2.强 化 经营业主守法意识。根据江西省文化厅《关于“学习未成年人保护法，推进网吧市场诚信建设”集中教育活动的通知》精神，从2月25日至3月15日集中开展了为期20天的教育活动。在活动中，我们举办了网吧业主法制教育培训班，全县40多家网吧业主参加了培训，聘请了县法制局的专家给大家认真讲解了《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》和《著作权法》。培训班上与经营业主签定了《学习未成年人保护法，推进网吧市场诚信建设，自觉拒绝未成年人进人网吧承诺书》。通过培训，我县网吧业主的法律意识有所提高。

五、抓 好 文物保护，弘扬传统文化

1.开 展 文物宣传工作，提高全民文物保护意识。为进一步提高广大干部群众保护文物的意识和让人们认识到文化遗产保护在构建和谐社会中的重要作用，纪念馆利用“5.18”国际博物馆日和“6.10 ”世界文化遗产日活动等时机组织干部职工走上街头开展文物保护法律法规宣传活动，发放宣传资料1000多份，《文物保护法》手册500多份。

2。强 化 文物消防安全工作，确保文物安全万无一失。一是制定了文物安全应急预案，明确了职责，落实了处置办法;二是建立了各保护单位消防档案管理工作;三是制定了各保护单位保卫人员工作制度，作好消防安全检查记录，保证24小时有人值班，并定期检查消防水池、消防栓、消防器材等消防设备，切实加强对文物建筑采取人防为主、器防备后和强化火源控制及巡检工作的措施。

3.以 第 三次全国文物普查为契机，狠抓重点文物工程建设。根据《国务院关于开展第三次全国文物普查的通知》精神，我县文物普查工作顺利进人第二阶段。在此基础上，我们狠抓了重点文物工程建设项目的前期准备工作。通过实地勘察，分别制定出了“武曲宫”重建和“幽居会议，“I日址选址重建方案。通过调查研究，制定出了“公有号”复原陈列方案。

4.落 实 免费开放，充分发挥爱国主义教育作用。免费开放后，纪念馆的宣教接待工作任务非常的艰巨，加上红色旅游工作逐步升温，为完成好参观接待任务，全馆干职自始至终坚守工作岗位，以一流的服务和工作态度，迎接每一位观众。截至6月底，纪念馆共接待观众近十万人次。

本次四级考试作文总体上来说并不是很难。但表现出两个出人意料：一是体裁，二是题材。
