第四篇：保研面试经
1：总论
“面试的全过程是一个整体”。
其过程一般可分为三个环节：
1、自我介绍；
2、老师提问；
3、让你提问，回答你提出的问题。第三个环节有时候有，有时候没有，取决于老师的习惯和他对你兴趣，当然也不能说他不问这个问题就表明他对你不感兴趣；
总的来说，第三个环节不是每个人都会遇到，前两个环节是面试的重头细和容易出彩的地方，可以说，“得环节一二者得天下”。
老师在提问环节所提的问题，一是根据你的书面简历和你的自我介绍提出；二是根据你所学的专业课，提出一些基础性的问题；三是了解学生的品性、心理素质等；
比如，我就遇到老师提问说“你遇到困难情绪不好时怎么办”，“你在课余一般做哪些事”等等，这类问题是老师随意问的，没有规律性，参考自己前面面试的同学所遇到的问题，揣摩一下老师的心思。
老师还会问“某门课怎么考这么低啊”之类的问题，甚至有的老师会在你回答问题的时候，故意做出叹气、摇头等动作，这时，你一定要沉着冷静，不要被他干扰，自信地把自己要说的话娓娓道来。
你的书面简历和你的自我介绍，很大程度上决定了你在第二个环节所要回答的问题，因此，你的书面简历和自我介绍，一定要言之有物，一定要老师根据你的陈述所提的问题，你可以逻辑清晰且语言流畅地表达出来。

2：失败经历总结
一、最重要的一点：专业知识准备不够充分
专业知识是面试成功最重要的部分，主要分为三个方面：
专科课准备：所突击的方向大多为所报专业/导师的研究方向相关知识；
英语面试准备：主要突击相关专业词汇，英语话题素材背诵等；
导师研究方向准备；主要通过查阅导师论文、学院官网、相关报道等了解。
三个方面少了任何一环都比较容易陷入危机当中，所要做的只能是提早准备，没有其他途径可言。
二、不注重内外兼修
所谓的内外兼修，直白一点来说就是素养问题，分两个方向：
专业素养：除了上文提到的专业知识外，还包括基本的学习技能、个人潜力、创新能力等；
具体到表现形式，一般都是科研/竞赛经历，再不济也能通过论文来表现。
内在素养：教育板块所谓的内在素养，并非简单的穿搭品味，更多的是道德、品德、思想行为、逻辑与表达能力等；
其中最重要的当属表达能力，举例来说：假如你的内在只有100分，而你表达出来的只有70分，那最终大多只能是70分；而假如你的内在只有70分，但你表达出来100分，最终势必要达成百分成就。
通常在这上面折戟的人，原因各不相同，但归根结底都是这两个要素。
所要做的，除了临时抱佛脚看一些能提高逻辑思维、发现并解决问题的能力等外，最重要的当属锻炼自己的表达能力。
三、印象丢分：礼仪
关于礼仪，分两个方向：
言谈举止：篇幅的原因小细节就不说了，自己注意就好；我们来说一说大问题。
1、目光：俗话说眼睛是心灵的窗户，你的眼神、注意点等都很容易体现你的内在，常见错误比如：目光游离、长时间盯着一个导师看、眼神涣散、双目无神等等；总之展现出一个自信的面貌最好。
2、言谈：抢话是最蠢的行为；口头禅是最不容易引起注意和重视的行为；细若游丝是最没有加分的行为等等。
3、坐姿：椅子的三分之二左右最佳，你会不自觉地挺坐的。
4、心态：除了上面的行为能最好地体现精神面貌外，还有心态问题。不会的问题事实就是，引导到对自己有利的一面就好，即使引导不过来，实际说自己不会也比强行“加戏”胡言乱语地好。
穿着打扮：有句话说的好，丑有很多种，美却大多只有一种。面试的穿着打扮也可以借用这句话：
相对正式就是最终的答案：不必西装革履、领带领结；当然也别太休闲散漫；
干净大方，搭配得体，头发干爽利落，妆容自然，鞋子搭配得当就OK了~
四、让人头痛的棘手问题
最常见的丢分问题如下：
1、优缺点（必问）
2、为什么选择我们（必问）
3、热点事件（常问）
4、规划（常问）
5、项目经历收获（常问）
