为期15天的军训工作，在学院领导的重视、武装部的周密安排及各系、处室的通力协助下，在武警教官们的辛勤教导和全体同学的密切配合、共同努力下，已安全、顺利、圆满的完成了。

这次军训从9月15日开始至25日结束，历时15天，受训的本、专科新生3170人，根据《嘉应学院20xx年新生军训计划》的要求，坚持严格要求，严格训练，同学们发扬不怕苦、不怕累的精神，在武警教官的悉心指导下，学到了基本的军事知识，初步掌握了必须的军事技能，加强了组织纪律性，树立了群众主义思想，增强了国防观念和国家安全意识。透过军事理论知识测试、实弹射击和军事汇操，到达了预期的目的，取得了圆满的成功。主要做了如下工作：

1、领导重视周密安排

为高质量完成今年的新生军训，切实提高同学们的基本军事技能，增强了国防观念和国家安全意识。学院党委十分重视，成立了以谢友祥副院长为团长的军事训练团，负责军训的筹划、准备及实施工作。为了完成今年的军训任务，武装部在暑假期间多次与承训部队——梅州市武警支队的领导联系沟通，协商军训事宜，并着手制定《嘉应学院20xx年新生军训计划》和各项准备工作，做到有计划、有准备。

承训武警部队抽调专门力量，进行了具体分工。军训期间，学院领导及各系领导都十分重视，深入训练场检查、指导军训工作。如江南校区管委会各职能部门高度重视，各司其职，密切配合，确保军训工作的完成。又如：体育系、外语系、化学系、财经系、教育系、土木工程系等分管领导冒着炎炎烈日，每一天跟随在训练场协助教官抓好训练，极大地鼓舞了军训人员的热情。在每一天的具体组织上，双方领导都把一天所需的训练场地、器材等方面做好协调，明确分工，周密安排，严密组织，确保了军训工作的顺利开展。

2、严格训练保证质量

按照《高等院校军事训练教学大纲》的要求，科学施训。共完成了15个教育训练日，其中军事训练84课时，军事理论教育17课时。严格训练管理，是提高军训学生军事理论、军事技能和身体素质的根本途径，也是学生实现军训“掌握基本军事技能知识，增强国防观念，群众主义观念，加强组织纪律性，激发爱国主义精神”的根本保证。针对这次参训学生的特点，为保证军训质量，做到四严：

一是严格教官的示教。从教官的自身形象、教学等每个环节，从严要求，严格把关；

二是严格对教官的要求。这次军训的教官，是经过武警教导队严格筛选，把潜力强，政治素质好、工作作风过硬的人员抽调到这次军训中当教官；

三是按训练科目的安排实行劳逸结合，采取军事训练与军事理论教育、国家安全教育，室内与室外相结合的方式。在训练之余，各教官还教同学们唱一些革命歌曲，并组织同学们拉歌，既调动了训练用心性，又活跃了气氛，既增强了团结精神，又营造了健康向上的娱乐氛围，到达了劳逸结合的效果；

5、保障到位扎实有效

强有力的保障是圆满完成军训任务的重要一环。为了让军训人员精力充沛，以饱满的热情投入到军训中去，一是各保障人员服务意识强，军训团成员经常深入训练场检查指导，个性是武装部领导坚持每一天深入一线检查协调军训工作，保卫处全体同志全力以赴，同心协力保证各项工作的落实，每一天做到开水凉茶供应及时，认真负责，任劳任怨；二是担负靶场射击的保障人员，能够做到用心配合，听从指挥，确保了靶场的安全和1900多人的实弹射击的顺利进行；三是进行了一次军事日活动。

组织近70多名学院干部进行了实弹射击，从而增强了国防观念。四是武装部车辆保障到位，军训车辆除了保障供水外，还还随时负责军训中晕倒学生的抢救工作，确保了军训中无一学生因病而贻误治疗。此外，武装部还准备了充足的润喉药品，分发到各个训练点教官手中；后勤管理处派出医生到训练场巡医，随时做好医疗服务保障。总之，军训期间的各项保障到位，工作落实，保证了军训工作的顺利开展。

在9月25日上午举行军训汇操比赛和评价大会上，同学们头顶烈日进行汇操，在教官的口令下一丝不苟地完成规定动作，以饱满的精神和高昂的斗志向学院领导和老师们交上了入学以来的第一份满意的答卷。

在参赛的16个系代表队，经过1个多小时的角逐，每个动作、每种步伐考官的认真考核评定，16个系平均分均在85分以上，汇操前六名的有：外语系、中文系并列第一名、其次是财经系、政法系、地理系、土木工程系、体育系。内务卫生评比前六名依次是：政法系、音乐系、财经系、物理系、中文系、外语系。大会还分别对实弹射击中获得前10名优秀射手，以及在《国防教育》知识测试中获得优秀答卷奖的30位同学颁发了奖项。

