

在学习上，我觉得自己最重要的就是态度，做一件事情的态度也将间接的决定这件事情的成功与失败，所以不管是做什么，首先最先要做好的就是端正自己的态度，有一个良好的态度才能更好去完成这件事，所以在学习上也是一样的，要保持自己良好的学习态度，才能更好的去完成自己的学习，同时也要提高自己对于学习的热爱与积极性，做到足够自主的去学习，主动的融入到学习的过程当中，其次还需要有很好的自控能力，在学习的时间里，就应该全身心的将自己的所有心思都用在学习上，而不是轻易的就可以被外界的各种因素所打扰到，要做到一种完全忽视外界的干扰的境界，未来还有很长时间的学习，还有很多的知识在等着我们去学习，所以就算自己做的有任何的不好，我们现在也还有时间和机会去改正和完善，学习是一个漫长的过程，成长也是，我们也不要急于求成，细水长流终究会取得最后的胜利，会得到自己所期望的东西。

同学们，让我们从现在开始，更好的去认知自己，对自己的身上和学习上的很多的不足和缺陷都及时的去改正，去更好的完善自己，完善自己的学习方式，通过自己的努力找到一个适合自己的方式，也更好的去完成自己的学习，相信我们班的所有的学生都是足够优秀和出色的。

我们都曾让苦思冥想寻觅到的解法葬身在计算过程中写错的一个符号上，我们也都曾将煞费苦心铺排出的作文断送在仓促而就的一个错别字上，常常地，我们学会了高瞻远瞩，学会了从全局出发，却不能够做到对每一件小事都精益求精，何谓真正的“大善”?那就是挖掘小事中的小事，用全部的热情和努力填补那些尚未完善的空缺，把小事的完美演绎到极致。就比如，下一次当你和我一样走上这方舞台的时候，请你一定记得翻好你的衣领。

聪明的.人，检查昨天，抓紧今天，规划明天;愚蠢的人，悲叹昨天，挥霍今天，梦幻明天。一个有价值的人生应该是：无怨无悔的昨天，丰硕盈实的今天，充满希望的明天。

然而当那些古老的文明从小就滋养着我们的品德，渐渐漫过我们的心田时又形成了怎样的风气!

曾经看过一篇报道，上面列举了中国人的十大陋飞，如：说脏话、随地吐痰、扔垃圾。

曾经听说外国的文明警示语有些是用中国汉字写的。

曾经了解到中国长城上那些奇怪的话语的作者也是中国人。

于是礼仪之邦的美誉失了往日的光彩;于是古老的.文明成了流失的风影;于是伟大的华夏民族被称作野蛮人。

但是，请注意，我刚才所说的都是曾经的事。当中国人望见了耻辱，当中国人悔于自己的无知，当中国人恢复了文明的素质，一切便渐渐趋于完好。

在我国，和谐社会在整个中国渐变流行;“幸福你我他，和谐靠大家”的口号也家喻户晓;八荣八耻也是可以从娃娃中中便可听到的。

在良好的政策注入生活注入内心时，中国的风气渐变完好，中国形象将恢复光芒，中国人将昂然地站在文明高层次领哉上。

于是，几年后的今天，当我再次环顾我所生活的城市，会看到许多可喜的现象。校园的操场上垃圾不再成堆，路旁的垃圾筒也恢复了原来完整的面貌。红灯的人行路上少了那些不懂交通法规的人。

形态各异的白云代替了飞天的白色垃圾，走廊中亲切的问候代替了难以入耳的脏话，校门口可爱的笑脸代替了迟道的身影。

一天清晨，我看到一件发人深省的事，那天早晨，晨练的人很多，远处驶来一辆收垃圾的小三轮，一位白发苍苍的老人走到一棵树下，蹲下身子，吃力的抱起一个黑色的塑料袋，然后喊住那小三轮，放上去，这时一旁的孩子，也捡起一个掉落的空食品袋，踮起脚，将垃圾扔入车中。

如今不论老人还是孩子都有了这种文明意识，作为一名高素质的高中生，我们更应以我作起，作一名文明的公民，展现中国的文明形象，让那些耻辱的事真正成为过去!

