在师生双边关系问题上，我们曾经有过教师主宰一切的满堂灌的教学模式，曾经有过且现在正被提倡的以教师为主导、学生为主体的教学模式。但在信息技术突飞猛进、知识呈几何级递增、提倡终身学习的今天，这些模式日益显露其局限性。“弟-子不必不如师，师不必贤于弟-子”这一古训在今天显得尤为灵验。因此，在教学中探索以大纲为主导、以教材为主线，师生双方共同参与、共同提高的教学模式成了课堂三分钟演讲的指导思想之一。

(二)寓教于乐，创设最佳教学氛围

教和学，本来无所谓苦乐。只是现在教什么和怎样教，学什么和怎样学，不是自己的主观意志所能决定的，教者与学者长时间处在一种被动状态，不免身心疲惫，终致厌倦。其实，教和学完全可以变成一件快乐的事情。寓教于乐是千百年来教育界永恒的话题，在社会各界提出质疑、语文教学出现危机的今天，我们着实有必要在寓教于乐、创设最佳教学氛围方面探索一番。

(三)竞争中激发学生的求知欲、创造欲

心理学告诉我们，任何一个正常的人都有争强好胜的心理，都有求异求新的欲望，而年青人在这一方面表现得尤为突出。开展课前三分钟演讲及至把这一模式推及整个课堂教学，正是利用了高中生这一心理特点。

二、操作要点

(一)演讲顺序按学号进行，男女生轮流出场(每班学号均为女生在前男生在后)这样安排便于学生掌握自己的出场时间，同时避免了乏味单调。学号的排列是随机的，好中差也基本分散。即使偶有几个水平较差的学生连续演讲，用一位学生的话来说也算是一种调节，让同学们看到了不足，为下一轮精彩的演讲铺垫蓄势。(二)演讲内容不限，但要有感而发，不无病呻吟

演讲内容不限，能使学生自主性和创造力得到最大限度的发挥。当然，内容不限也并不排除根据班级和学生实际，偶尔来一次命题演讲或即兴演讲，这样可以调节气氛，使演讲更加丰富多彩，引人人胜。有人担心内容不限会不会导致观点偏颇甚至错误以至出现一些不健康的

内容。对于前一种情况，我认为这正是求之不得的教育机缘。通过师生间的评论总结，孰得孰非，一目了然。对于后一种情况，润物无声般的良好氛围，会保证演讲沿着健康的轨道前行。

(三)演讲要脱稿，讲评不可少

严格要求学生演讲时要脱稿，以求对所写内容的消化吸收。那种任由学生低头念稿、敷衍了事的做法，只能助长演讲走向形式主义。至于演讲的形式等，则不作过多限制，以留给学生充分发挥的空间。演讲后的评论是必不可少的，这样可以起到辨明事理、画龙点睛、给演讲者以鼓励等作用。

(四)灵活掌握时间

一般来说，演讲只需三到五分钟，用时过多则会影响正常的教学进度。但在一些具有重大价值的问题上，应让学生充分展开讨论，把问题弄懂弄透。演讲后的评论，甚至渐渐发展成的争论，则将演讲推向高-潮。语文教学不仅要立足于课内，更要延伸到课外，“学作文，先学做人”，这种对于社会上的一些热点问题的争论，不仅锻炼了学生的口才、逻辑思维能力，同时又使学生辨别是非的能力有了提高。

(五)讲评重在鼓励

高中生的年龄特点决定了他们自尊心强、渴望受到鼓励的心理特点，所以教师在讲评时一定要以鼓励为主。教师要善于发现学生演讲中的闪光点，如一个别致新疑的题目、一段引人人胜的开头、一段发人深思的结尾、一张从饭店借来的招贴画、一件自制的小道具、配乐演讲、双人合作，等等。这样既可以使演讲者受到鼓舞，又可以使听者深受启发，在以后的演讲中把这些闪光点发扬光大。

(六)创造宽松氛围，让学生各显其能

在演讲的内容、形式以及其后的评论方面，教师都要极力创造宽松的氛围，给学生充分展示才华的空间。允许出错，鼓励发表不同见解。老师以身作则，带头点评，然后请两位学生点评，使学生不再有拘束的感觉。

三、效果分析

经过两年探索，课前三分钟演讲取得了始料不及的效果。在调查问卷中，有98%的学生认为课前三分钟演讲有趣味，其中68%的学生认为很有收获。课前演讲能受到绝大多数学生的支持欢迎，是因为它不仅在形式上生动活泼，更重要的是在知识的丰富、能力的提高、完善人格的培养方面很有实效性。具体表现在以下几个方面：