优缺点：重点不在优点，而在缺点（优点不容易丢分）。
要么主动出击，趁导师还没问到这个问题，自己就抛出自己的缺点；
要么避重就轻，以小博大，或以大盖小；
要么直接了当陈述，述说补救措施。
热点事件：自己多了解了解学科动态吧。
为什么选择我们：不要暴露海投的心态；保持自己对本学科有兴趣的初衷；一定要说说自己对院系和学科等的了解；必要的时候，可以表明非来这里不可的决心。
规划：仁者见仁智者见智吧，为工作或者为研究都是能让人理解的事情，但别刻意就行，比如别为了能被录取刻意去说读博的事情。
3：经验与技巧
1、八字箴言：
自信、诚实、礼貌、淡定。（总之别学“高老师”的热情，礼貌，但一问三不知）
2、提问阶段：
除了专业知识的提问外，所有的提问都可以归纳成5个问题：
为什么选择我们/这个专业；你能为我们/这个专业做什么；你是什么样的人/有哪些能力；你和别人的竞争优势是什么；你能做到什么样的程度。（没归纳到的一般都是细节问题了，丢分不大）
3、需要带什么东西：
无特殊情况的话，基本上这些：
1）简历是肯定要带过去的，至少5份，用文件夹夹好，不要皱皱巴巴；
2）学校有需要报名表的，提前填好拿过去；
3）获奖证书、论文、四六级成绩单原件，以备需要；
4）签字笔2支，身份证、学生证等。
4、能联系导师就尽早联系导师：
导师的联系方式都写在官网上，大部分是邮箱，也有少部分是电话联系。
只要看到有联系方式的导师又和你的专业方向对口就赶紧和导师直接联系。
最好能多联系几位导师，因为有的导师可能名额已经满了。
如果要攻读学硕或直博的可以先考虑博导。
联系导师时必须将事先制作好的个人简历发送至导师邮箱，所以个人简历的质量非常非常重要。
5、简历不需要花里胡哨：
篇幅也差不多用1页就行了，但一定要尽量做到以下几点：
1、简洁明了。尽量不要有废话，每句话都要有它存在的目的性和必要性。
2、亮点突出。个人特色，项目经历，擅长领域都要在简历中清晰地反应出来。导师要能一眼从简历中看见你的优点和闪光点。
3、意向明确。你为什么会报考这个大学，为什么会学这个专业，对于专业有哪些想法和打算，是想读直博、学硕还是专硕，这些最好能在简历中清晰地反应出来。
6、逻辑清晰：
回答问题时，一定要注意有逻辑性，并且条理和思路一定要清晰，不要乱扯；
比如自我介绍时，要这样说：“我想分三方面来介绍我自己，一是课程学习，二是科研和比赛，三是学生工作，balabala……（分别介绍）”，而不要这样：“我成绩很好，我当过学生会主席，我参加过**比赛，我得过**奖学金……”
7、掌握面试的主动权：
把老师往你擅长的方向上引导，让他多问你你擅长的问题。
结果还不错，但过程相当艰辛，走了很多弯路，虽然只能选一个去，有些浪费时间金钱，但也积攒了很多经验，愿意跟学弟学妹分享一下，希望对学弟学妹有所帮助。
1、自我介绍
本人在某工科211学校读会计，排名第一，两次国奖，三次校一，参加过两个大创项目，一个国家级一个校级，有两篇论文，一篇发表了，一篇在投，收到中南财、上财、西财、南大、东南、哈工大等十几个学校的面试通知，去了七个，录了四个。
2、材料准备
因为投的学校太多，最有经验的就是材料准备，我当时的材料重做了十几次，扫描和复印、彩印等加起来大约花了一千多元，前期非常累，相当浪费时间、占用精力，经过不断改进，到7月份的时候终于做出了一份接近完美的材料，后面就轻松很多啦。
在准备的过程中不断改进自己的材料和简历，从一开始的粗糙，到最后的艳压群芳，积累了非常多的经验和心得，不要小看材料准备这个环节，你的材料和简历决定了老师对你的第一印象，负责审核材料和面试的老师都是人，看了那么多材料都会疲劳，对于材料粗糙简陋的自然不会有什么好印象，因此一定要让自己的材料精致再精致，既不能太过简单让人感觉态度敷衍，又不能太累赘让人觉得这个学生分不清重点。网上提供的简历、自我介绍、推荐信模板有好有坏，不能看见一份就照搬，最好多参考一些，筛选一下，博采众长，做出一份属于自己的、漂亮的材料。
