我做的是流行音乐节目，每天不仅要放歌给大家听，而且还要在节目里带动大家来唱歌。那很多人都会觉得，这个电台dj，天天在节目里面，哇这么嗨，真的是要人命，打了鸡血一样。一天嗨、两天嗨、三天嗨、一个星期嗨就算了，一个月、一年、两年、三年，我都做了八年了，还这么嗨，他们会觉得，这是非常奇怪、非常奇葩的一件事情。熟悉我的朋友都知道，我是一个直播狂人，我的确有三狂，第一，我对制作节目痴狂；第二，我主持节目的状态癫狂；第三，这个赶直播很辛苦，我只能坐地铁最安全、最快捷，所以把我逼成了一个地铁狂。我走到地铁里面，我可以一手把住一个地铁的把手，有没有立刻嗨起来，跳鸟叔最新的舞步，你看，坐个地铁都可以这么嗨。但是呢，人生总是不会一帆风顺，在赶直播的时候，地铁有的时候也不灵光，所以也会遇到，这种人品极度不爆发的时候。记得在去年的时候，北京有一段时间一直在下暴雨，那天早上起来之后呢，我也是准备去赶直播，拉开窗帘，oh my god，门前大桥下，游过一群鸭，路上各种车，全部都趴在水里熄火有没有，路上完全被暴雨弄得稀里哗啦的。我想完了，我得赶快去坐地铁赶直播，跑到地铁站之后，傻眼，地铁停运，那我怎么去直播呢？于是我就疯狂打车，no taxi，没有车，所以没办法，万般无奈之下呢，我就准备用人类最最原始的本能——用跑的，于是我一边跑步一边打车，一边跑步一边打车，一边跑步一边打车，我又在下雨了擦雨，突然我打到了一辆公交车，我也管不得它是什么几路了，去哪站了，不管了直接跳上去再说吧。幸运的事情就发生了，这辆车刚好经过我们电台的直播间楼下，就这样我那天也非常幸运的也没有耽误直播。不出意外晚上的时候就发了高烧，我独自一个人特别寂寞孤独的连翻身的力气都没有的躺在床上，那个时候好像才发现只有这个时刻不需要自嗨了。

其实这还不是最难的，哈文一直以来不光是导演，她也是我的领导，我的长官。如何与异性领导处好关系这是最难的。这当中可能需要潜规则，我是个严肃的人，所以我一直严肃的遵循着这个潜规则。

爱情是什么，其实有人说爱情完全是属于一个人的感受，就像鞋子穿在脚上舒不舒服只有脚知道，没有客观标准。那爱情是否来了，爱情是否还在，检验它的客观标准就是你对你所爱的人的惧怕程度。真理听起来很简单，但是探寻真理的路往往异常的艰苦，我跟哈文结婚21年了，我是越来越怕她。我估计当我安详的离开这个世界这都是一件闹心的事。俗话说“东风吹战鼓擂，这个世界谁怕谁。”打小长这么大我怕过谁呢，我为什么就那么惧怕哈文呢，我给她起了个外号叫劈头士，就是劈头盖脸那种。她有一个经典的名句叫“如果你是我儿子，我一天不知道抽你多少遍。”只要她一瞪眼一生气，我立刻退至一边噤若寒蝉，希望自己缩小再缩小，甚至消失。

我们的日子过得一直非常的平淡，哈文是一个讲理的人，我们有一个原则叫矛盾不过夜，也就是说甭管事大事小今日事今日毕，甭管多晚把事情总得要说清楚，讲理就好。什么是讲理，讲理是什么意思，在我的爱情字典当中讲理就是男人要认错，认一次错不是爱情，一辈子不停的认错，不抗争、不辩解，还得从内心由衷的感到不委屈，这就是真正的爱情。我总结出仅仅是肉体上的惧怕，也不算是爱情，只有全身心的惧怕才算真正的爱情，男人向自己心爱的女人认错是一种美德，都说成熟的稻子总弯腰，我弯腰因为我成熟。《为了心中的号召》 杨心龙

