第一篇：实习医生格蕾

我的观后感

今年寒假，我观看了美剧《实习医生格蕾》，在大一的寒假里初步领略了实习医生的生涯，对于医生这个职业有了更加深入的了解，认识。从《实习医生格蕾》之中，我看到了身为现代医生应有的素质，坚定、为病人着想、能吃苦··看了《实习医生格蕾》，渐渐地对实习医生的工作有点了解，但是我收获最多的还是一份份感动。

格蕾实习第一天的病人是个癫痫患者，她傲慢、无礼，格蕾也十分冷淡，当她癫痫发作时，格蕾惊慌不已。从这里我们看到一个初入医学领域的新人面对紧急情况时的青涩，以及对无力挽救病人时的无奈。这一天我们也迟早要面对。

我最欣赏的是医生与病人及家属之间的交流，无论是什么样的病人，贫穷富贵，美丽丑陋，他们同样拥有的是珍贵的生命和家属真切的关心。作为一名医生，我们决定着病人的生死，决定了病人的痛苦或快乐，决定了家属的伤痛或安心。医生与病人之间，可能相处时间很短暂，但是在这两个角色中，却常常会擦出感人的火花。我看到了，他们一个个实习医生与病人之间的沟通，从被病人的排斥到被病人接受最后被病人信赖，这是一个多么美妙的过程。

做为一个医生，我们要把病人的健康放在首位，正如在第一季第二集中，梅蕾迪斯曾冒着葬送前途的危险来挽救一个新生儿的生命；也有人违反医院的规定为没有绿卡的华裔女子出院治疗，这便是人道精神，这便是一个医生应该具有的素质。Derek在治疗一个从山上摔下的父亲时出于对患者的考虑，为了防止病情进一步加重造

成严重的后果，他赌上了自己的前途，在没有确切CT 的情况下凭借着自己的经验挽救了病人的未来。

实习医生的生活虽然距我十分遥远，但是已经感受到了它的艰辛，这是一个医生道路上必然要经历的磨练，纵然辛苦劳累，纵然压力大，我也要怀着最勇敢的心迎接她，人生如逆水行舟，不进则退，既然困难已经摆在眼前，那就让我们以最饱满的姿态去迎接他的考验。

第二篇：实习医生格蕾

《实习医生格蕾》是一部以医学为主题，在美国十分受欢迎的黄金时段电视系列剧。该剧由Ellen Pompeo领衔主演，于2005年3月27日在美国广播公司首播。本剧聚焦在一群年轻人努力成为医生，而医生努力保持人性上。在高强度训练医生的同时又掺杂了大量的喜剧和性元素，揭示出在实习医生们痛苦的生活中，无论是药物还是人际关系，都不能简单地用白纸黑字来定义，真正的生活其实像灰色的阴影一样。2010年中央电视台引进该剧，于2010年5月在CCTV-8首播。也有一部角色扮演类的同名游戏，让玩家体验剧中医生的生活。

故事梗概初见梅雷迪斯·格雷（Meredith Grey），她是一个想走进现实社会中的女孩，但是她的工作又让这一愿望成为不可能。梅雷迪斯在西雅图的格雷斯医院进行第一年的外科实习，这是哈佛大学西区住院医生实习计划中最艰苦的部分。在这个世上，这种工作训练真是生死攸关的事，他们对自己生活中的沉沉浮浮真有些拿不准了。在这种竞争激烈和压力巨大的气氛中，5个实习医

真相很现实 真相很难说出口 而且经常真相是伤人的 我认为 人们说他们需要真相 但他们真的需要么？ 有时我们讲真话 因为我们能给予的只有事实而已 有时我们讲真话是因为 我们需要大声说出来让自己听见 有时我们讲真话 仅仅是因为情不自禁 有时我们讲真话 因为这是我们起码的责任

上瘾这种事永远不会有好下场 因为到最后 那令我们沉迷的东西都会失去作用 转而伤害我们 但你还是无法戒掉坏习惯 直到你的身心跌到谷底 但怎么才能知道自己到了谷底呢？！

因为不管事情有多糟 有时候 顺其自然更令人受伤 改变 是我们不喜欢的事 是我们恐惧的事 但我们阻止不了改变的到来 我们要么适应变化 要么落后于他人

成长都是痛苦的 谁说成长不痛苦的 都是骗人 而事实是 有时候 改变得越多 越会回到原点 而有时候 有时候改变是好事 有时候 改变是一切 某种程度上 也许我们要接受美梦变成噩梦的事实

