job satisfaction good morning.ladies and gentlemen, its my honor to be here today to give you this speech.my name is susan.i’d like to talk about job satisfaction.now, please look at the powerpoint.i have dividied my talk into three parts:firstly,the importance of job satisfaction;secondly,the factors of job satisfaction;finally,how to achieve job satisfaction.now, let’s start with the first part: the importance of job satisfaction.a job provides an individual with the necessary means to remain satisfied in almost every aspect of life such as leisure,health and social life.several key factors are thought to be critical for an employee to achieve job satisfaction.and satisfaction.i’ll briefly summarize the main parts.let me just run over the key points again.firstly,the importance of job satisfaction;secondly,the factors of job satisfaction;finally,how to achieve job satisfaction.general e-mail is by far the predominant form of business writing today;indeed, inestimable billions of e-mails are sent worldwide each day.even if we disregard the high percentage of spam that may be filtered out, the numbers received far eclipse the number of letters sent.迄今为止,e-mail是当今世界上商务写作的主要方式。的确,每天全世界有难以估计的数十亿的email被发出。即使我们忽略掉大部分被过滤掉的垃圾邮件,收到的邮件数量也远超发出的邮件。why email? 为什么电子邮件?

你的顾客和竞争对手可能在你之前早就想到这点了。此外,不知道你有没有检查使用邮件沟通是不是一种正确的方式。打个电话或者面对面的交流是不是更加有效。
当涉及到用英语为全球商务写email的时候,需要考虑其他一些因素。非母语的写作人士常常为了避免犯错误而写的过度简洁,从而导致不能完全表达意思。而且,如果您带有格式的消息是经过手持设备传送的话(比如黑莓或者智能手机),字体,颜色,句点,斜体字,下划线,粗体这些可能丢失,从而导致消息可能无法被理解。
由于email正迅速的取代传统的信件,保持一个高的标准很重要。他们同等重要,且同是你企业内部交流的组成部分。
事实上,在所有类型的公司里,所有级别的员工都会写email。传统的秘书形式已经一去不复返了。在整个意义上说,当我们工作的时候,我们是我们自己的秘书。很多问题就由此产生了。problems: non-native english writers: just take a look at three sentences written by non-native english writers.i will identify the problems in each case and explain for each how readers might react.问题:

1。感谢您的订单。您被要求在30天内付款。first of all, the expression ‘you are demanded’ is not correct english.it would be better to write something on the lines of ‘please send payment within 30 days’ or ‘you are requested to pay within 30 days.’ in english there is an expression ‘to demand payment’ but it has a very strong connotation.it is 首先,“你被要求”不是正确的英语表达方式。写成“请在30天内付款”或者“您需要在30天内付款”会更好。在英语中,有一种表达方式是“to demand payment“,但是这种表达方式有很重的隐含意思。它常常被用在对一个逾期未付账户的收钱,表示这是采取诉讼前最后的通知。正确的使用方法如下: this is a final demand for payment(within 30 days)of your outstanding account.这是对你账户付款的最后要求(在30天内)。so in our first example we have an outright grammatical mistake.but the wrong tone can also count as a writing mistake.所以,在我们的第一个例子里我们找到了一个完完全全的语法错误。

不要忘记,在一个新顾客下了一个订单之后,我们想要保证的是他们获得了一个愉快的经历。如果一个公司连这个都写不好,那未来的公司发展也就不要谈了。顾客总是有选择的。他们可能会选择一个对他们好的公司而不是你的。some readers view some e-mail messages as overly casual in style, where writers regard e-mail as conversation.人们总是抱怨他们对商务写作中出现的错误语调(缺乏礼貌)多么恼火,而这些错误大部分出现在email里。原因很简单,一方面,有些人将email看做正式的交流,而一些则把它看做平常的交流。on the other hand, other writers’ messages can be interpreted as cold and impersonal if they have cut out words that would convey conversational tone.it is quite a challenge, therefore, to convey the right tone for all your readers at any given time.另一方面,如果去掉一些在谈话中表达语气的词汇,另一些人的讲话会变得生硬,没有人情味。因此,用正确的语调对待读者确实是一个挑战。
‘why haven’t you done what i asked you yesterday?’(overly direct)‘thanks loads ?’(overly casual)“为什么你昨天没做我要你做的事情”(过于直接)