我们走在生活的路上，有文明的做伴，在文明的这条路上，有我们的足迹，让我们共同努力，文明之你我共行。

柏拉图告诉弟子自己能够移山，弟子们纷纷请教方法，柏拉图笑道，说：“很简单，山若不过来，我就过去。”弟子们一片哗然。这一个世界上根本就没有移山之术，唯一的一个移动山的方法就是：山不过来，我便过去。同样的道理，人不能改变环境，那么我们就要改变自己。

一个黑人小孩在他父亲的.葡萄酒厂看守橡木桶。每天早上，他用抹布将一个个木桶擦干净，然后一排排地整齐地放好。令他生气的是，往往一夜之间，风就把他排列整齐的木桶吹得东倒西歪。小男孩很委屈地哭了。父亲摸着小男孩的头说：“孩子，不要哭，我们可以想办法去征服风。”

于是小男孩擦干了眼泪坐在木桶边想啊想，想了半天终于想出了一个办法，他从井边挑来一桶又一桶的清水，然后把它们倒进那些空空的橡木桶里，然后他就忐忑不安地回家睡觉了。第二天，天刚蒙蒙亮，小男孩就匆匆地爬了起来，他跑到放桶的地方一看，那些橡木桶一个一个排列得整整齐齐，没有一个被风吹倒的，也没有一个被风吹歪的。小男孩开心地笑了，他对父亲说：“要想木桶不被风吹倒，就要加重木桶的重量。”男孩的父亲赞许地微笑了。是的，我们不能改变风，改变不了这个这个世界上的许多东西，但是我们可以改变自己，给自己加重，这样我们就可以适应变化，不被打败！

在威斯敏斯特教堂地下室里，英国圣公会主教的墓碑上写着这样一段话：当我年轻自由的时候，我的想象力没有任何局限，我梦想改变这个世界。当我渐渐成熟明智的时候，我发现这个世界是不可改变的，于是我将眼光放得短浅了一些，那就只改变我的国家吧！但是我的国家似乎也是我无法改变的。当我到了迟暮之年，抱着最后一丝努力的希望，我决定只改变我的家庭、我最亲近的人——但是，唉！他们根本不接受改变。现在我在临终之际，我才突然意识到：如果起初我只改变自己，接着我就可以依次改变我的家人。然后，在他们的激发和鼓励下，我也许能改变我的国家。再接下来，谁又知道呢，也许我连整个世界都可以改变。

人生如水，人只能去适应环境。如果不能改变环境，就改变自己，只有这样，才能克服更多的困难，战胜更多的挫折，实现自我。如果不能看到自己的缺点和不足，只是一味地埋怨环境不利，从而把改变境遇的希望寄托在改变环境上，这实在是徒劳无益。虽然我们不能改变世界，但我们可以改变自己，让我们用爱心和智慧来面对一切环境。

我们在报道中看到，当护士拉开窗帘，张丽莉看见照进病房的阳光，不禁由衷地感叹：“活着真好。”而在张丽莉、王世伟、荆百岁、谢尚威、高铁成、郭肖岐等人的身上，也让我们看到了同样的阳光，那是人性散发出来的美丽光芒，也会让我们感叹世界的美好与生命的坚强。正如本报在27日推出的《发现黑龙江之美。大爱读本》对于六位英雄的解读，在他们身上，都有着热爱生活、与人为善、心怀责任、目标坚定、乐观坚强、平凡可爱的特质，这些都是人性在日常生活中最美好的微茫，而在危难时刻，便会转化成闪电一样的力量。诗人说：“在没有英雄的年代，我只想做一个人。”但其实，能把人做好了，就是的英雄，就有无穷的能量。

我们相信，无论人的本性原来怎样，但最终的方向一定是向善向上，而人性中最重要的品质，也一定是善良。正如法国作家雨果所说：“善良是历史中稀有的珍珠，善良的人几乎优于伟大的'人。心怀善良的人，总是在播种阳光和雨露，医治人们心灵的创伤。同善良的人接触，智慧得到启迪，灵魂变得高尚，襟怀更加宽广。”而在前几天，教授易中天先生在来哈的讲座中，也一再强调，与其空谈信仰，不如坚守道德底线，而这底线的标准之一，就是恻隐之心，而恻隐之心的实质，就是善良。这种人性的善良，用易中天先生曾经的比方，“就是全人类都能输的O型血”，能够拯救道德的沦丧，能够温暖世道的寒凉。

无论是英雄挺身而出的义举，还是民众爱心涌动的景象，这一切的一切，都让我们相信，只要社会中的“正能量”充足，就一定会形成道德与爱的强大气场。而人性的美好和善良，也最终一定能给这个世界带来无尽的力量，无尽的希望，像水融入着水，像光簇拥着光。

结束一天的军训，重新坐回教室，提起笔，手竟然抖了。真的，一天下来，胳膊虽然很酸、很疼，训练的时候有几次我都想放弃了，但是，看着我们那年轻的教官，一个二十几岁的小伙子，满脸洋溢着自信的风采，我犹豫了，他也不跟我们一样吗?我要努力，要像他们一样，充满自信，勇敢地面对挑战。

