如实相告自己的缺点

面试结束后，大三学生小吴向面试官白斌请教：“被问到自己的优点时，我该怎么回答？”白斌告诉他，挑出应聘岗位所需要的优点，最多说3个即可，多于3个，就会让人觉得太自负。

“被问到缺点时，要不要如实告诉面试官？”白斌认为，要如实相告。“没有人完美无缺，一个人最可悲的是不知道自己的缺点，最可贵的是发现自己的缺点，作出改正的努力。”白斌说，如实相告会让面试官觉得你这个人是诚实的，做人没问题。“在回答缺点这个问题上，千万不要撒谎，面试官会通过应聘者的眼神、肢体语言等看出来。”

“不要谈论薪水”，很多应聘者都知道要遵守这个原则，但当被面试官问到这个敏感问题时，说多少才算妥当？白斌认为，不同的企业文化，以及面试官的不同性格，对同一个应聘者的回答，会有不同的评判。“你回答3000元，有的面试官会觉得你很踏实，实事求是。还有的面试官会觉得你欲望不高，没有上进心。”因此，白斌建议在校大学生，要学会察言观色。“跟各种各样的人交流，了解他们的心理和性格，这样在面试时就能快速判断面试官是什么样的人，从而调整自己的应聘策略。”