(直接讲英文就好)homonyms 2.we can provide the services you outline in principal but we request a supplementation.同音同形词
我们当然可以粗略的提供大纲,但这里我们需要的是补充。homonyms are words that have the same sound and sometimes the same spelling as another but whose meanings is different.they can confuse native english and non-ne writers alike.but let’s just take a look here at two words that are frequently confused.同音同形词有一样的发音一样的拼写,但是意义完全不一样。他们同样可以使母语英语者和非母语英语者感到迷惑。现在我们来看下我们经常混淆的两个字。they are: principal: an adjective generally meaning first in importance;also a noun meaning a chief or senior person;can also mean an original sum of money for investment.它们分别是:
principal:
它是一个形容词,寓意很重要。它同时也是一个名词,表示首长或者资深人士。同样可以表达为投资本金。principle: a noun meaning a fundamental truth or quality;a rule or belief governing a person’s morally correct behavior and attitudes.if we go back to our second example, unfortunately the writer has chosen the wrong version of the homonym here.principle:
它是一个名词,表示最最基础的一个事实;或者左右一个人道德准则和态度的信仰。如果我们回到我们的第二个例子,不幸的是,笔者选择了错误的同音异形字。
正确的选择是“principle”。一些读者可能不介意这个,一些则不会注意到。但是一些人会做出判断:这儿你错了。这可能显得有点不公平,但是一个错误的用词可以降低读者对作者或者公司专业性的评价或者看法。这种错误同样可以使作者不再注意作者想表达的主要意思。
moving along the sentence in our second example, we find another confusing word.a ‘supplementation’? what does this mean? is it a request for further information? is it a request for a supplementary fee, that is to say, more money? or is it a deposit(part pre-payment)? once again, it is the sort of word that an online dictionary search would suggest and one which a native english writer would not use!their writing would ‘ask for more details or further information’.接下来看我们的第二个例子,我们发现了一个令人困惑的词汇,“supplementation”?这是神马意思,这是要去更多的信息么?是要去补充费用,换句话说,加钱么?或者这只是一种存款?又一次,这是那种在线词汇会建议但是母语英语写作人完全不会用的词汇!这句话应该写成“要求更多的细节和信息”。a crucial point is this: writing english for business really should not be about ‘over-englishing the english’.一个关键点:在商务中用英语写作不是为了英语而英语。good morning/evening/afternoon, ladies and gentlemen : today, my speech is about talents,in my opionion, talents are indispensable in nowadays society.as is known to all that the fight among countries is actually the fight among talents.to sum up, talents will play a more and more important role in the world, if one country intends to flourish, he must foster talents as many as they can ,thats all,thank you.篇四:英语演讲比赛商务系演讲稿

