统考免考验证、40周岁免考验证

一、验证时间:2011年8月14日,其他时间不再验证,超过时间一概不接受。二、验证对象:10秋以前在学习有效期内的专升本正式生。

1)针对10秋以前在学习有效期内的专升本正式生学习系统未显示统考免考,但符合条件的同学。已统考免考通过的同学不要再来。2)针对入学时已满40周岁的同学英语免考验证。

三、统考免考申请

免考条件见附件1和附件2,请带好相关证书原件及一份复印件,并在复印件上注明学号、专业,并填写免考申请表,然后交给现场的老师。

附1:网考办关于免考条件的说明

1、免考的条件包括哪些方面?可以免考哪些课程?

答:统考文件规定(1)已具有国民教育系列本科以上学历(含本科)的学生,可免考全部统考科目;(2)除计算机类专业学生外,获得全国计算机等级考试一级、或一级A、或一级B或以上级别证书者可免考“计算机应用基础”; 其他计算机等级证书获得者目前不能免考该课程;(3)除英语专业学生外,获得大学英语等级考试(CET)4级或以上级别证书者、全国公共英语等级考试(PETS)三级或以上级别证书者、省级教育行政部门组织的成人教育学位英语考试合格证书者,可免考“大学英语”;(4)在入学注册时年龄满40周岁的非英语专业学生可免考“大学英语”;(5)除英语专业考生外,户籍在少数民族聚居地区的少数民族学生(参见《教育部关于开展现代远程教育试点高校网络教育部分公共基础课全国统一考试试点工作的实施意见》(教高[2004]5号)的附件:免考“大学英语”的少数民族学生的界定)可免考“大学英语”。(6)已经在其它学校通过统考的学生,需提供统考成绩单并加盖学校印章的证明可以申请免考。

2、如何理解统考免考条件中“除英语专业学生外,户籍在少数民族聚居地区的少数民族学生可免考《大学英语》”?

答:(1)这里的“英语专业”是指学生现在就读的专业。(2)“少数民族学生”,其民族身份和居住地区的确认以本人身份证上的记载为准。

3、如何理解统考免考条件中“除计算机类专业学生外,获得全国计算机等级考试一级B或以上级别证书者可免考《计算机应用基础》”?

答:(1)这里的“计算机类专业”指的是计算机科学与技术、计算机应用、计算机软件专业,是指学生目前就读的专业。(2)经教育部批准,全国计算机等级考试一级或以上证书都可免考《计算机应用基础》。

4、如何理解“入学注册时年龄满40周岁”?

答:“入学注册时年龄满40周岁”是指按学生本人身份证上的出生日期为计算起点,在所就读的试点高校网络教育学院新生实际入学注册日期为终点进行计算的年龄。

5、全国大学英语四、六级考试已改革,统考中《大学英语》课程的免考条件是否有改变?

答:目前全国大学英语四、六级考试进行了改革,出台了有关新的计分体制和成绩报告方式,据此,网考委对统考文件中涉及有关大学英语四、六级证书的一些条款进行了修订。修订后的规定是:(1)已获得的大学英语四、六级合格证书,统考免考继续有效;(2)2006年1月1日前参加改革后的大学英语等级考试,其成绩达到420分者可免考“大学英语”统考课程;(3)参加2006年1月1日后的大学英语等级考试,其成绩将不再作为统考“大学英语”免考的条件。

6、统考免考条件中对相关免考证书有无时间和有效期规定?

附2:网考办关于大学英语四六级免考说明

1.在2006年1月1日前,已经获得四、六级考试证书的考生仍然按照原有规定免考“大学英语”;参加改革后的四、六级考试,成绩达到420分的考生可免考“大学英语”。

2.2006年1月1日后,大学英语四、六级考试将不再作为统考“大学英语”免考的条件。

四、40周岁英语免考验证

1.办理免考对象:入学前已满40周岁的非英语专业正式生(不含学籍过期学生)

2.免考科目:大学英语、英语听力、综合英语、专业英语 3.免考申请流程:

1)上海市:符合免考条件的学生提交英语免考申请表、身份证原件及复印件给验证老师。

2)外地教学站:符合免考条件的学生提交免考申请表、身份证原件及复印件给学习中心老师。4.学生修读英语课程:
