本学期以来，高一英语备课组由于病假老师较多，英语教师人员变动比较大，但是，各位英语老师都能团结互助合作，围绕着学校的中心工作，认真研究人教版高一英语教材，积极探索并实施与新课程理念相适应的教学模式和教学方法，致力于提高高一年级英语备课组的教育教学质量,通过一学期的努力，顺利完成了本学期的各项教育教学任务，并取得一定成绩。总结我们的工作，有以下几点：
第一 制订计划、明确责任、分工合作。
开学之初，首先，备课组老师共同商讨制定了详细的备课组工作计划和高一英语教学计划，并以此作为我们的工作指导方案来贯彻实施。其次，从新学期开始，我们的高一英语教学就做好了三个衔接：明确英语学习的内容、方法和要求；进行语音和书法的规范训练；进行词汇、语法的复习。
第二 加强集体备课和学习交流。
在每周三上午第四、五节课开备课组会议，并进行集体备课:一位老师主讲单元教学设计;其他老师们按顺序总结反思上一星期的单元教学工作;备课组统一布置安排下一星期和单元教学工作，并及时交流学生动态，分析学情。重点是研读讨论教材，在深刻理解新课程标准的基础上，分析教学内容，把握教学重难点，设计适当的教学方法，致力于提高课堂教学效率。在备课组的集体备课下，每个老师都认真上课，顺利完成了市教育局规定的必修1的5个单元和必修2的1-3单元的高一第一学期英语科的教学任务。
本学期加强了教学研讨与交流。如积极响应市教育局开展了市教学研讨公开课（---老师主讲），进行了“高效课堂”的公开课（---老师主讲）等，以老带新，以新促老，使备课组教师在公开课的交流活动中更加认识到了课堂教学是实施素质教育的主渠道，我们要转变传统的教学模式，大力倡导学生的自主学习和任务型学习，创设多样的英语情景，创设自主探究、合作交流等平台。
第三 教学常规落到实处。
在平时的教学中，备课组内的老师经常沟通，相互听课，互通情况，共通商讨，出谋划策。做到了6个到位：基础知识到位；了解学情到位；活动到位；重视阅读教学，拓展学生视野到位；因材施教到位；能力培养到位。为了加强对老师们备课、上课、作业、辅导、考查和质量分析的管
理并落实到位，备课组很好地利用了网络进行交流和共享资源：如利用校讯通发通知和每周安排；建立了Q群（---）进行交流和上课课件资料共享；利用备课组邮箱（---）收发学校文件和成绩登记表汇总等。
第四 练习与考试紧密结合。
每周安排老师根据教学进度，准备与本周新学内容相关的联系题（以主观题为主），同时也选择难度合适的完形填空、阅读、语法填空等题型，进行周测练习，以便学生们在巩固知识的同时，也熟悉了解题技巧、提高了解题能力。备课组各位老师能认真检查学生的教辅资料的完成情况；能认真准备每次的段考试题，以保证检测学生的同时，也能为年级分析本阶段（约一个半月）的教学提供依据。本学期一共进行了5次周测和3次段考（包括期末考），每次都做了详细批改和成绩的登记（录入电脑），对督促和检查学生的学习起到了积极的作用。
第五 注意培养学生的自学能力。
学生在教师课堂上的讲解的基础上，积极主动获取知识也是十分重要的。通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的自学方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥，才能真正做到教学相长。我们的具体做法是：培养学生自己整理所学知识、消化和运用知识的能力。如每单元上完，要求学生准备两个本子，一本用于自己小结本单元的的重点词组，知识点。另一本纠错本，把自己易错的或仍然不懂的题再做一次。教师可以根据学生的典型错误，出周测题时再以强化训练。
另外，培养学生使用工具书和参考书的能力。我们要求学生尽量人人有本英语词典，让他们勤查字典，同时要求学生在阅读过程中注意避免只求数量，不求质量的不良趋向。
第六 精简精讲多练，导练结合。
“精简”是指教师在传授语言基础知识时要精练讲解，不必面面俱到，讲到某个词，句型，语法，用法时，不能胡子眉毛一把抓。在实际教学中，我们特别注意避免这一点。精讲就是要讲词法语法重点、讲疑点、讲难点，所给出的英语例句要精炼、典型、实用，便于学生记忆和模仿，灵活运用。要求新教师通过各种方法向老教师，有经验的教师学习，力求做到这一点。在学生自己练时，我们又注重多指导，多教解题方法。练了总结，总结了再练。练的题型要齐全，难度要放低，然后逐步提高，即“零起步，缓加速”。针对不同水平的学生做出不同的要求。
第七 多方面激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
在教学中，通过各种实际有效的方法培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学
效果，从而避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。如在书法规范方面，从开学的书法讲解练习到11月的书法比赛，让高一年级的学生从高中起始阶段就开始形成一个做事严谨、规范的习惯和养成良好的书写习惯和学习习惯，为高考书写整洁打好坚实的基础，同时也调动了学生学习英语的积极性。又如充分利用高一学生的自尊和好胜的特点，在搞单词听写比赛，课堂教学活动以小组或个人竞争的形式来展开课文的学习，如词法竞赛、语法专项竞赛、阅读课文理解竞赛等，尽量把语言教学与学生日常学习活动联系起来，以此提高学生学英语的积极性和主动性。
通过如上的措施，学生在英语学习的大部分环节上取得了进步，也增强了信心。但是还存在的问题是，对英语学困生成绩的提高还要做进一步探究。
实践证明我们的付出是有效的,在高一第一学期的英语考试中,我们取得了较理想的成绩。总之，高一英语备课组齐心合力，在奉献中体会着工作的快乐，从学生的成长中感受着身为教师的苦乐。当然，我们的工作中仍然存在许多不足有待于新的学期去改进。同时我们也相信在学校各部门和年级领导的关心和支持下，新的2017届的学生必将取得更大的进步。
