一、健康的含义是什么?
健康是指身体、心理和社会适应能力均处于良好状态。
二、健康教育的含义是什么?
健康教育是通过有计划、有组织、有系统的社会和教育活动,促使人们自觉地采纳有益于健康的行为和生活方式,消除或减轻影响健康的危险因素,预防疾病,促进健康,提高生活质量。

春季防病知识
春天气温多变,气候变化无常,冷暖不稳定且多风,细菌病毒等致病微生物便会乘机肆虐,易造成一些呼吸道传染病的流行如流感、流脑、水痘、风疹等等;同时不稳定的气候往往会使人情绪波动,影响到人的内分泌及生物钟,导致心血管及精神病的发生。另外,春暖花开,空气中飘浮各种花粉、颗粒、尘埃、尘螨,对过敏性体质者易诱发变态反应引起过敏性皮炎、过敏性鼻炎、麻疹等。我们应及时做好预防工作:
1、过敏体质的人不要过多地晒太阳,可用防晒霜保护。外出游玩要随身带风油精,抹后防虫。桃花等花类观赏就好,不要用手接触花粉,以免过敏。
2、注意保持室内空气流通,毛巾、被褥要常晒太阳,多吃蔬菜水果,补充维生素C和B,少吃辛辣刺激的东西。加强营养,加强运动,提高人体免疫力。儿童要按时进行预防接种。
3、保持良好的生活习惯和人际关系,充实生活。保证良好的睡眠,保持良好的心理状态,不可打乱生物钟。如生活习惯、心理状态发现异常及时找专科医生咨询。
4、有心血管疾病的人少参加剧烈和刺激的运动,控制饮食。根据天气变化适当保暖,平时生活要有一定规律。老年人如有心血管方面的疾病要经常测量血压、血脂,不可以参加激烈的运动。肉少吃,多响蔬菜水果,提倡低脂、低钠、低糖饮食。狂犬病防治知识 狂犬病又称恐水病,是由狂犬病毒引起的主要侵犯中枢神经系统的一种人畜共患的急性传染病。主要有恐水、怕风、光、声等临床症状,病死率几乎100%。带有狂犬病毒的狗、猫等动物及患狂犬病的人是主要的传染源,被其咬伤、抓伤皮肤或被其舔粘膜而感染。
此外,狂犬病的潜伏期长短不一,据有关资料显示,最短的5天,最长可达19年或更长,一般为1-3个月。
预防狂犬病最有效的途径是给猫和狗注射疫苗。3个月以上的狗,就要注射疫苗。人被咬伤后应该先作伤口处理,首先不要止血,让血流出来,再用20%的肥皂水或1/1000—1/500的新洁尔灭溶液反复冲洗10—20分钟,再用大量清水冲净10分钟,最后涂上碘酒消毒,伤口不要包扎。然后立即到疾病预防控制中心全程注射狂犬病疫苗和免疫球蛋白。一般来说,被咬的伤口越深越严重,部位越靠近头、面,越危险,必须立即注射狂犬疫苗和免疫血清。
流感防治知识
流感是呼吸道传染病,传染病性强,传播速度快。由于流感是病毒性传染病,没有特效的治疗手段,因此预防措施非常重要。专家对公众提出如下建议:
●要保持良好的个人及环境卫生,勤洗手,使用肥皂或洗手液并用流动水洗手,不用污浊的毛巾擦手。双手接触呼吸道分泌物后(如打喷嚏后)应立即洗手。
●打喷嚏或咳嗽时应用手帕或纸巾掩住口鼻,避免飞沫污染他人;流感患者在家或外出时佩戴口罩,以免传染他人。
●要均衡饮食、适量运动、充足休息,避免过度疲劳。
●每天开窗通风数次(冬天要避免穿堂风),保持室内空气新鲜;在流感高发期,尽量不到人多拥挤、空气污浊的场所;不得已必须去时,最好戴口罩。
●在流感流行季节前接种流感疫苗也可减少感染的机会或减轻流感症状。●流感防治误区:
1、服用维生素抗流感。各种维生素好处多多,这显而易见、毋庸置疑。但它们却不能使人远离流感。包括使用抗病毒药和各种维生素在内的综合诊治才是最理想的疗法。
2、户外可减少得流感风险。这种论点并不完全正确,因为我们在户外,比如在大街上常常会遇到很多人,而他们中间就完全可能有流感病人。至于说户外空气新鲜,流感传播风险相对不高,那就是另外一回事了。封闭场所内如聚集很多人,流感传播风险随之便会高出成十上百倍。
艾滋病的防治
艾滋病的医学名称为“获得性免疫缺陷综合症”(英文缩写AIDS), 是一种病死率很高的严重传染病。“艾滋”是它的英文缩写“AIDS”的音译。它是由于感染了人类免疫缺陷病毒所引起的、具有一系列复杂症状的综合症,但对个人来讲是可以预防,其主要预防措施是:(1)不发生婚前性行为;(2)不以任何方式吸毒;
(3)不轻易接受输血和血制品。(如必须使用,要求医院提供经艾滋病病毒检测合格的血液和血制品);
(4)不与他人共用针头、针管、纱布、药棉等用具;
(5)不去消毒不严格的医疗机构或其他场所打针、拔牙、穿耳朵眼、纹身、纹眉、针灸或手术;
(6)避免在日常救护时沾上受伤者的血液;
(7)不与他人共用有可能刺破皮肤的用具,如牙刷、刮脸刀和电动剃须刀。
