考生对于雅思口语考试的练习方法和技巧，一定已经有所了解，但是在雅思口语考试中还是有很多的陷阱要小心避开，以保证雅思口语分数的不失分。

首先，在我们中国人的固有思想中，英语口语说的越快越溜就越好，如果是在平时可以作为炫耀的资本，但是在雅思口语考试中，这是万万要注意的。由于平时在电影和电视剧中听到的大部分是美国式的英语，给人的感觉是流畅轻快，节奏感也很强，可是雅思口语的考官大部分是来自英国、新西兰、澳洲或者加拿大，对于他们来讲语速是考量一个人语言素质和修养的关键因素，因此，较快的语速表述不是表现良好沟通的方式，反而平均的语速或者较慢的语速也许能够更加拉近彼此之间的距离产生好感，因此，控制好自己的语速和谈吐是口语表现中不容小觑的问题。

然后，第一印象很重要。不论是在我们中国人眼中还是外国人眼中，第一印象不一定是最正确的但却是最容易让别人牢记，并会影响之后交流的过程的好坏。考生都知道雅思口语考试和我们国家的普通话考试不同，是考官亲自进行考试，并且考试形式是讨论加交流的形式，也就是说临场过程中，你的一举一动都在考官的注视中，那么过于拘谨或者紧张势必产生语言和肢体上的僵硬和迟钝，因此彼此之间的沟通没有得到有效的建立，你的表现一定会给考官留下不够良好的印象，影响你的口语成绩。因此在雅思口语考试中，要注意着装，穿戴正规，自信友善，保持微笑，目光交流，用人格魅力赢得考官良好的第一印象。

其次，在雅思口语考试中，考生都知道，要求会用复杂句型。但是考生需要知道，在雅思口语考试中，能够运用不同形式的句型和语法是可以从一方面体现考生的语言能力，可是对于雅思口语高分的语言标准是建立在充分的信息依据和明确的语音特征基础之上的不同形式的复合句，需要包括自然停顿、重音、语气、升降调等诸多体现情感态度的表达因素。因此，在雅思口语考试中，如果考生没有任何语气特征上的指示和表明，也没有任何可以过渡不同形式的复合句之间的连接成分，势必会让考官怀疑考生，你，是不是是在背诵已经准备过的答案，或者没有情绪、没有思想的机器人。要知道，考官更希望能听到考生自己的思想火花。

既然考官更喜欢听到考生自己的叙述，接下来的一个要注意的就是，在考官问到有关考生的相关问题时，考生必须如实回答。在考官询问某些问题的时候，特别是在第一部分，所涉及到的话题通常是有关自己的个人情况和业余生活爱好等，由于之前准备不够充分，因此我们在回答某些实际问题时可以采用事实依据加以提炼或者修改、假设、虚构等方式让自己的表达符合问题提干要求和核心意思，考官不会考查你的内容是否属实，主要关心你是如何表达你的思想的方式，因此不要轻易直接回答你不清楚或者你不知道这样的答案。

在之前的几个陷阱注意点，都明确了考官在考试中的重要地位，作为中国的考生们，千万不要把中国化的搞关系运用到雅思口语考试中。在雅思口语考试中，我们建议考生保持微笑，和考官有眼神交流，那是在以口语交流的语言基础上的锦上添花。因此，考生在语言技术层面的准备才是最重要最要做好的，相信一个满脸挂着微笑却只能进行只言片语的交流的考生，考官在评判的时候也还是会客观地给予相应的分值，因此，表面功夫只能是锦上添花，而非雪中送炭。

最后，考生需要注意的就是考试当天的准时到达。无论考生是否经历过准考证忘带、考试迟到、考场不明、心理负担过重等情况，每年高考的新闻中总会出现只有你想不到，没有做不到的意外发生。所以，为了顺利进行口语考试，希望考生能提早到达考场准备状态，做真实的自己！
