1、心理测试一般走个过场，上机做题，题很简单的，没什么说的2、28号上午笔试，运营管理和人力资源管理各占五十分：

二，1、公司面对市场供求结构错位，应采取的措施

下午面试，是小组面试，我们一起进去的有五个人，就问了一下为什么选这个方向，认为做这个方向要有什么技能，做过什么科研，就这类的问题，英语问题就一个，问如果录取了要从事什么方向研究。

专业课

首先是课本，暨大从2010年后就不指定课本了，企管1-4方向主要看德斯勒的《人力资源管理》，理查德的《运营管理》，如果时间有多可以再看看文成暨大考研网的《复习精编》。

因为只要看专业课，所以时间基本上还是够的。复习过程觉得主要是先看两遍，然后做笔记总结，这之后自己基本上就可以知道哪里是重点了，然后就背下自己总结的笔记，比较重要的部分一定要记下来，其他部分也要基本能说的出。《人力资源管理》比较简单，加之我本科学过，所以很快看完，然后就总结了下框架，由于先看的第九版的，笔记也是第九版的，后来又买了第十版的看，发现有些不一样的地方，比如人力资源计分卡的概念。感觉这个基本上知道人力资源的框架，能说出来就差不多，因为感觉比较简单，自己还看了下彭剑锋的《人力资源管理》算是充实下知识吧。

英语部分

先作一段英语的自我介绍，然后问一个问题，一般不会用英语问专业问题，也有少数人被问到专业问题（比如：论述马斯洛需求层次理论），更常见的问题是“介绍你的本科专业”、“介绍你的家庭”、“你为什么要跨专业”等等。