这时候可能有人问，简历、自我介绍、推荐信是不是可以重复利用，很悲哀的告诉你们，可能性不大，学校不傻，即使不能阻止你海投，也不会让你太轻松，每个学校对于材料的规定是不一样的，光是自我介绍我就写过100字、200字、400字、600字、750字、800字、1000字、1500字、2000字的，至于推荐信就更不能重复利用了，每个学校都有自己的模板，我前后找了十几个老师，签了几十份，不得不说我们老师真的是太好了，竟然还没烦我，真的是非常感谢他们！
除了每个学校都要求的推荐信、自我介绍、申请书，还有个别学校要求交研究计划、推免资格证明、在校证明等你想都想不到的东西，准备起来相当耗时间，现在想起来真是一把辛酸泪，想海投的同学要做好心理准备。
3、联系老师
很多同学在笔试面试之前都会联系老师，一方面是想预定下好老师，另一方面希望老师能在面试中帮点忙。现实情况是，除非非常出色，比较牛的老师一般不会理你，或者只是礼貌回复一下，不会给你什么实质性保证。当然还有一个办法，说自己想做科研，跟着这个老师读博，但是大部分牛老师依然不会care，而且提前把自己卖了不是个明智的决定。如果非常迫切的想去这个学校不在乎后果，或者真的对科研有浓厚兴趣的同学可以尝试一下，但这个时候怎样选老师，选什么老师才有用也是一门学问了，但这貌似是个歪门邪道，在这里就不一一说明了，实在想知道的可以私聊。
选好了老师，发邮件的时候的措辞也相当重要，网上也有相应的模板，但我目前没发现太好的，不建议照抄，我的就是自己写的，改了十几遍，基本可以做到不卑不亢，全面且简练了。
但是，老师很有可能没时间看你的措辞，这个你要理解，牛老师们每天都会收到很多邮件，一一看内容很浪费时间的，所以你的邮件要附上简历和成绩单，简历一定不能粗糙！简历一定不能粗糙！简历一定不能粗糙！重要的话说三遍！网上虽然有模板，但有的实在没法看，要慎重。
2．自我介绍中突出自己的核心竞争力。自我介绍的时间往往不长，5分钟左右，英文自我介绍，看看你的口语，顺便看看你的核心竞争力。
3．提前找导师，不要被其他导师知道。提前找一下导师，面试的时候导师心理对你就会相对重视一些，除非你的竞争者太多，否则他还是会优先招你的。如果这个导师知道你找了其他导师，他自然不会跟那个人抢你，除非他是大主任，有资格抢。
4．精心设计面试时每一个可能回答的问题，要读懂这些问题的隐含意思，以及在回答问题中体现你的核心竞争力和优良品格。如你为什么转专业？你为什么要读科研型的研究生？你有什么业余爱好？你家里人怎样？等等。
5．好好实习，对实验只有那些经过磨练的的人才能有较清楚的思路。从这一个专业问题就能立判你的高下。
6．抓好基础知识、基本技能。
第五篇：保研面试注意事项
一、礼貌当先
细节往往透露出你的不足之处，因此礼貌在整个面试过程中尤为重要。进门的时候一定要敲门，然后很有礼貌的表示对老师的尊重，鞠躬比较好，或者对着各位老师说声“老师好！”问好的时候一定要用眼神扫一下各位老师，不能就望着一位老师说。因为每一位老师都不希望被忽视，这一点要注意。如果平时不注意这方面的同学们在面试的时候应该刻意的注意一下。
另外，在进面试室之前一定要先把手机关闭，千万不要出现在面试现场手机响个不停的尴尬局面。如果真的在面试过程中出现没有意料到的尴尬局面，在面试结束后一定要向老师表达歉意。
二、仪表庄重
仪表庄重，严肃会给老师留下良好的第一印象。在穿着方面，男生应该尽量穿西服或者比较正式的服装，女生千万不要穿紧身衣或者短裙，打扮得体，展现最真实的一面。这里关键是提醒大家要注意穿着，不能太过于随便，要让老师有被尊重的感觉，更有利于整体的气氛把握。