我至今都忘不了一位同学被老师压腿时，那个叫声和哭声简直惊天动地，响彻云霄，当时自己站在旁边心里的'痛比被压的人还难熬。不过她后来跟我说：“其实没有想象中的那么痛，不过真的叫出声来，哭出来，也是一种释放，痛楚也减轻了许多。”最后，她也通过自己的努力做到了。所以，当你失败时，只有一次次重复，才能发现成功就在不远处，有时缺的就只是一股狠劲。那个过程中，身体是你自己的，没有人能帮你。

每个人在成长中都会受挫，会哭泣悲伤，会歪歪斜斜地站在冷风中目瞪口呆。许多事情总是在经历之后才明白它也许就是你以后的炼金石。痛过了，便坚强了；跨过了，变成熟了。从此我们便不再轻易落泪了。很欣赏一句话“人生无所谓跌倒，只要能完好无损地站起来！”我们要坚持我们的坚持，再苦再难，也要坚强，你觉得痛就对了！

傍晚，我特意单身上阵，沿着路灯点缀的深南大道拐入锦绣中华景区。今夜的游客真多，广场上黑压压的一片，听着广播介绍注意事项后，一支烟花在半空散开，大家潮水一般拥入大门。

大门里面，发放面具，荧光角，长假发的工作人员就开给大家递上礼物打扮一下。遥望前方圆圆的月亮羞着脸躲到云朵后面，渗出一滩淡淡的灰白。黑森森的大树林里，微微亮着白光，矮山上碉堡似得古屋，楼塔若隐若显，四周很宁静幽雅，只有游客的脚步声和少许窃窃私语。然后走下一条石梯，路灯全部突然熄灭，开始慢慢亮起绿色小灯，小灯旁边就是一个鬼怪面具在晃动，一个、两个、三个接着打开，如同飘动的走马灯。绿色的灯光映着路旁的树叶，树枝上挂着一条白色布条在飘，上面是黑字：灵异街坊、黄泉路远。一阵风吹过，就在不远的前方传来一声乌鸦竭斯底里哀叫的声音。我裹紧上衣，跟着前面的人一步走一步看试探着向前，生怕踩到什么水池或者石块，回头长长的队伍像一条巨大的蟒蛇，匍匐前行，上面一闪一闪的是荧光面具和夜光牛角。一会儿来到一棵百年榕树下面，两围粗的树干足有一丈多高，枝叶茂盛如房屋宽大，倒生的树根密密匝匝垂直而下，如魔鬼的头发。往前一小步，两边绿色小灯即熄灭，大树底下的烟雾器开始喷出浓浓的白烟，嗤嗤作响。顿时，四周烟雾缭绕极似仙境，步履轻盈，原来被雾气包围的感觉是如此美妙。趁着蒙蒙的月色，听到哗哗流水声，是个直立泥壶小瀑布，下面一个小水潭，水面冒着白烟，似雾非雾。突然，水面扑通一声，山上掉下一个白衣人，手拿一条白布条，重重坠入水潭里，溅起一米多高的水花。我心里一惊，往前探头一伸：是个稻草人，“假的！”我虚惊一下，白布条上写道：招魂使者。“来、来、来……”不知道哪里传来长长的回音，接着就听到前面不远处阵阵女子尖叫的声音，声声真切，恐慌之极。像是水里的.稻草人在叫唤，更像是地狱使者在招魂。

回过头正要前行，前面飘来一个没有脚的人，长长的白发，长长的白衣，苍白的脸上没有眼睛鼻子五官，右手挚一支红色蜡烛，烛光微抖，左手拖着一口深红色棺材，前面一个黑色寿字，如一把锋利无比的冷冰刀刺向我们的眼睛。“哇——！是鬼呀……”我大叫一声，倒后一步，伸手往后慌乱一抓，“没有人，后面的人呢？”东跑西散了，不过很快又有许多好奇的青年男女游客蜂拥而至，有些甚至想拍照。我定了定神，凑过去看了又看，白衣鬼将手一伸，拿着蜡烛转个圈，好像发现了我们一般，然后丢掉蜡烛，左手放下棺木，闪到一边，用修长的手指指了一下棺木，棺木便有了灵气，传出砰砰的踢木板声音。一下子，木盖吱咯一声松动一下。看到棺材奇怪的摸样我好紧张，手心都捏了一把汗。接着，里面“啊……”的一声，如猛兽发威，地动山摇。整个盖都掀了起来，跳起来一个人，黑袍长袖，披头散发，青面獠牙，张开血盆大嘴，舞着修长的指甲冲向我们……，不知道那个女子“哇，僵尸！”竭斯底里尖叫一声。大家抱头鼠窜，四处逃散，我紧靠大树，无路可逃，看到僵死步步逼近，我真想爬树或者遁地溜走。慌乱之余，我听到后面又大喊大叫：“好多鬼啊！……”，只见后面人堆里闪出一个白衣驼背老头，浓密的白发遮盖着脸，瘦小的手拄着一根竹棍，竹棍头上挑着一块布片，上面写一个：魂。另一只后提一只黄纸灯笼，灯笼里面点着小蜡烛，外面贴一个黑色冤字。缓缓前行，走几步就停下来，耷拉着脑袋张望一下，跟许多人一样，像是在找寻什么。我心里闪出一个念头：这又是一只鬼！后面还有一个黑衣骷髅，白色头颅，白色肋骨，白色手骨腿骨，轻轻飘来，不知道哪里在喊：“拿命来，索命来……”

