昆明市官渡非物质文化遗产传承基地位于官渡古镇二期H区，该基地，是官渡区人民政府在官渡古镇兴办的公益性非物质文化遗产设施，基地项目位于官渡古镇H组团H3幢，作为文化共享工程，传承基地全年向市民免费开放。该项目是目前云南省县区率先建设的非物质文化遗产设施，将建成昆明市乃至云南省非物质文化遗产保护、传承、展示、交流的中心，做大做强“中国民间文化艺术之乡”品牌。以基地为平台传承优秀传统文化，引领古镇文化风情；以地域特色项目，创立官渡文化品牌。实现 “政府主导、公益为主，开放办馆、文化惠民”的目的。自2011年至今已在此举办了三届全国非物质文化遗产联展，今后每年都会举办一到两次非物质文化遗产保护成果展。传承基地功能有: 二馆三中心，即官渡民俗博物馆、官渡民间绘画博物馆，非物质文化遗产展示中心、非物质文化遗产培训中心、官渡区非物质文化遗产保护中心。

面试英语对话：如何介绍个人技能

个人技能

在面试时，个人技能主要指除了专业之外的、能对你的专业发展有帮助的一些技能。也许你有很多技能，也不必一一列出，最好只说那些与应聘岗位相关的资格认证或者技能。最突出的就是外语能力，比如英语水平和日语水平怎样，以及电脑知识，这些都可以被看作是应聘者的技能。

A: I have learned English for 10 years, and I have passed College English Test Band 4 and 6.My spoken English is fairly good enough to express myself fluently.I: What other foreign language do you speak?