(一)提高了搜集整理信息的能力

信息化社会要求当今的受教育者有很高的搜集信息、整理信息的能力。课前三分钟演讲有效地锻炼了学生这方面的能力。为了写一篇让人耳目一新的演讲稿，演讲者往往要查阅很多资

料，做一些卡片，有的还请教同学、老师、家长，甚至有关方面的专家。一个学生为了做关于中东问题的演讲，光摘抄的文字材料就有十几页，而这本身也是一个学习的过程。

(二)增强了竞争与合作意识

我们处在一个高速发展的社会，激烈的竞争是在所难免的，但竞争中的合作也是必不可少的。在演讲实践中，学生的竞争与合作的意识得到强化，能力不断提高。演讲前的相互切磋是合作，而演讲效果孰优孰劣则是竞争。双人相声式的演讲是合作，而演讲后的唇枪舌剑又是竞争。大家都仿佛在比赛，看谁新颖，看谁成功，都有“语不惊人誓不休”的韧劲儿。

(三)培养了创新能力

课前三分钟演讲，使学生的创造力得到了极大限度的发挥。从标题拟定、题材翻新、主题升华，到一段小魔术、一个精心缝制的小道具、一段音乐伴奏，不管是内容还是形式，学生们都表现出了非凡的创造力。体裁从议论文逐渐发展到相声、小说、科幻故事等。为了吸引听众注意，各种各样的小花招更是层出不穷，魔术、杂耍、“惊堂木”、配乐，等等，令人耳目一新。

(四)提高了评价、分析能力

科学地分析问题并做出准确判断、评价，是高中生必备的素质。但由于目前的高中生大都是独生子女，心高气傲，加上应试教育的影响，普遍存在知识面狭窄的问题，致使他们看问题常常偏激，每每以偏概全，顾此失彼。针对这一弱点，我在演讲活动中加强了分析、评价能力的训练。通过热烈的讨论，加上教师适时点拨，学生的思辨能力，分析、评价能力得以迅速提高，学生学会了通过一件很小的事去发掘一个很有用的道理，学会了辩证地去看待任何一个问题。同时也增强了学生作文审题的能力，作文切题率有较明显的提高。在高三作文提高班选拔考试中，一道材料作文题难倒了很多学生，命题立意完全切合要求的仅占20%左右，而我任教的两个班达35%以上。平均每班选拔3位学生，我任教的两个班被选中10位。(五)锻炼了发表个人见解的胆魄

居里夫人也有幻想并实现了，但是在这胜利的幻想后却又不为人知的心酸历程。居里夫人的人生很不幸。妈妈和大姐在她不满十岁时就相继病逝了。但是，童年的玛丽就会英勇面对挫折，他一边料理家事一边刻苦学习。

再熬过了十年后，最终能上高校的她却招来了第一个巨大阻碍，当时的波兰高校并不招收女性，他只好打工去法国就学，在法国读书期间，她发觉物理学家贝克勒尔发表了一篇工作报告，具体地介绍了他通过多次试验发觉的铀元素，铀及其化合物具有一种特别的本事，它能自动地、连续地放出一种人的肉眼看不见的射线，这种射线和一般光线不同，能透过黑纸使照相底片感光，它同伦琴发觉的伦琴射线也不同，在没有高真空气体放电和外加高电压的条件下，却能从铀和铀盐中自动发生。

铀及其化合物不断地放出射线，向外辐射能量。这使居里夫人发生了极大的爱好。这些能量来自于什么地方？这种与众不同的射线的性质又是什么？居里夫人决心揭开它的隐秘。怀抱着这个幻想，在居里夫人最终获得诺贝尔物理学奖。

幻想是是一只海燕。在心灵的海面上傲慢的飞翔，是一种美、一种乐观。

我曾观察过一篇外国公益广告：一群稚气未退的小孩子在一片草地上，一个小男孩问：“天的那一边有什么？”其他的小伴侣摇摇头，“那我的幻想就要飞到天的.那一边！”此时画面变为时钟，再次消失的是一个航天员在太空感闲逛，航天员说：“感谢幻想中天的那一边给我盼望！”这个广告告知我们幻想并不遥远，只要有了对生活的信任，就能享受幻想赐予的幸福与胜利。

人人都有幻想。莱特兄弟有成为大雁的幻想，周恩来有为中华之崛起而读书的幻想，林肯有为了让国家实现真正的自由的幻想。人人都有幻想为何不为自己定一个牢靠的幻想呢？幻想使莱特兄弟创造了飞机，幻想使中华在周恩来指导下解放，幻想使林肯领导了挽救联邦和结束奴隶制度的宏大斗争。他们靠着幻想闪光！

小的时候，我非常挑食，不爱吃蔬菜，不爱吃面，就是吃喜欢的大米时，也是好像嘴巴下面有个洞一样，边吃边撒到桌子上和地上。心想这样就可以少吃点饭了，总之每一顿饭连撒带剩都要倒掉半碗饭。妈妈总是头疼我挑食浪费粮食的坏毛病。在一次外出旅行时，我们路过一个灾区的`希望小学，看到了那里的留守儿童。一个小弟弟用黑乎乎的小手捧着馒头仔细地一口一口地吃着，生怕撒下一粒馒头渣，就着咸菜完成了一餐饭。看着看着我的眼睛不觉湿润了，每天我吃饭的时候浪费的粮食可以够一个年龄小的朋友吃一顿的了。我怎么可以这样呢？到这时我才意识到我的无知和可笑，以前的我天真地认为粮食是取之不尽的，而不知道粮食对我们来说如此珍贵！