我们告诉自己现实更好 我们说服自己宁愿从来没有过梦 但我们最坚强的 最有魄力的 则是抱有梦想 或者我们发现自己 面对着一个从未想过的新梦想 我们意识到自己一反常态的充满希望 如果幸运的话 我们会意识到 面对人生 面对一切 那个真实的梦正从容上演~ 梦想就是这样 如愿以偿的时候我们会喜出望外

很多时候 你最想得到的 就是你无法拥有的 欲望 让我们心神俱碎 欲望能毁了你的生活 和欲求某物一样艰难的是 受苦最多的人是那些不明白自己欲求何物的人

有人相信 如果没有过去 我们的人生就失去了意义 我们的过去一次又一次的浮现眼前 所以我们必须谨记在心 有时候 那些最重要的过去 便是今日我们正在创造着的“过去”

什么更糟糕 是新的伤口 那些更加疼痛的新伤口 还是那些愈合多年的旧伤口 也许旧伤会教会我们一些东西 他们会提醒我们 我们去过哪儿 我们克服过什么 交给我们未来要避免什么 这是我们想要考虑的 但他有时也不这样 不是么？有些事情 我们不得不学习一遍一遍又一遍~

我们让自己远离对最好局面的期望 因为最好的局面往往不会出现 但不时的也会发生些异乎寻常的事 而且有的时候好的局面也还是有可能的 不时的也会发生些不可思议的事 但是 不可避免的 有时候你会发现你处在最糟糕的情况下 但病人的身体背叛了他们 而我们所掌握的科学都失败的时候 最糟糕的情况成真了 我们唯一能做的 就是保持执著的希望

我们都会认为自己会变得伟大 我们满怀期望 期望我们将要照亮的路程 我们能改变的事 期望我们能变成什么样的人 期望我们的目的地 然后我们努力到达 我们总是认为我们会很好 而当我们的期望没有实现 就会感觉好像被掠夺了一样 但有时候 我们的期望会略显悲观

有时 期望和意外之喜相比起来就逊色多了 你会奇怪为什么我们会那么依恋我们的期望 因为正是所有期望 让我们可以站稳 坚持下去 期望 只是个开始~~~期望意外的 将改变我们的生活~~~

想要靠近某人 所以保持距离 假装毫不关心彼此之类的事 通常都是说些愚蠢的空话 所以我们挑选自己想保持亲近的人 一旦我们选择了这些人 就会希望紧紧相依 无论对他们造成多大的伤害 那些最终仍对你不离不弃的人 就是值得拥有的 当然 有时不能太过亲近但有时侵入个人空间 可能才是你真正需要的有时背叛是无法避免的 当身体背叛我们的时候 手术可以帮我们恢复 如果我们背叛了彼此 当我们背叛了彼此后 要想恢复就不那么容易了 我们竭尽全力去修补失去的信任 但有些伤害 背叛太深 影响太大 我们无法找回我们失去的 如果真是这样 我们能做得就只有等待

很多人不知道人眼在视野内有盲点 我们对于一些事的确是视而不见的 问题是 有时盲点让我们忽视了 那些本不该忽视的问题 有时 盲点却又让生活充满阳光 当盲点出现时 也许大脑没有对其进行调整 这 也许是在保护我们

事实上 有时候只有在做了错事之后 有时候在犯了大错之后 才懂得什么才是对的 错误是让人痛苦的 但只有经历过错误才能找到真正的自我 认清自我 知道到自己想要得是什么 找到生命中的真爱 到那时一切都不一样了~

很多时候 我们大多不敢做出承诺 我们愿意将承诺说出 但说出之后却可能倍加意外 承诺很复杂 心甘情愿所做的承诺 实现承诺需要努力 所以有时 我们必须用一种艰难的方法 仔细的选择我们的承诺

有时我们冷不防就会遇到伤害 并不是所有的伤害都是表面的 多数伤害比我们想象的要深 光靠眼睛是看不出来的 消除伤害或者疾病的诀窍是挖掘下去并找到伤害的真正来源 一旦找到 就尽力去把问题解决掉 每时每刻 我们的大脑中有大约140亿神经细胞以450英里的时速释放冲动 而我们对其中的大部分无法控制 当你感觉冷时 会起鸡皮疙瘩 兴奋时 肾上腺素分泌增加 人的身体会遵循生理的驱动 这就是我们经常无法控制的情绪的原因 当然有些时候我们宁愿情绪化 然后后悔不已 肉体对于刺激只是逆来顺受 但是这就是让我们成为人类的东西 这是我们所能控制的东西

