To keep health is very important.How to keep health is a attention problem at present.People always gets ill by mouth,so i think to keep a health diet is the first important thing.If you want to have a good health body you need to eat more vegetables,fruit,bean and some other green food.If you have a good health body,you won't easy catch a cold or other illness.So to do more exercise is good for health.You can do some morning exercise,play table tennis,play basketball and so on.To sleep well and have a good mood are very necessary.You'll need to persevere if you want to have a healthy body.给别人留下好印象

Nowadays, there is often a lack of understanding between parents and children.Children always complain that their parents are out of date, while parents can’t approve of what their children say and do.Thus, a big generation gap is formed.Consequently, the household phrases spreading.It is the “Generation Gap”.By using this phrase, both the young and the old have found a good explanation for their misunderstanding of each other, yet they don't bother to take any measures to cover the distance between them.In my opinion, most problems between parents and children could be solved by joint efforts of both sides to enhance mutual understanding.
