重庆理工大学2014年会计专业考研复试（学硕）相关情况

一、专业综合从高分到低分依次面试，面试官共四个，一个院长，两个副院长，还有一个教授，面试时先自我介绍，然后抽题，抽的是数字，然后教授会给你念题目，回答后，其他三个考官会就你的情况问点问题，所有人都会被问到的两个问题是：1：你毕业后的打算是什么？进企业、事务所还是留校？2：你愿意服从调配吗？抽到的题目也是比较基础的，今年参加复试的抽到的有利得和损失，权责发生制，利润，历史成本，可变现净值等

二、英语

英语面试则是从低分到高分开始面试，面试官三个，面试时也是首先自我介绍，然后抽题，老师会念题目，念完之后就回答，没听懂可以再让老师念一遍。

三、专业课笔试

专业课笔试参考书目是CPA教材，考完之后觉得完全和CPA的题目差了很多级，考得都很基础，基本上都是每章的最基础的概念或者的最简单的计算。题型是

一、单项选择题，二、多想选择题，三、判断题，四、简答题，五、核算题，六、综合题。今年的简答题是，简述负债的特征和确认条件。核算题1是销售货物现金折扣的各个日期收回款项的分录，核算题2是母子公司内部交易的抵消分录，不考虑递延所得税。综合题是财务管理的，计算投资收益率，债券和股票的内在价值，判断投资是否值得。