第一法则是没有伤害 但总会有伤害发生 罪恶感亦随之而来 而任何誓言 对此都无能为力 首先不做伤害别人的事情 说到容易做到难 我们可以以世上任何东西的名义起誓 但事实是我们中的大多数总在伤害别人 有时候 即使我们的本意是帮助别人 结果却适得其反 只给人带来伤害 然后罪恶感从后面探出头来你要拿着罪恶感怎么办 由你决定 我们还是要做个选择 要么让愧疚感打垮你 使你照其指引行事 使你一开始就陷入困境 要么就从愧疚中吸取教训 竭尽全力 向前进

暴风骤雨过后 匆匆忙忙之后 当一瞬的激情消逝之后 我们能超然世外 并让自己脱离苦海

我们可以试着让过去的一切顺其自然 然后再一次重演 一位智者曾经说过 你可以在生命里拥有任何东西 只要你愿意为其付出一切（任何事情都需要付出代价）

通常 追求感觉对的事情 意味着将理智抛诸脑后（我们的生命很短暂 不能为了规矩毁了那一切 对吧？）让别人进入你的生活 意味着放弃你穷一生筑起的屏障 当然 最痛苦的付出 是那些我们预料不到的 当我们没时间想出对应策略 来选择站在哪一边或者衡量潜在的得失 当事情发生 战斗选择了我们 而没有别的选择 这时的牺牲会是我们无法承受的生活不是一场竞技比赛 不论输赢或者淘汰 比赛只是个过程 不管我们认同或者不认同 那么去和裁判争取吧 修改规则 做点儿小动作（从基础做起）休息一会儿 慢慢治疗 但要继续比下去 尽情的 快速的 放松自由的比赛 就像是末日临近不管结果如何 重要的是你怎么比赛 对吧？

400年前 有一个著名的英国人 关于孤独 他有一个独特的见解 john donne 他认为我们永远不会孤独 将它的荒岛理论放在一边 他其实想说的是 大家需要的是有人走进你的生活 老告诉你 你不是一个人 是谁说？人不能有四条腿儿你一起玩儿 一起疯跑 或者 仅仅是在一起 痛苦 你得驾驭它 希望它能自己离开 希望它造成的伤害能愈合没有解决的方法 没有简单的答案 你只是要深呼吸并且等待他下沉 大部分痛苦是可以掌握的 另外有时候在你最不想要的时候痛苦找到了你 暗箭伤人 连绵不绝 痛苦 你还是得反抗 因为事实就是 你不能逃脱而且生活会产生更多的痛苦

生存下来的关键在于否认 否认我们做够了的事情 否认我们害怕的事情 否认我们有多么想要成功 而最重要的是 否认我们在否认~有时候现实会在我们屁股上偷偷咬一口 我们能做的就是挺过去 虚假的世界是个笼子 不是茧 我们骗自己骗不了多久 我们会累 我们会害怕 否认改变不了现实 迟早有一天 我们要把我们的否认扔到一边去 迎头面对这世界 火花迸射 否认——不只是去埃及的河水 而是惊险的大海 那么你又怎么样保证自己不掉下呢？

每当有人给你倒东西的时候都会说 够了 说一声 你拉开塞子 我是一个带水管的水槽 你说的都直接溜走了 没有“够”

测量需要和欲望的标准 是一个浮动的标尺 完全因人而异 也取决于倒进去的是什么 有些时候 我们要的只是一点点 有些时候 我们永不知足杯子是个无底洞 我们总想要更多

人们需要很多东西才能感觉自己是活着的……家庭、爱情……但是我们只需要一样东西就能让自己实实在在的活着 我们需要的是一颗跳动的心脏 但我们的心脏有危险时 我们有两种选择 我们要不逃跑 要么 就反击 对此有个科学术语 抗争 或者逃避 那是本能反应 我们无法控制

It would be too easy if there is just drugs and glus and cigarettes

I mean we get addicted for reason, right?

At some point, cross the line, too obsessive, compulsive, out of control
