《便 条》教案

教学目的:学会撰写常用便条、单据;

掌握、理解便条、单据格式及形式的原因。

教学重点:能区别各种便条与单据。

教学难点:如何确定选用哪种应用文,这是最难的。

数字的用法(大写数字的写法)。

教学建议:收集一些实例对其作分析,不利于应用文的实际运用。以“写作指导”为主,结合学生练习,师生互动探讨便条的写法同时也可以采取学生写、评、改相结合的方法,引导学生学习应用文写作对于学生来说相对的要枯燥一些,但是这对学生又是很实用的,所以老师要注重课堂让学生动手、动脑,最后掌握便条的相关知识和写作方法。

教学方法:案例教学法

一、案例导入

给学生这么一个案例:秘书小王接到公司总部的电话,电话说公司董事长将于下午两点飞抵机场,要求公司李经理前去接机,并且在接机的同时带上与别的公司合作的一个合同协议。小王接完电话后,由于当时李经理不在,电话又无法打通,而她自己恰好又不得不离开,所以他给李经理写了一张留言条。结果李经理在看了留言条后居然自己坐着飞机飞往总公司了,给公司带来了巨大的经济损失。分析下面的便条之后,让学生自己了解便条在日常生活中的重要性从而开始对便条的学习。

2、谢冰莹拜访柳亚子留下一张纸条(略),阅读并思考:便条与书信有什么异同。

答案:这张纸条,其形式是信。但是信要装在信封里,不能让人看,具有私人保密的特征,而便条则无密可保,现场的人一般都能看。
