一、英国留学贷款条件：
1.国内银行有明确规定：办理留学贷款，借款人必须要有完全民事行为能力，在贷款到期日时的年龄不得超过55岁。2.申请人还应持有拟留学人员的国外留学学校的入学通知或其他有效入学证明和已办妥拟留学人员留学学校所在国内入境签证的护照。3.应具有可控制区域内的常住户口或其他有效居住身份，有固定住所、稳定职业和收入来源。
4.申请人可以根据自身的需求，可以选择学生本人作为借款人，也可以选择父母或法定监护人作为借款人，如实际用款人未年满18周岁，应由其法定监护人作为借款人。借款人需要信用良好。
5.无不良信用和违法乱纪行为，身体健康，具备诚实守信的品德;6.如果是出国留学人员的直系亲属、法定监护人或配偶借款，须有固定的住所、正当的职业、稳定可靠的收入、信用良好，具备按期还贷款本息的能力。
二、英国留学贷款申请材料
1、借款人及配偶的身份证、结婚证、户口簿或有权机构出具的有效居留证件原件及复印件;
2、拟留学学校出具的入学通知书、接受证明信及其他有效入学证明资料及有关必需费用证明，同时提供本人学历证明资料;
3、包括已办妥拟留学学校所在国入境签证手续的中华人民共和国护照;
4、提供具有安全民事行为能力的中国公民作为借款人的国内代理人，并提供其国内代理人的身份证、有关居住证明及通讯地址;
5、以财产抵押或质押的，应提供抵押物权属证明或质押物正本、单据和有权处分人，必要时应提供有权部门出具的抵押物估价证明;
6、若担保人为法人，应出具保证人同意担保的书面文件、企业法人营业执照、经审计的上和近期财产报表及有关资信证明材料;
7、如担保人为自然人，应提供保证人的身份证、户口簿、收入或财产证明等。
三、英国留学贷款的额度和年限
留学贷款的额度不超过国外留学学校录取通知书或其它有效入学证明上载明的报名费、一年内学费、生活费及其它必需费用的等值人民币总和，最高不超过50万人民币，期限一般为1～6年，最长期限不超过6年。英国留学贷款方式
房产抵押：贷款最高额不超过经贷款人认可的抵押物价值的60%;质押：贷款最高额不超过质押物价值的80%;信用担保：以第三方提供连带责任保证的，若保证人为银行认可的法人，可全额发放;若是银行认可的自然人，贷款最高额不超过20万元人民币。
四、英国留学贷款注意事项
大家需要知道，英国留学贷款与获得签证时没有关系的。贷款本身不会影响签证结果，因为能够贷款就已证明申请人拥有一定资产，具备一定的出国条件，签证官重点考核的是担保人的还款能力。所以真实性、合理性、可行性强的还款能力和计划证明材料是决定贷款申请、签证成败的关键。
五、贷款银行有哪些
目前国内还只有中国银行和浦东发展银行有留学贷款。留学外汇贷款目前还只有中国银行一家，对借款人有较高的要求，必须是到国外去攻读硕士或博士学位的研究生。
六、留学贷款利息计算
留学贷款的利率按照中国人民银行规定的同期贷款利率执行。贷款期限在一年以内的，实行合同利率;贷款期限在一年以上的，遇法定利率调整，于次年的3月15日起，按相应的利率档次执行新的利率，实行分段计息。
贷款期限在一年以内的，应一次性还清贷款本息，实行利随本清;贷款期限在一年以上的，以每半年为一期，按期等额偿还贷款本息。