八月的骄阳依旧火辣辣地炙烤着大地，在教官们地带领下，一个个方阵紧张而有序地训练着，豆大的汗水从同学们的头上缓缓流下，衣服早已被汗水湿透，但每个人都在咬牙坚持。二十分钟的军姿训练开始了，教官反复强调着两脚分开约60°，抬头挺胸，双臂夹紧……看似简单的站军姿是在训练我们做一个正直而自信的人，用我们坚实的脊梁撑起祖国的明天。

“稍息，立正——蹲下——”大家的心里都暗暗的发笑，这么简单的动作小学生都会，怎么作为高中生的我们还要练呢？可是后来我们才发现若是一个人完成这一系列的动作确实小菜一碟，若是全班同学一起整齐地做完这些动作实属不易，这深刻的告诉我团结的重要性，印证了“团结就是力量”，也唯有90后的我们齐心协力，团结友爱，才能铸造祖国的辉煌。

“正步走——”，“1——2——1，1——2——1”同学们踏着整齐的步伐走向主席台，这是我们五天的训练成果，是展示我们班风采的时刻，全体师生的目光都投向了我们，有力的步伐踏出我们青春的活力，整齐的队伍诉说着我们的团结，虽然在最后的比赛中我们只获得了第三名，但是我们班的同学学会了吃苦耐劳，互相体谅，团结友爱，相信在以后的学习生活中我们能做得更加出色！

每天将近六个小时的训练折磨着我们，劳累者我们的筋骨，飞舞的蝇虫肆意地吮吸着我们的血液，我们忍受着肌肤之苦，但是露天电影、拉歌、篝火晚会给我们枯燥的军训生活增添了几笔亮丽的的色彩。露天电影让我们在享受看电影的乐趣的同时又能欣赏着夜空中的静月之美，聆听耳边轻轻低吟的晚风之声，仰望云彩从头顶悄悄地飘走的自然之景；拉歌是我们班的心凝聚在一起，大声的吼唱《团结就是力量》，生怕我们的声音被其他班盖过；篝火晚会是展示自我的大舞台，我们班的妹子们在掌声中尽情地欢跳，她们用舞蹈书写着青春，用舞蹈表现着自我，更为为班级赢得了掌声，争得了荣誉！

一、团结就是力量

进入大学上的第一门课就是军训，怀之新奇有激动的心情，我们全身心的投入到真正的部队生活中。很快半个多月的军训生活结束了，经过教官的严格要求、刻苦训练和同学们的不怕困难，不怕挫折的精神 ，圆满的完成这次军训任务。

通过军训，我懂得了自爱、自理和自强，而不让父母扶着走。我要让我所走过的每条路，都留下我自己的足迹。我已经长大了，有必要去经受风雨的洗礼，在实实在在的生活和学习中，认识自己，提高自己，完善自己。这样我的路才会越走越远，眼前才会展现出壮美的未来，只有这样我们才会充实，才会感受到幸福。

准军事化培训是指效仿军事化管理的方式实行的内部管理，对学员实行准军事化培训的目的是，使学员具有良好的政治素质、思想素质、作风素质和必须的军事素质，培养其服从命令、听从指挥、吃苦耐劳、不畏艰险、严谨求实的作风，以适应各种生活学习环境的需要。

此次军事化培训工作由20xx.8.31日开始至20xx.9.02日结束，全体受训学生都能够严格贯彻执行，做到令行禁止，整齐划一。根据军事化培训工作计划资料安排及要求，参训教官及参训人员严格按照培训工作计划，进行准军事化训练。以下是此次军事化培训工作完成状况的评价：

1、根据军事化培训工作计划安排，对入校的高一年级组新生进行为期三天的军事化培训，由军事教官负责实施，校方领导及高一年级领导进行协调保障配合。军训的主要资料有：带队番号、方向变换、整齐报数、人员出入列、队列训练、蹲下起立、敬礼礼毕，严格按照军事化培训工作计划及要求组织训练，在军事化队列训练中指挥员从军事化队列训练要求入手，严格要求班排每名参训人员，在军事化队列训练中努力做到，一切以军人为标准，听从指挥、服从命令，以饱满的姿态认真进行军事化队列训练。全体队员用心主动投入到训练中，努力完成指挥员下达的每一个训练课目动作。本期军事化队列时间共计2天。

2、体质训练加强早操训练强度，在早操训练中，领队指挥员要求各小队队员以饱满的精神用心主动投入到训练中，并对指挥员安排的所有训练资料进行严格训练。并在训练间隙利用聊天谈心向参训人员传授安全训练知识。在训练中全体队员严格要求自己，在本着严格训练、互相监督，共同进步的原则下进行训练。

3、按照军事化培训工作计划及要求，军训结束进行相应的队列会操考核，成绩记入本人培训档案。

4、每一天9点30分，认真集合落实点名制度及一日生活制度，本期共出操2天，人员到勤率到达100%，在出操过程中人员能够精神饱满，仪容仪表端庄，番号声音宏亮，步伐整齐，到达了预期的培训目的。

5、在参训期间有部分参训人员表现突出，特征求校园领导意见，透过各方面汇总评选出总人数的四分之一作为奖励，共计20人，望上级领导能够给予以下人员嘉奖，优秀学员有：
