申请个人陈述

本人于2012年8月考入内蒙古大学生命科学学院生物技术基地班，经过将近三年的努力学习发现我对生物方面具有浓厚的兴趣。通过本科期间对生物方面的实验研究，越来越对生物感兴趣。

我在2013年9月份加入了本学院王迎春教授的实验室，本实验室研究方向为植物逆境分子研究，在实验室师兄师姐的帮助下，同其他四名成员申请了校级大学生创新训练，研究课题为：长叶红砂Na+/H+逆向转运蛋白RtSOS1和RtNHX1的功能分析。在此期间我学习到了很多知识，比如通过PCR实现基因的体外克隆的原理，对目的基因连接到不同载体上进行转化，构建重组质粒载体，并通过浸花序法对模式植物拟南芥进行转染，筛选等。这一系列的实验都锻炼了我的动手能力，现在本实验进行的非常顺利，中期考核也顺利通过，预计于2015年8月完成，并撰写结题报告。并以第二作者身份在华北农学报投稿《长叶红砂黄烷酮-3-羟基转移酶3（RtF3H3）基因的克隆、表达分析及酵母表达载体的构建》2015年6月3日录用，以第三作者的身份在西北农业学报投稿《长叶红砂咖啡酸-O-甲基转移酶（RtCOMT）基因的克隆及蛋白纯化》2015年8月30日录用

为了更好的适应研究生的生活,提前对研究生期间进行规划很有必要。我对自己在未来三年内的规划大致如下:

一、研一阶段:

1、牢固专业基础知识,提升专业素养。通过广泛阅读专业文章和科学文献，了解他人的实验方法和思路，为自己的实验做准备。

2、学习理论知识的同时注重结合实际。可以尝试对相关专业问题做专题研究，并在导师的指导下对问题进行解决。

二、研二阶段:

1、跟随导师，确定实验方向。跟随导师进行科学研究是十分关键的，从最基本的收集资料到相关问题的独立构思，都需要在导师的指导下进行学习的积累。

2、培养创新思维，并进行学术论文撰写。创新主要来源于学习过程中不同实验者对一些问题的不同观点和所采用的不同试验方法。同时希望有机会可以直博，对本专业进行深入研究。

三、研三阶段:

1、完成硕士生毕业论文。把毕业论文当作研究生三年学习的结晶，把自己的所学所思运用在论文创作中。

thinking;I could solve the problem of difficulties in managing the patch files by putting the client patch files on the server for Auto update, improving the clients’ satisfaction greatly.What’s more, I am very strict with myself and always keep a heart for excellence.I successfully became a formal employee in advance during the probation period.And I gained the Intermediate Engineer position in only one year which normally took three years by others.At the same time, my strong sense of responsibility helped me never disappoint my supervisors and colleagues even when it was necessary to work overtime continuously or all night.Besides, I can even get enlightened when facing failures.My experience in taking charge of the GCM—Grandsoft Cost Management project can be cited here as an example.In this project, we adopted C/S structure using COM+/Web Service as the communication method, and SQL Server 2000 as the database.Although the SQL was optimized and different DB engines and components were tried, the querying efficiency was not improved obviously when dealing with mass data and complex business logics.However, I learned in the course how to improve the efficiency of database query for huge amount of data, how to conduct efficiency test and experiment and how to use the simplest query to realize the huge business logics.In trial use of the Qlikview software of a professional data query company, although I was not able to solve the problem, I learned the BI thoughts to cache data into the memory to improve the application efficiency.However, though I have laid a solid foundation in my years of studies in Tsinghua University and my self-studies during the work, though I have improved my ability in practice and problem-solving, I still lack in theories which can be seen from the above examples.Only practice is not enough to solve problems completely.The importance of theories can be also seen in my adjusting the tree traversing algorithm.I improved the GCM product’s tree building efficiency by dozens of times after I analyzed the general law of data distribution.Therefore, I am more determined to continue my further education abroad.Having gone through the thinking during the learning-working-learning process, I believe that I’ve already found what I need.The xxx program will be the most meaningful place for me in my life.The next ten years of concentrative research coupled with my determination to accept new challenges will enable me to become a paving stone on the road of CS development.以上内容由华恒海淀精品留学部提供

In 2009, when everyone in China was saving money for real estate investments, I was putting money away so that I could come to the United States and study.This was not a popular decision among my family and friends.Why would I give up a great job and life to travel half way across the earth and become a poor college student again? 逝者如斯，转眼间硕士研究生的生活已接近尾声，回顾自己两年多的工作和学习，有遗憾，也有欣喜，有不足，也有进步。总体来说，我实实在在的付出了，全力以赴地追逐了。于是，我在此郑重地向领导申请同济大学优秀学生称号，在这里，我将自己各方面的表现总结如下：

学习方面：一丝不苟、积极进取。

从研一入学开始，我就开始以严谨认真的态度对待新的课程学习，对待研究工作。上课时，我以饱满的精神状态认真听讲；课下，我总是及早开始着手课外作业。在同学眼中，我是勤奋而努力的。我清楚地知道，自己不是天才，所以要笨鸟先飞。

研一下学期，我就邀请同学积极参与“挑战杯”大赛，在经验不是很足的情况下，我和队友克服种种困难完成了比赛流程，提交了不够完美的报告。虽然只获得了成功参赛奖，但对我们来说更重要的是，我们有了主动挑战的勇气，有了奋勇向前的决心。收获了这些，我们熬过的诸多夜晚便具有深刻的价值。

2010年9月火热的军训拉开了我大学生活的帷幕。虽然是第一次远离故乡，远离父母，但是军训团里的生活让我在一开始就感受到了大学与高中的不同。同学们训练，休息都在一起。大家互相帮助，共同进步，为集体争得荣誉。在这里我们有过欢笑，有过泪水，喜怒哀乐都因为有别人的参与而变得特别，成为我珍贵的记忆。也就是在这里，我抓住了每一次锻炼自己的机会，训练时认真听教官指导，从不叫苦叫累；认真听学校组织的讲座，这让我对大学生活有了初步的了解；与别人友好相处，认识了许多同学，后来我们成为很要好的朋友；我还积极参加了各种活动：红歌比赛，定向越野，板报设计……都留下了我的身影。最后顺利完成了军训任务，而且在身体素质，思想学习方面都有了很大提高。

有了军训时打下的良好基础，适应大学生活对于我来说就显得较为轻松了。经过一个星期的学习，我就把握住了规律做出了合理的计划，生活过的非常充实。在学习、生活、实践活动、社

会交往等各个方面，都有很多收获。

学习方面：刚到学校，在新生见面会上，院系领导就提醒我们“大一是打基础的时候，一定要以学习为重。”这句话我一直记在心里。从上课第一天起我就对自己每天的生活做好了周密的计划，什么时候做什么事我都安排地井井有条。我不是一个天生聪颖的人，但是我一直坚信勤能补拙，因此我一有时间就到自习室，图书馆，充分利用学校提供的学习资源，在知识的海洋里遨游并从中得到满足感。我把专业课程放在最重要的位置，课前预习时，我都是先将课本一字不落地看一遍，提出问题，并做好预习笔记；课堂上我总是最早到达教室，坐在前排位置，认真听讲，记下重点；课下我一直坚持独立完成作业，及时复习当天所学，用心思考，注重知识的融会贯通，然后将总结记下来。遇到不懂的问题，我及时与任课老师沟通，在第一时间解决问题……

当然除此之外我也会努力拓宽自己的视野，学习多方面的知识。比尔盖茨曾经说过：“在大学期间，与学习的深度相比，我觉得知识的广度更为重要。”所以，在完成课业任务的基础上，我还选修了一些其他专业的课程。对于我来说，它们不仅点缀了我的学习生活，而且让我感受到了世界的多彩。

社会活动方面：有人曾说：“战术上的过于勤奋，就是战略上的懒惰。”虽然我花了很多时间在书本知识上，但我也积极参与很多课外活动将闲暇时间填充地多姿多彩。大一上学期，运动会上有我努力向前的身影，定向越野比赛中，我争分夺秒地找寻

地图上的各个点，虽然最后没有得到优胜奖，但是我熟悉了学校的环境，倒也其乐无穷。我还加入了院青协，到圆明园为游人义务讲解，这些经历还让我学到了很多课外知识，了解了我们的历史。到了下学期，又有了更多的活动。我们与心协的学长，学姐交流，参加心理老师组织的互动项目。大家共同努力发现内心的阳光美好。我还喜欢听音乐，当然歌咏比赛少不了我的参与，不论是以班级为单位的红歌比赛，还是学校组织的大型唱歌比赛，我都去展示了一下自己的歌喉。除此之外还有辩论会、各种板报的设计，班徽制作，我都有参与。我还听了一些讲座，让我在思想上有了提高。

当我得知学校的机器人团队非常优秀，我们的智能车多次在比赛中获奖时，马上加入了索奥社团，还积极参与了关于AVR单片机的培训。虽然这些占据了我很多课外时间，它教了我很多知识，我觉得这一切都非常值得。

大学一年，我没有呆在宿舍里睡懒觉，或是整天对着电脑做个地地道道的宅女。也不想花前月下，卿卿我我。我选择的生活充实而有趣，让我受益匪浅。我很庆幸能以这样的方式填充青春。

在思想方面：我一直积极乐观地对待生活，尊敬师长，热情帮助同学。课余时间我还经常到图书馆阅读时事报刊，了解国家大事。我积极向党组织靠拢，并在第一时间递交了入党申请书，经过各位老师与全班同学的投票，我很荣幸地获得了推优入党资格，现等待审批。

生活方面：我养成了良好的作息习惯。把自己的生活安排地有条不紊。从来不让父母担心。除此之外，我还经常维护宿舍公共卫生。在我的带动下，舍友们也养成了良好的生活习惯，大家相处很好，其乐融融……

我很庆幸自己没有成为一个象牙塔里的书呆子，只知道啃厚厚的书本，没有效率，也失去了很多锻炼自己，掌握实践能力的机会；我也庆幸自己在大学的起步阶段就有院校领导，各位老师的谆谆教导，让我在一开始就认清了方向，养成了良好的习惯，没有在学习上落后；同时我也感谢北科大为我提供了这么一个开放，广阔的平台，让我在学习之余感受到大学生活的多姿多彩。积累了一些社会经验，为以后的工作、学习打下了良好的基础。对这一年里各个方面的总结，我看到了自己的收获，这给了我继续努力的信心，面对困难的勇气，当然我也发现了自己不足的地方，我会在新学期努力改进，完善自己。

最后，非常感谢学院的奖励。这是对我所付出努力最大的肯定，让我在前进的过程中感受到背后有一双眼睛在温暖地注视着我，关心这我的成长，记录着我点点滴滴的进步。我一定会继续努力，交出令学校满意的答卷！