其实在我刚刚接到《超级演说家》的邀请函时，正是我为了成绩而忙得焦头烂额的时候，爸爸看到我为了学习连自己最喜爱的演讲活动都无心参加，一气之下吼道“你是因为演讲而被关注的，又怎么能因为演讲而退缩。”是啊，我是退缩了，退缩的速度是那么的快，势头是那么的猛。

从九岁被封“演讲帝”到现在，四年已过，回想起登台的经历，年少出名并没有给我带来美好，因为小孩子们的特殊性总会被大肆宣扬，然后就需要在台上面临着来自四面八方的质疑，甚至是攻击。回到学校以后还要承受老师和同学们的冷嘲热讽，老师对我这种出行的行为极为愤怒，他们说“你这是丢下西瓜捡芝麻。”所谓的西瓜是大的，就是指我的学业，而所谓的芝麻是小的，就是指我出行的行为。而进入了初中，也许是我太想改变自己的形象，也许真的是上天眷顾于我，成绩名列前茅，受老师同学尊重，应试的紧张节奏成了享受，小学的交往饥渴，在这里得到偿还。我幸福地说，学校是个好地方，我觉得通过学习获得的荣誉是那么真实，那么有用，老师们的期待，同学们的竞争，我必须全力以赴，所以我退缩了，所以我不愿意登台。我怕破坏这来之不易的美好的初中时光和荣誉。爸爸看懂了我这种状态，他心事沉重地“爸爸培养你，不单单是为了给学校输送个好学生，你也不要总用学习来躲避什么，我是想要你成为一个用于表达思想的孩子，而你现在的行为，恰恰忘了这一点。”我被爸爸的话震住了，我无地自容。

我在网上浏览了以往的许多视频，就像大家在刚刚我在上场之前看到的一样，非常滑稽，也让我笑了。虽然我现在的年纪还是性格都决定我不愿意回首过去，可是这次我却破例地看了进去。看完了以后，一种自豪感顿时荡漾了起来，难怪网友封我为“演讲帝”，难怪我的爸爸又这么注重这些，我的确是太有意思了。我和同龄人相比，真的有不一样的地方，我敢说，毫无顾忌；我能说，口若悬河。最后我按捺不住，我第一次在评论栏里为自己写了个评论，这个孩子说的多好啊。

是的，我细想，我现在的学校生活如鱼得水，其实正是与我的经历有关，经历给了我与外界碰撞的机会，而我的经历，又是我爸爸给我造就的，就是我的家庭给我带来的。而这三者就构成了一个三角形，不知道大家有没有发现，我们《超级演说家》的舞台，无论是大屏幕，还是四位导师所坐的桌子，还是这前面的这些符号，都是三角形。这就让我想到了三角形可能都具有稳定性，那么我就是这个稳定的产物，我成长得很稳定。

我是一个有梦想的孩子，登台即梦想之一，登台的意义何在，它让我明白了它赋予我高度的责任和自信，它让我在台上发现了世界的另一面，它让我明白，老老实实地待在一个地方傻傻的学习，并不应该是生活的全部。像我这样的用学习来逃避生活，也是不对的。我们这些零零后，要勇于创造属于自己的新天地，一个人绝对不可以忘本，我要追随我的心声，听心的召唤，继续走下去。《女人永远是最佳辩手》 陈铭

今天要跟大家分享的是一个关于女人和辩论的故事，名字叫做《女人永远是最佳辩手》。我在辩论的赛场上拿过世界冠军，拿过全程最佳辩手，也算得上也是小有收获。但是，说实话有一件事情真的非常丢人，但是在这里我必须要向在座所有人坦白，就是在生活的辩场上，有那么一个人，我是从来都没有赢过，那个人就是我的老婆。所以不知道在座各位会怎么想但是我本人是发自内心深处赞同一句话“女人永远是最佳辩手”。

但是凡事总有原因，为什么呢？后来我开始琢磨琢磨琢磨，我找到了第一层原因，男人总是输，那是因为男人总是讲道理。我有一个饱经沧桑和血泪的小小忠告，告诉在座所有的男士，就是当你面对女人的时候，你永远、永远不要试图讲道理，因为她们会坚信你解释就是掩饰，掩饰就是欺骗的开始。

