当然，端午节还有个美丽的传说哦。

相传，屈原投汨罗江后，当地百姓闻讯马上划船捞救，一直行至洞庭湖，始终不见屈原的尸体。那时，恰逢雨天，湖面上的小舟一起汇集在岸边的亭子旁。当人们得知是为了打捞贤臣屈大夫时，再次冒雨出动，争相划进茫茫的洞庭湖。为了寄托哀思，人们荡舟江河之上，此后才逐渐发展成为龙舟竞赛。百姓们又怕江河里的鱼吃掉他的身体，就纷纷回家拿来米团投入江中，以免鱼虾糟蹋屈原的尸体，后来就成了吃粽子的习俗。看来，端午节吃粽子、赛龙舟与纪念屈原相关，有唐代文秀《端午》诗为证：“节分端午自谁言，万古传闻为屈原。堪笑楚江空渺渺，不能洗得直臣冤。”

今天是农历五月初五，是中国传统的节日--“端午节”。

这“端午节”有个来历，传说从前有一个叫屈原的伟大爱国诗人，因为反对妥协，主张联齐抗秦，受到楚国权臣的打击和陷害，先后遭到杯王和顷襄王的贬谪和放逐。屈原离开郢都以后，沿长江东下，踽踽独行，颜色憔悴，披着长发，过着颠沛流离的生活。?

他不知道为什么世界会是这样黑白混淆，忠奸颠倒，美丑不分。他禁不住内心的愤怒，一面大声呵斥吟诵，一面提起笔来，洋洋洒洒在石壁上写下一篇奇绝千古的《天问》。他深知自已无法同现实调和，最后自投于汩罗江，结束了他悲壮的一生。

当地老百性都非常尊敬和爱戴屈原，生怕他的尸体被鱼吃掉，就投下一种用棕叶包米的东西—棕子喂鱼，好让鱼不去吃屈原。以后，每年都以此方法来纪念屈原。

今天正是纪念屈原的日子，我一大早就闻到浓浓的棕子清香，于是赶紧洗濑，急不可待地坐到餐床边津津有味地吃起了棕子。我想：为什么象屈原这样的忠臣要被放逐，还要遭到坏人的打击和陷害，那些奸臣为什么不会考虑国家会不会被人家吞并掉，总有一天，国家肯定要栽在他们的手里，还有那个笨大王，怎么也不知道屈原是个忠臣呢，真是笨。虽然心中替屈原打不平，但一点不影响我吃棕子的好胃口。

我以后要学习屈原，一定要做一个能为祖国做贡献的人。
