求助信
文体概述
求助信是当个人遇到一些自己无法解决的问题或困难时向别人请求帮助的一种书信。通常包括三部分内容：
1.表明写信目的，请求帮助。
2.要清晰陈述请求帮助的具体内容。
3.希望得到帮助。注意语气委婉、真诚，并要向收信人表示感谢。

求助信
求助人：0000、男、000族，生于XXX年XX月XXX日，住湖北省XXX县XX镇XX乡。
求助人因在云南省遭遇交通事故于2011年2月9日入迪庆香格里拉人民医院住院治疗，入院以后，院方为求助人做腿部X线拍片检查两次，治疗后于2011年3月3日出院。出院时迪庆香格里拉人民医院诊断为“左大腿软组织挫伤”，出院小结上转归结果为“治愈”。2011年8月19日，求助人在湖北省鹤峰县中心医院做CR检查，诊断为“左髋臼陈旧性骨折拌左侧股骨头内嵌”。2011年9月10日又在云南省丽江市人民医院复查CT片及检查报告单示：
1、左侧陈旧性髋臼骨折。
2、左侧股骨头坏死。不同医院对同一患者的同一部位诊断结果完全不一样。可见迪庆香格里拉人民医院对求助人的伤情造成了漏诊。
通过咨询，求助人左髋臼陈旧性骨折，左侧股骨头坏死的伤情，其治疗需要高额的费用，预计首次手术费需要56000.00元。此后，每十年需要换一次股骨头，所需费用每次为56000.00元，结合求助的人年龄，需要更换5次，所需费用为280000.00元，所以治疗费共为336000.00元。求助人的伤情鉴定为八级伤残，按求助人户籍所在省的标准计算（5832.00元/年×20年×30%）为34992.00元。求助人须行六次手术治疗，每次治疗时间预计一个月，休息时间两个月，总计十八个月，求助人身伤为农民，按求助人户籍所在省标准（16940.00元/年）计算为；25410.60元，此为后期治疗必然会产生的误工费用。已发生的误工费用依照司法解释的规定可以计算至伤后365日。误工费为365天×46.41）16939.60元，误工费用总计应42350.25元。求助人后期手术治疗期间以及休息期间需要一人专事护理，护理时间为150日，护理费为7058.30元
另外，求助人家里还有两个小孩，一个母亲，（5832.00元×3年÷2）为8748.00元（5832.00元×16年÷2）为46656.00元。（5832.00元×15年÷2）为43740.00元。共计为99136.00元
求助人在迪庆香格里拉人民医院漏诊，既给我身体带来了不堪忍受的苦痛，同时给我精神上造成了终身难民弥合的精神损害，其所受损害本无法用金钱衡量，但出现这样的结果又不得有不用金钱来量化，要求精神抚慰金50000.00元。
综上，因迪庆香格里拉人民医院的漏诊。迪庆香格里拉人民医院应赔偿求助人569536.50元。
现求助人身处异乡。孤立无援，不得已只好向贵州求助，请求政府向我抻出援手，求民于危难之中，责令迪庆香格里拉人民医院培偿损失。甚谢！