三、行为动作
在复试之前，一定要明白自己在紧张的时候，有哪些动作，然后把它戒除掉。因为每个人，在紧张时候都会有自己的行为动作，小动作，比如紧张的时候，会搓手或者揪耳朵之类的这种动作，然后很多人是很不雅的，所以你一定要了解自己的这种下意识动作是什么？然后再面试之前要训练自己，让自己努力克服掉。
四、谈吐清晰
在英语面试的时候，如果是自己口述而不是老师问问题的话，应该尽量把自己的英语介绍材料浓缩，语速千万不要太快。如果你语速太快而且句式复杂的话，会给老师一种表现太过的感觉，这里的意思不是说老师不愿意听到学生很好的表达能力。关键是在老师面前说话要说的清楚明白，让老师有很好的印象。还有要表现的尽量谦逊一些，再怎样谦逊，老师是不太会介意的。
五、态度诚恳
专业面试的时候一定要诚实，不会的时候就诚实的说自己不是很了解，把自己所了解的尽量说出来。不要企图认为可以蒙骗过去，因为以前就有这样的同学。老师问她看过一些什么相关的专业书籍。她其实并没有看，只是偶尔记得几个书名就说了。以此表现一下自己的专业素养，殊不知当老师接着让她说说看这些书籍后的感受或收获时，自己就只能傻眼了。结果自然给老师留下了不好的印象。因此一定要态度诚恳，实事求是。
六、英语面试
1。英语口语
不同的学校对口语测试有不同的标准和流程。有些制定了非常详细的标准和流程，甚至规定了每个老师发问的方式和时间；有些只是面试老师的自由发挥，成绩也基本上由面试老师主观判定。不管面试是否严格控制，考生对下面几个问题一定要认真准备，并形成一套属于自己的表达框架：一是自我介绍，如来自哪里，毕业学校、所学专业、毕业论文课题、业余爱好、家庭基本情况等信息。二是做好用英语定义和解释自己所学专业的准备。口语测试时，老师有可能就本专业展开话题，考查考生用英语讲述事物的能力。因此考生对此要有所准备，先用一些自己比较熟悉的句型和词汇将答案组织起来，再用一些更精确的不经常用的句型和词汇来替换，提高语言质量，让考官感觉表述地道，有利于获得好成绩。
2。英语听力
对外经济贸易大学的蒋昕说，各招生单位的外语听说能力考试形式略有不同，有的学校听力和口语放在一起考试。外语口试一般两人一组，随机抽取话题，由两位考生对话，老师根据两人的表现给分。听力测试的形式一般是听录音做题，类似大学英语四级、六级的听力。考生可在考前半个月集中训练。在练习听力时，考生不光要听磁带，还要做做相关的练习。吃饭时，走路时，睡觉前都可以听听磁带，培养语感，“磨磨”耳朵。考生练习口语时，新概念英语第一册和第二册中的对话练习对考试很有帮助。
据了解，大多数学校都以现有的成型考试作为英语听力的测试内容。考生在准备听力复试的过程中，对于现有的成熟英语考试的听力部分一定要重视，比如四、六级的历年听力真题。同时，还可以泛听一些英语材料。听力备考做到精听与泛听相结合。精听与泛听相结合能让考生在最短时间内提高英语听力水平。

考生的综合素质面试成绩占复试总成绩的一半左右。中科院研究生院研招办主任高随祥说，复试侧重对考生综合能力的考核，因此考生要事先准备一些能够证明自己综合素质的材料或实物，如优秀的毕业设计、发表的文章、比赛获奖证书或科研实践成果等。北京化工大学研究生徐翊桄认为，在很多招生单位，面试能基本确定考生是否会被录取。面试跟考官的个人风格有很大关系，但尽管形式多样，提问不拘一格，还是主要以专业相关问题为主。考生较为保险的复习策略是在面试中突出自己的优势和强项，如本科期间有没有发表过学术论文，是否跟老师做过课题，有没有重要的实践经验等。同时，要全面复习本科重要基础课中的基本概念、基本定理和基本方法。考生在完成上述工作后，还要了解一下本学科的前沿问题，如果对学科前沿问题把握较好，面试老师会刮目相看。