我演讲的题目叫“责任”。“责任”是什么呢？这两个字是我们单位领导每次开会都要提起的。也是永远伴随着我们的。翻开词典，我得到了“责任”的准确描述。“责任”是分内应做的事情。也就是承担应当承担的任务，完成应当完成的使命，做好应当做好的工作。

责任感是每个人都必须具有的素质。每个人都必须拥有责任并履行责任，包括工作责任、自身责任、家庭责任还有社会责任。因为只有责任才能激发人的潜能，唤醒人的良知，不负责任的人，往往都是那些碌碌无为、鼠目寸光、不思进取的人。逃避责任，就会失去了生存与发展的机遇，最终被淘汰。当员工的，不能履行本职岗位的职责，那就不能为企业创造价值，也不能为人生实现更高的理想；当领导的，不能履行管理自己员工的责任，那你的员工就很难不断成长，出类拔萃。

I am grateful for the opportunity to deliver my speech here after 7-days’ preparation with my friend Jinly. Thanks to Jinly’s strong support in our work. I think it is my way of saying thank you to you that giving an excellent presentation to all my friends here.

The subject of our presentation is “YOUR DREAM & YOUR GOAL”. During the next 10 minutes, we’ll give you a brief explanation of these stuff at the best of our knowledge.

First of all, I’d like to spent 3 or 5 minutes on discussing about the dream. When we were 5, they asked us what we want to be when we grow up. We answered like superman, princess, or in my case, a sailor moon. When we were 10, again they asked and the answer was policemen, doctors and some other high-principled jobs. But unfortunately, we finally found our dreams unrealistic as we entered a not-so-good high school, did not-so-good school works and went to a not-so-good direction in our life. I guess, many of you have thought about changing your dreams, but finally felt at a loss again. Yep! We’re adults and they are waiting for a serious answer. Well, how about this? WHO THE HELL KNOWS! Dream is only a dream. It’s unnecessary for us to think over our dreams all day long. You know, dreams always change, and this is not the time to make difficult decisions. But what do dreams do? Why do we still have an urgent need of dreams?

Think about it: do you have had a time when you were full of happiness just because you have made an achievement that pushes you a bit to your dream? Do you have had a time when you insist on what you were doing even the tears keep falling from your eyes? That is the power from dreams! May I equate the faith and the dream here? As we all know, aims and dreams are far from each other to some extent but close to each other on the other hand. Just like the parabola and the number line in mathematics. But it is the dream that help us to map out our aim and work out plans one after another in our life. Just like what Howard Schultz, the founder of the Starbuck said, Dreams are like the stars----we never reach them, but like mariners, we chart our course by them. And I believe that if you have a dream and make efforts step by step, some of you may extremely finish the quantitative change on the way to success and reach the qualitative change!

I would like to finish my part by a tongue twister: Whether the weather be fine or whether the weather be not. Whether the weather be cold or whether the weather be hot. We'll weather the weather whether we like it or not. Whatever you dreams are and however difficult it is to realize them. so now i'd like to share with you what's in my suitcase today. guess what? books. i have a suitcase full of books. here's margaret atwood, “cat's eye.“ here's a novel by milan kundera. and here's “the guide for the perplexed“ by maimonides. but these are not exactly my books. i brought these books with me because they were written by my grandfather's favorite authors.

my grandfather was a rabbi and he was a widower who lived alone in a small apartment in brooklyn that was my favorite place in the world when i was growing up, partly because it was filled with his very gentle, very courtly presence and partly because it was filled with books. i mean literally every table, every chair in this apartment had yielded its original function to now serve as a surface for swaying stacks of books. just like the rest of my family, my grandfather's favorite thing to do in the whole world was to read.

but he also loved his congregation, and you could feel this love in the sermons that he gave every week for the 62 years that he was a rabbi. he would takes the fruits of each week's reading and he would weave these intricate tapestries of ancient and humanist thought. and people would come from all over to hear him speak.

but here's the thing about my grandfather. underneath this ceremonial role, he was really modest and really introverted -- so much so that when he delivered these sermons, he had trouble making eye contact with the very same congregation that he had been speaking to for 62 years. and even away from the podium, when you called him to say hello, he would often end the conversation prematurely for fear that he was taking up too much of your time. but when he died at the age of 94, the police had to close down the streets of his neighborhood to accommodate the crowd of people who came out to mourn him. and so these days i try to learn from my grandfather's example in my own way.
