（一）很多人都想成为李嘉诚，很多人都会感叹他的成功，但只有感叹。读完李嘉诚传奇的一生，让我们感受最深的不是他如何以超人之术创立的宏基伟业，而是他勤奋好学、以诚待人、艰苦奋斗、开拓进取的精神。就是因为拥有这些精神才成就了他今天的事业，这就是”超”之所在。

很久以前我只会死读书，对书本上的知识不是照本宣读，就是唯唯诺诺的信服，完全没有抱过怀疑的态度，然而今天，随着我知识及阅历的增长，我逐渐才学会了独立思考的方法，读完了一本传记，在这里说说自己一点浅薄的看法。
首先，这本书把李嘉诚的一生都说了一下大概的轮廓，主要客观的描述了李嘉诚的一生，然而作者或多或少在态度上还是比较偏向李嘉诚的，我觉得这本书对李嘉诚的人生只是一个大概的轮廓，这对李嘉诚整个人生只是冰上一角而已，正如阿里巴巴总裁马云所说的一样：如果你成功了，你说的话便成了真理。然而我觉得一个人要成功，就像李嘉诚那样勤劳是必不可少的因素，但一个人成功永远没那么简单，人都说潮州很精明，李嘉诚的脑子可不是一般人的脑子那样，就单说学英语，他只用了很短的时间，就单说我自己，我英语就学了整整六七年时间，但还是学不会，李嘉诚的毅力更是非凡，就很小的一件事说吧，他每天晚上回家后不管有多累，他都会坚持看书，而且从年轻到老这个习惯从未改变，雷达不惊。李嘉诚的情商也很高，就单说他在茶馆端茶这么小的事情吧，要是我们一般人的话，就觉得这么小的事情做好就行了，可他不一样，他除过端茶之外，他还会察言观色，所以很讨人喜欢，也很招老板喜欢，()他做推销员时，他把那个铝桶专门会推销给整天在家闲着没事的老太太，为什么？因为那些老太太整天没事，只会唠嗑，老太太唠嗑是就会谈及的他推销的东西，老太太会帮他推销，他没有浪费时间，时间都用到了刀刃上，别人功能工作八个小时，他就工作十六个小时，所以他推销的结果是第二名的好几倍，而且他还是新手，这真的很厉害。李嘉诚也很有商业头脑，在他做推销员时，他就将这个区域分成好几个部分，哪个部分是搞销售区，哪个部分是低销售区，他破旧的笔记本上都有详细的记载，这些都是李嘉诚后一些推销书籍上才总结出的推销法则，他也很讲义气，他嘴边经常挂着这么一句话：对己节俭，对人慷慨。当他要离开那个铝制品公司时，他对那个老板说绝不带走以前的顾客，还对老板说了此行业的前景不是很好，他建议要么是放弃，要么是做锁子等其他产业，因为铝制桶将会被塑料桶代替，看来这人真的很讲义气。他的行动力很强，他能抓住机遇，当他开始创业时，他借钱再加上自己的钱总算办起了厂子，要是一般人还在那思考成功还是失败后会怎么样。要是总结李嘉诚身上的成功之道那真可说是千条万条，在这里我就列举自己一点浅薄的心得吧。
“时势造英雄”这句话我不知用在李嘉诚身上是否合适，他出生的时代及家庭的不幸这一切无疑激发了他的潜力，然而一个人成功不仅仅是我们表面看到的这些，还有很多我们背后看不到的，一个人成功之后，我们会将他神化，只会看到他身上的优点，所有缺点都会被优点所覆盖的。好了，今天就说到这里，有不当之处，望高人指示。
李嘉诚传记读后感
（三）作为一名普通的大学生，而我当初选这一本书的时候就感觉做生意对于我们来说是那么的遥远，除了兼职之外，根本没有机会可以去尝试和学习做生意。但是当我耐着性子读了2/3之后，我发现其实读书可以有选择的去读，而且只要你善于从中寻找你要学习的东西，善于思考，你就会有所收获。这本人物传记前1/3是讲做人做事，后2/3是讲做生意。
李嘉诚之所以能有今天如此大的作为，是因为他有着一股永不服输的执拗劲。小小年纪的他就掌握了经商的秘诀，他对推销工作已经有了独特的见解。他认为摸清市场动向，建立销售渠道，广交朋友，才能做好生意。
李嘉诚推销商品不是靠高谈阔论，而是注重市场和居民中使用这种产品的情况。李嘉诚把香港划了很多个区域，每个区域的居民生活情况和市场情况都记在一个小本上，只要产品一出厂，便知道该送到什么地方去。因此，李嘉诚经过一年的努力，他的推销额远远地超过了同事们，得到老板的赞赏。
