但在下一周出现了奇迹：品管方面的知识我基本掌握了，还能进行一些实际操作，而且和同事的关系也搞得不错。这让我明白了一个道理：实习就是通过良好的沟通先融入团队然后再工作再学习。因为产线上品管人员可能因为各种原因，她们知道的东西不能很好的表达出来，当你和她们很熟以后，彼此理解深度就会与以前很不相同，她们会以对待朋友的方式将她们知道的知识、遇到的异常平静的表达出来，这样学到的东西就会更多。为此，每个月8小时的网票我是一分钟都舍不得用，全部送给她

们了。