比如举个日常生活中各位耳熟能详的案例:索取名片,你公关也好,营销也好,保险销售人员也好,有的时候见了客人以后,你要索取名片,一是要把人家的名片要过来,要确保要过来,要而不给没面子;二是要在索取名片的过程中,给别人留下良好印象,同时推广企业形象;这个有难度,我不知道你们有没有见过有的人,劳而无功,不得要领;那天有个同事问我要名片,上来献给我说,小姐你有片子吗?我说俺没有,你的意思就是寒碜俺没有;那次有同事打电话,他不打电话还好,一打电话上来就破坏了企业形象,拿起话筒,上来第一句话:喂喂喂,噗噗,再问一声,有人吗?难道我们接电话的不是人吗?话不是这么说的啊。所以这个商务交往中索取名片,它其实有一定之规,我们专业讲法,你比方说,从保险营销这个角度来看,索取个人名片有四种常规方法,我想我们在座朋友,大概对这个都是有经验的,内行看门道,你索要人家的名片,第一个办法,遵守交易式办法,我想你王先生的名片,我把我的名片递给你就行了,将欲取之,必先欲之;来而不往非礼也,你想要我曾小姐的名片,太容易了,上来递给我曾小姐多指教,你把名片给我了,我不想给你也得给你,我不至于告诉你收到了,不行啊;但有的时候你在商务交往中,你会遇到另外一种情况,就是你把名片给他了,他有自我保护意识,他不了解你,不摸你的底不给你,你把名片递给他了,他告诉你谢谢,谢谢就没下文了,是吧,当然这个有个分寸,那你要想把他的名片要过来,你要考虑到这个对象大概你这个路子的人,你要想要过来,你有第二个办法,比方你想要盖烈夫老师的名片,你把名片递给他的同时你寒暄一下,老师,能不能有幸和你交换一下名片,你将他一军,他就不至于告诉你,不换,就是不换,那不是人话;第一种方法,把名片递过去,要人家的名片,换回人家的名片,这个叫做交易法;第二个办法,我把名片给他的时候,问他能不能交换一下名片,这个办法我们一般叫激将法;还有第三种方法就是面对尊长,名人,我们营销上叫vip,大企业,大人物;要他的名片用第三个方法,第三个我们叫谦恭法;比方说,盖老师,刚才听你讲的o管理模式,我很有启发,不知道以后有没有机会能够向你继续请教,这是客气话,这个客气话完了就只奔主题了,盖老师,不知道以后如何向你请教?其眼下之意就是老盖,以后怎么样才能找到你?但是他要给你就给你,不给你你也有面子;但是这个谦恭法,你不是对谁都可以用的,比如金正昆教授对面坐着一位小姐,你才20岁,金教授今年50多了,金教授上来以后就问你,以后如何向你请教,你什么感觉,你什么感觉?碰上坏人了,比较酸;所以长辈对晚辈,上级对下级,平辈平级的人之间我们采用第四种方法,我们叫平等法;比方这位小姐年龄跟金教授差不多,或者她不知道金教授是教授,他们在朋友家里见面了,都是成年人了,这位小姐姓李;金教授说李小姐,我认识你很荣幸,你搞这个银行理财业务;我也有俩小钱,以后想向你咨询请教了;那李小姐不知道以后如何向你请教,比方说以后如何和你联系,平等法跟谦恭法的区别是,谦恭法是以后如何向你请教,平等法是讲以后如何和你联系。所以说李小姐,我以后怎么和你联系,这都是平等话,其深刻含义就是小李,以后怎么才能找到你;你要看得起我,你给我;你要看不起我,你有退路。教授以后我跟你联系吧,其深刻含义是,俺不跟你联系。
商务交往涉及的面非常多,但是基本来讲是人的交往,所以我们把商务礼仪,界定为商务人员的交往艺术,为什么要这样说,因为人们对礼仪,有不同的解释,比如有的朋友讲礼仪,是一种道德修养;有的朋友讲礼仪,是一种形式美;有人讲礼仪是一种风俗习惯;古人就讲了,礼出于俗,俗化为礼;但是商务交往,我们是要讲交往艺术的,用老百姓的话来讲,我们经商做生意,干活的,所以商务礼仪讲交往艺术,他的目的就是要强调操作性,他应该怎么做,不应该怎么做,他非常清楚;比如说举个座次的例子,刚才我们说了,来了客人肯定要让座,坐,请坐,请上座;一定之规,但是我说个不该说的话,有相当数量的朋友,知道来了客人要让座,要让到上座去,但是他不知道,哪个座位是上座,或者说,他认定的上座不标准;我本人就多次受过这种待遇,被人家好心好意的给让到下座去了;象一般情况倒无所谓,那无所谓,哪不能坐人呢?但是有的比较重要的活动,象外事活动,甚至是商务谈判,那我不能不说;很多部门,我做顾问,我说你们不能这么干,有的还不高兴,他告诉我,他说那是他个人的习惯,我说谁说是我个人习惯,国际惯例这个规矩是要讲的;没有规矩不成方圆,内行看门道,外行看热闹;我在这儿给你讲个笑话,前几天,我在南方一个地方,朋友请吃饭去了,私人朋友,关系都比较好,去了一家四星级酒店,去了以后,我朋友就问,喝不喝酒,熟人吗,熟人就喝吧,我说喝吧,他说你说喝什么吧,我那天是主宾,我说那就喝红酒,又时髦又健康,而且不容易醉,我说那就喝吧,这个红酒给了我,红酒给了我以后,每人斟了一杯,这个我懂行,说实话,我一看这个酒比较名贵,法国波尔多的,大概那瓶酒有千元左右,因为在四星级酒店喝酒,大概那主人也比较看得起我,说这瓶酒很贵,但是我这儿一块去喝酒的朋友,跟我有好几个朋友一块去,我的经验告诉我,有的人可能不知道,这个酒这么贵,但是我也不能跟人家说,你们知道吗,这个酒很贵;喝过没有,没见过吧?长学问吧,这不行,是吧?所以有经验的人,你比如你介绍业务,展业营销,你跟别人说话的是时候,千万不要用那种命令式的语气,知道吗你!?听说过吗你!?我告诉你!专业的说法是你一定知道,正如你所知道,跟你所知道的一样,他就很高兴,这是一种尊重,这是一种惯例,让人家听了舒服,是吧?我也担心主人花冤枉钱啊,所以我有我的办法,他给我斟好以后,我喝一口,喝了一口我自言自语,我说,哎呀,这个酒好喝是好喝啊,舍不得喝啊!这一杯二百多块钱啊,因为五个人一瓶正好,斟了五杯,一人一杯,两百多块钱,我这样一说,我看主人就很高兴,我等于替他说,这瓶酒花了多少钱,没花冤枉钱啊;但是我有个在场的朋友篇三:商务谈判演讲稿 商务谈判演讲稿 敬爱的评委以及在场的观众朋友们: 大家好!