我老婆有一次，她看中了一款包，她就把我拉过去，她想买，大家都知道全世界所有的女人喜欢的包只有两个特色，第一美，第二贵。当然女人会比较关注它的前者，男人呢，只能关注后者。所以我老婆一直在看那个包的时候，我也在一直在看那个包的价签，我在数，个十百千。我当时数着数着我崩溃了，我赶紧把她拉到一边，我背着这导购我拉到一边，我得说服她，我说“老婆，你知道咱们中华民族五千年最美的传统美德是什么吗？勤俭节约呀；你知道当今中国经济最欠缺的精神是什么精神吗？是支持国货呀。你看看这个包，你看看这个包的价格，你知道它成本只有多少吗，你知道它利润翻了多少倍吗？你冷静一下，你跟我一起深呼吸，你想想看，我们家庭现在的经济情况，我们的收入状况，你现在买这么一个包它理性吗，它负责吗，它是个现在我们应该有的选择吗？你这么漂亮一个大姑娘，你拎着这么一个包走在路上你遭贼惦记呀，你拎着这么一个包去单位你遭人妒忌呀，你考虑过单位和谐吗？你考虑过人际关系吗？你考虑过你办公室大妈的感受吗？” 我当时说实话，我上到民族情怀、消费理念，下到买这个包的性价比、收现比、收益比、风险比、收支状况对比，我慷慨激昂，鞭辟入里，我自己都已经快被我自己的沉稳跟理性征服了，然后、然后她只是看着我，眨巴着她的大眼睛，然后她问我说“是你的那些道理重要，还是我重要？（傻了吧）你说呀，说呀，说呀，说呀，你的那些唧唧咕咕、滴滴答答的臭道理、烂道理都比我重要一千倍、一万倍对不对。在你心里，我根本就不重要对不对，你根本就不爱我了，对不对？你之前要娶我的时候说的那些你爱我、你爱我都是骗人的对不对，你根本就不爱我了，对不对？”真的，她的眼泪当时已经快要飙出来了。各位，在座的各位，你说这个时候你除了宣布她是最佳辩手并且掏出银行卡给她颁奖之外，你还有任何其他的选择吗？

去年的时候呢，我要结婚了，我跟老婆就商量这个结婚时间的事，结婚是个大事，日子非常重要，我跟媳妇特别中意的是2月14号情人节。我丈母娘听到了就说“说得好，情人节这日子好，就这一天结婚。”于是咱们婚期就定了，定在了七夕，没错，七月初七。

有时候我们会爱上一个完全不认识自己的人，我们在他身上花了很多的钱，很多的经历。大家不要认为我说的是男孩女孩的单相思，我说的是粉丝和偶像的故事。

我这里有一本粉丝成长宝典，成长第一步，粉丝要买偶像的东西，比如大海报，糊一墙。我哥曾经的房间里全都是女明星的大照片，我还发现了女明星换得特别快，“哥，关之琳在哪呢？”“在李嘉欣底下压着呢。”粉丝成长第二步，我们会给偶像买东西，最严重一个罗志祥的一个十岁的粉丝给他（罗志祥）买了一辆汽车，我特别想问问那个小朋友你给你爸爸妈妈买的最贵的东西是什么？粉丝成长第三步，粉丝会追偶像，是真的追呀，据说网上说小志的太太之前是粉丝，我觉得这个事太励志了，因为大多就都是悲剧。男粉丝炖鸡汤求爱范冰冰，范冰冰不喝；男粉丝跪地求爱韩雪，韩雪报警了。

按这个套路走，我觉得慢慢大家越来越像脑残粉了，不过记得有一个作家说，他受到的粉丝的最好的礼物是一张大学的录取通知书，上面写着“感谢你的鼓励，让我好好学习。”突然间我觉得我们的粉丝不能一味的去掏空自己，如果我们可以学到点那种跟偶像一同成长，这个才是极好的呀，这个才是粉丝成长宝典的秘笈呀。

在我大四毕业的时候，我花了我半年的积蓄去听了我偶像的演唱会，我被震惊了，我第一次体验到了全场几万人站起来挥舞着手臂大合唱，有一句歌词直接就撞到我心里，“我该如何存在??”我害怕呀，我怕自己碌碌无为就这么毕业了，还没上路就结束了。一个月之后，我辞掉了本来的工作，去寻找我自己的存在，感谢我的偶像——汪峰。