(1)专业课知识考核之应对：
复试的重要内容之一便是对专业课知识的考察。无论是跨专业还是非跨专业的考生，在面对专业课问题的提问时(具体形式可能是口述或者笔写)要有意识体现自己思路的独创新鲜性，因为导师作为学术带头人，其学术习惯很自然地会促使他们愿意多方听取新鲜思路和独创见解，并乐意招纳具备创新开拓精神的学生。考生在提出自己个人见解时，态度要谦虚谨慎，不妨可先简要陈述对该问题的一般性见解，然后在对此肯定的基础上再详细提出自己的新想法，新思路。若对某问题实在无独到见解，则可采用此手法：即质疑提问(argue)法——对针对该问题一般性回答提出一到两个的质疑，或者对问题本身甚至与问题相关的话题提出问题或潜忧，然后与导师探讨，展开话题，探讨得越激烈越是利好信号，能够引发一场讨论也是学术素养之一。而且，将来进入研究生学习阶段，常见的课堂授课方式即是讨论课，所以，考生有必要在面试环节体现自己眼光的独到性，和对新问题的敏感性。再若质疑也难以提出，那么中规中矩地回答问题也可，但要保证逻辑思路的清晰和条理。在一问一答的交谈过程中，导师可以鉴察到学生知识面是否广博，思路是否独到清晰，学术潜力有否，甚至对学生的谈吐风貌都可由此见一斑。
(2)专业课之外内容考核之应对：
需要指出的是，对于跨专业考入的学生，要特别预备诸如“为何换专业”“本科专业和今后的研究专业有何关联”“本科专业对今后研究专业有何推助作用”“自己今后研究的优势在哪里”等等诸如此类的发难式提问。对此，应本着实事求是的原则，多多从逻辑方法，思维习惯等上层角度去论证和应答，因为任何专业尽管其学科内容不尽相同，但研究问题的逻辑方法却大致可共享并普适。如问：“你本科的化学专业会对今后所研究的企业管理专业有何帮助呢？”可回答：“四年化学学科的研习培养出自己注重条理逻辑和追究方法步骤的这一理工科思维习惯，而随着管理学等人文学科的进一步发展和研究的深入，需要相当的数据支持已是方向之一，那么严谨的理性思维便可为发散浪漫的人文体验提供理论支持和逻辑化规范。”等等诸如类似。可见，面试前，实在有必要搜集相关资料，了解该领域的研究现状乃至最新研究动向，而可以预见的是，任何学科都在走向边缘化和交叉化，这是跨学科考研学生在面
试时不可不提到的一点。
另外，导师一般还会问及学生为何考入此校，以及未来打算等等。如“研究生毕业后打算如何求职抑或深造？”该类问题旨在探寻学生的读研目的，回答时，实事求是上策，不可伪装作纯粹为了科研所以才来此读研，完全可坦诚回答为将来更好地求职，获一满意工作等等。若导师进一步追问“打算寻觅什么样的工作”，该问题旨在考察学生的兴趣所在，内心诉求所向，所以回答时要有所考虑，本着收敛谨慎的态度。其实，直抒胸臆也无妨，因为关于未来，有太多不确定，此处露出少许破绽或不当，并无大碍，因为任何一个人，包括导师在内，都不会对诚实坦荡反感。
(3)外语能力考核之应对：
提前撰写英文自我介绍，熟读至背诵还是有必要的，此外，若提问时间允许的话，多介绍自己英语方面的高水平弥足重要，因为进入研究生学习阶段，辅助导师完成一些外文资料的查寻和翻译是一项重要的工作，若外语上佳，在导师眼中被视为得力助手。面试前突击口语表达当然也有必要。
(4)非智力因素考核之应对：
撇开学术问题，导师或许营造轻松对话氛围，让学生放松下来，就爱好，兴趣等等畅所欲言，学生也大可不必紧张，时刻提防，只要口气自然自信沉着即可，过分城府和老道反而适得其反。最后，考研复试本质上是一场面试活动，一场人与人之间的会面交流，作为学生一方，要着装得体，言谈温雅，谦虚诚恳，甚至注意手机调至振动等等细节，这些实属交往所尚之礼节，无须赘述。