一个、两个……一下子好多鬼啊，我都不敢抬头，似乎一抬头就会步入鬼门关，从此黄泉陌路人一般。

不知道过了多久，我下意识在大腿上捏了一下，又麻又痛，双手捂着头向前面跑去，期间不知道多少怪异的身影在左忽右闪，绿眼珠的、红嘴巴的、白头发的就跟密密麻麻的游客混成一片。我一口气跑的一个很大的牌坊底下，往地上一坐，身子抖得像风里的树叶，好久方才松了一口气，似乎感觉耳后还有声音在响。抬起头一看：灵异街坊。诧然明白：这些“鬼”就是街上安居乐业的居民。这条街也是一条只许前进不可后退的黄泉路，跟这个迷情聊斋场景相似，奇思妙想安排大家有进无退。

我正迟疑了一下，是否继续前行，看到不远有个门，门口有个白色灯箱：咒怨浴室。就向前走去。

大家好!社会实践刚刚结束，我带着记忆犹新的欣喜、感动和震憾站在那里，我演讲的题目是《让青春在实践中飞翔》。

上周，我们初二年级八个班的学生到新郑参加市教育局组织的社会实践活动。全方位军事化管理使我们充分体验了团队生活的严谨、艰辛、乐趣与感动。

在活动过程中，翻越逃生墙的项目是整个团队所面临的最大挑战了。同学们自动搭起人梯，奋力向上攀越，虽一次次跌落和失败，但同学们却永不放弃。不少同学的双肩被踩破了皮，却一声不响，低着头，继续用自我的臂膀支撑起同伴的生命，背后只是留下一块块伤痕和一个个脚印……他们把生的期望留给了别人，使在场的许多同学都流下了感动的泪水。那个场面，我毕生都将无法忘记。同学们团结、友爱、互助的精神，使我们度过了一道道难关，克服了一个个困难。若没有同伴的付出，就不会有整个团队的胜利!

我想，这就是团队的力量!一根筷子易折断，十根筷子坚如铁!团队的力量是伟大的，伟大的背后更隐藏着艰辛与磨砺。一个人经历风雨，不如大家一齐抵挡风雨!

has the president committed offenses, and planned, and directed, and acquiesced in a course of conduct which the constitution will not tolerate? that's the question. we know that. we know the question. we should now forthwith proceed to answer the question. it is reason, and not passion, which must guide our deliberations, guide our debate, and guide our decision.

i had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. the first time i was taken to have the drop, i cried for almost half an hour and finally gave off at father's severe scolding. watching the cold needle stabbing into my skin, i cried even more loudly. at that time, i never dared to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my side. even if mum had told me many times,” honey, there’s nothing to be scared of. just close your eyes and sleep.“ i would still keep my eyes wide open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.

thank you for opening up your minds and your hearts, for seeing the possibility of what we could do together for our children and for our future here in this state and in our nation. i am profoundly grateful to all of you for giving me the chance to serve you.

you see, i believe our nation owes every responsible citizen and every responsible family the tools that they need to make the most of their own lives. that's the basic bargain. i'll do my best to honor in the united states senate.

It is a great honor and pleasure to be here on this beautiful Saturday morning to share with you my sentiments about life and passion for the English language.

About a year and a half ago, I took part in my very first English Speech Contest. When I stood before the microphone with all eyes starring directly at me, I could hardly speak. I stood there, embarrassed and helpless, struggling in vain for the right thing to say. My fears had paralyzed me.

While my passion for English has never changed, I lost my courage to speak in public. When my professor again encouraged me to take part in this Competition, I said “no.” I couldn’t endure yet another painful experience. He looked me straight in the eye and said something that pierced my heart. I will never forget his words. “Look,” he said, “We all have our fears, and you have yours. You could twist your ankle in a basketball game, but then be afraid to ever play again. Running away can never dispel your fears, but action will. A winner is not one who never fails，but one who never quits.”

I spent a whole day with his words twisting and turning in my mind. Then I made the bravest and wisest decision of my life: I would face my fears – and take part in the competition!

As it turned out, my dear old professor was right. Now, here I am, once again standing before a microphone. My heart is beating fast, and my mouth is dry, but most importantly, I have faced my fears -- and that makes all the difference!