我今天演讲的内容是我和我周围的这些剩女们，剩女的官方定义：27岁或者27岁以上的单身女性，很多拥有高学历、高收入，出众的长相，并且择偶要求比较高，导致在婚姻上得不到理想归宿的大龄女青年。

其实我对这个定义还不是特别赞同，难道那些嫁出去的姑娘们都是因为她的择偶条件比较低吗？有人说“男人就像食堂里的菜，虽然不好吃，但是去晚了就没有了。”如果27岁是一个标准剩女，那么34岁的我应该是大剩，齐天大剩。

我周围的朋友也有很多的剩女，但是她们是怎么生下来的呢，第一类，乖乖型剩女，我一姐们小白，家教严格，上学的时候爸妈是不让谈恋爱的，怕耽误学习，等到工作了呢，公司是不允许有办公室恋情，然后家里面管的又严，天天上班两点一线，工作几年下来，没有社会活动，没有朋友圈子，没有恋爱经验，不让谈恋爱的事爸妈，逼着她相亲的还是爸妈，她的爸妈就希望她闭着眼睛打枪，一枪命中这个另一半把自己嫁出去。第二类，看破红尘型剩女，蓝蓝，我一姐们，非常善良，感情受挫n次，从此不相信感情，游戏人生。有的时候你可以看见她在那种灯火阑珊处上下翻飞，因为她跟陌生男人的对话都是那种挑逗型的电影台词，“帅哥，你看上去很像我的下一任男友”，但是另一个她会自己躲在家里抹眼泪。第三类，一根筋型剩女，她们都是对爱情充满了美好愿景，屡战屡败，屡败屡战，她们总在同一个地方摔倒，跟同一种类型的男人死磕，如果这个男人得不到是最让她们喜欢的，屁股后面追着她们都是视而不见，就像有一首歌，那首歌叫什么，“爱我的人为我付出一切，我却为我爱的人流泪狂乱心碎。”第四类，现在说到我，我是属于爱情长跑失败型，我有六年的感情，所以在感情破裂之后，我直接迈入了剩女的行列，我不知道在座的各位美眉们，妈妈有没有这样对你说过，女人一定要独立，你一定要自己养活自己，你不可以依靠男人，手心朝上的日子是耻辱的，你将永远得不到尊重。

大家好，我是陈州，我今天依然很帅，谢谢各位。节目播出后，很多的观众说我感动了他们，说我是超级演说家，听到他们这样说的我的时候，我感觉到很惭愧，因为我离超级演说家还有很远的距离，不过我为自己起了一个名副其实的名字，叫超级流浪家。

我六岁的时候就跟爷爷在外边流浪，那时候，每天就是为了一口饭而奔波，打快板的时候，有人会给我个几分钱，有人会给我几毛钱，那时候不知道未来在哪里，每天都在找自己的下一顿饭。今天大家看到的陈州阳光明媚、幸福快乐、一家一道、儿女双全，在很多人很多人看来陈州你是一个幸福的人（幸福的残疾人）。不管四位导师有没有把我当成残疾人，但是我的确是一个残疾人，你们能改变这一点吗？再疼爱我的人，对我再好的人，他依然改变不了这个事实。

在很多人看来陈州很强大，我从来没有在电视面前说过这句话，可是你们能够想到我脆弱的一面吗？我关起门来自己在房间里嚎啕大哭的场面，你们可能永远想不到，因为我是一个残疾人，在生活中，我有着很多很多很多的不方便，你们在大街上有没有看到残疾人拿个布袋在那流浪，一个街头，一个广场，一个是菜市场在那唱歌，很多很多，我就是那样过来的，我唱了十几年的歌。