在塑胶公司，李嘉诚主要负责推销新型产品塑胶洒水器。有一次，李嘉诚走了几家客户，都无人问津。这一天上班前，李嘉诚就来到一家批发行，等职员上班联系洽谈业务。这时，李嘉诚看见清洁工在打扫卫生，他灵机一动，就自告奋勇地拿出洒水器帮清洁工洒水。这样做，李嘉诚期望遇到提前上班的职员，让他们能亲眼看见洒水器的好处，眼见为实，有了实在的感性认识，洽谈起来才更有说服力。果然有职员提前来到，碰巧还是负责日用品器具的部门经理。结果，李嘉诚很顺利就达到目的，该经理很爽快答应，愿意经销这种塑胶洒水器。
由于李嘉诚做出的成绩在职工中非常出色，老板非常欣赏他的才华。因此，在李嘉诚刚满17岁那年就被提拔为业务经理，统管产品销售。时隔不久，又晋升为总经理，全盘负责日常事务。李嘉诚成了塑胶厂的台柱。
他从茶馆小工到钟表店小工，再到五金店销售，再到塑胶店经理，这一系列的转变才是真正刻骨铭心的。
可以说，一个人的现在并不能代表他的将来，只要肯于努力进取，努力奋斗，命运是可以改变的。
再就是李嘉诚有一个好母亲以及一个好父亲，父母给予他的不是物质的财富，而是精神的财富。孟尝君的故事，种稻谷的故事，这些很朴素的东西却成就了他最辉煌的一生。正是这些宝贵的精神财富影响了他的一生。当我们还埋怨自己没有一个富裕的家庭，没有一个有钱当官的父母的时候，我们可以静下心来想一想，你给你的父母了什么？是不是从小到大，你只知道向他们索取呢？我们是不是应该改变一下自己的态度，让他们能够在过一个幸福的晚年呢？
李嘉诚的一生可以说这是他们那个年代的人成功的典范，那么当今世界，又是什么样的人能成就那样的辉煌？我们作为一名普通的大学生，该如何去设计自己的人生？我觉得我们自己应该有一颗不甘于平凡的心。我们的辉煌是什么？是今天的努力付出，是明天的桃李满天下！

读《梵高传》有感
这个假期，我读了欧文·斯通的《梵高传》。这个如此深切，如此感人地打动了我的心，为我拨开了眼中的迷雾，使我能够把生命作为一个整体来认识的人。其实我并不懂得如何欣赏绘画，不过正是梵高那种坚持，不放弃的性格打动了我。与其说是阅读一部小说，不如说是感受梵高灵魂的过程，在这个过程中我因愤怒而哭泣，因悲伤而落泪，更为梵高执着追求与探索的满腔热血而感动地哽咽。作者用他细腻的文字为我们展示了一个真实的迷人的梵高。实在值得一读。
梵高是一位具有真正使命感的艺术家，梵高在谈到他的创作时，对这种感情是这样总结的：“为了它，我拿自己的生命去冒险；由于它，我的理智有一半崩溃了；不过这都没关系……”。
小时候的梵高，喜欢绘画。但是，没有人能理解他。直到一位老教授看到了梵高的作品，惊呼：“天哪，真是神之作！我要见这位作者！”不过，在教授见到梵高之前，教授便不幸过逝了。因此，梵高这位天才，便被埋没了。
不过，梵高从来没有放弃他的信念：艺术应当关心现实的问题，探索如何唤醒良知，改造世界。这也是我最欣赏的一点，即使没有人能理解他，但是依旧坚定他自己的梦想。
梵高死后，他的名气越来越大。随着作品在各地的展出和书信的出版，甚至传记小书的出版，梵高在世界各的逐渐家喻户晓，俨然已成了最受爱戴的艺术家之一。梵高生前穷困潦倒，而死后，其作品竟成了亿万富翁炫耀的资本！
其实梵高的画，不仅仅是颜料，更是自己的心血。有人说梵高的画是有生命的。他将自己的命运，生活完全融入了他的作品中。确实，一个不善言辞的人把自己的满腔热血融入了画作之中，那每一笔每一条线条都是倔强的，旺盛的。
初二时候的美术课，我曾经模仿过梵高的《鸢尾花》。但是临摹出的作品，没有了原画的生命力，和其中深刻的寓意。
其实，在人的一生中，会遇到很多的困难。重点不在于如何克服，而在于坚持不放弃的希望。就像钻石一样，哪怕被灰尘覆盖着，也终有一天会被人们所发现它闪耀的，永恒的光芒。