今天我想为我的后面那群我的残友们说一下他们的心声，我们是残疾人，走在大街上的时候很多人会躲开我们，不要躲开他们，这样的话会改变他们内心的那份自卑。就拿我来说，我和我老婆在外面逛街的时候，有一些人他就问我，“陈州那个是你老婆吗？”“是呀。”“哎呀，你一定非常有钱。”也会问我老婆，“那个是你老公吗？”“是的。”“哎，你也没缺什么呀，你怎么会傻到找这么一个残疾人。”再比如说昨天晚上我在泰安，在一个非常豪华的酒店里面做演讲，出来的时候有四五个人护着我，这时候有一个人他给我掏了一百块钱，“给你一百块钱，太可怜了你。”你有没有想过，我不是一个乞丐，我不需要你的同情，我来这做演出、做演讲，给别人分享我的故事。很多的残疾人在生活中几乎每天都会遇到这样的一个问题，他们在大街上打车，三十几辆车没有一个停的，更让人讨厌的是出租车在不远二十米的地方拉了另外一个乘客上车，扬长而去。

我们经常说扶残助残，但是更多的人想到的是在助残日那一天，把家里不穿的衣服捐出来，给我们一个机会，不要躲开我们，给我们一个善意的眼神，我们就会阳光明媚起来，我们就会离开那张床，离开那个院，走在大街去做我们想做的事情，追求我们的梦想。《年少成名》 杨心龙

在我很小的时候，我就喜欢看超级英雄的电影，经常幻想着自己能像钢铁侠一样发射镭射，我做梦都想英雄一把，后来我想起来，钢铁侠是从天而降到一个绚丽的舞台之上，脱掉盔甲，开始潇洒演讲，我没法有他的超能力，于是我把所有的心思都放在了演讲上。到了九岁的时候，爸爸出于一种好玩的心理把我的视频传到网上，结果我就火了。网友还给我个昵称叫演讲帝，我也就莫名其妙勉勉强强成为了一个小童星。

2011年的央视网络春晚，我应邀成为了给力团的一名评委，在化妆间我见到了十几位年龄不同的小童星，他们着装前卫，头型帅酷，而我呢，着装很土，今天也很土，我试着和他们打交道，他们却不为所动，最后终于有个混血儿搭理我了，他说演啥的，我没说是评委，我说我来这演讲的，当时他只说了一句话，演讲，那能算节目吗？当时我就气坏了，我在心里想，哼，我要是演讲，我能吓死你。而且我还曾经想起有一个比我小两岁的跳踢踏舞的小男孩，在上场的时候一直瞄我，我以为他要和我交朋友，后来他走过来说，来，你傻帽来，我跟你说话呢，一会儿上场的时候听我的，听见没听见没。当时我就惊呆了，你们至于这么狂妄吗？我杨心龙好歹也算个人物，你们凭什么这么对我，但是我逐渐发现，我把自己想得太高尚无比了，随着我的经历多了起来，我的心态方面和他们也差不多了，我越来越没法跟我的同学好好相处了，我曾经让四个来找我玩踢足球的小男孩在去年冬天的时候冻了半个小时，我不愿意搭理他们，我要自己学习，结果回到学校了以后，他们说杨心龙这家伙太坏了，太狂妄了，我的伙伴就越来越少，但是我认为我和你们就是不一样，你们都是乡下人，我是城里人，我是高科技，你们能读懂我吗？你说多么可怕，和我现在是不是判若两人，所以我今天要在这里和那四个同学说一声对不起，杨心龙错了。所以不要把年少出名看得多么重要，它只会让我们迷失自己，我们的路就会越来越长，我们就不知道为谁做，为什么做，要再做什么，所以我今天在《超级演说家》的舞台，我终于意识到我犯了多么大的一个错误，我的第一期节目播出以后，很多网友说从我身上得到了正能量，他说“你真的和以前不一样了。”这和我以前相比就是成长，我享受极了，谢谢大家。那我最后想说年少出名就是一把双刃剑，既要好好玩，又不能让它伤到自己，这是需要真功夫的，这功夫得需要时间，需要经验的磨砺，我现在就在这条道上，努力摸索，努力前行。

其次，老师和家长要针对孩子的学习情况做出针对的计划性方案，包括孩子的每次英语成绩，考试中每一项目的成绩变化以及日常作业完成情况。除此以外，要把握老师、家长与学生的关系情况，每一样都做好记录，从根本改变学生的学习心态，摸透孩子的缺漏，从而让学生按计划一步步的稳固提升，最终在高考时取得佳绩。
