大一很快过去了。在下半学期的的学习生活中,我有很多收获。

这学期开设的课程多了,因此学到的知识就多了。开设的C语言,大学物理,电路等课程,让我的知识范围有扩大的很多。我们知道知识就是财富,知识越丰富就能拥有更大的创造潜能。在这里积累的知识越多就越能促进日后的发展。这学期我在长大,懂得了认真和责任。大学是促进自身发展的重要阶段,培养和塑造自我的重要阶段,利用好学校提供的各种资源促进自身的发展。

大一的生活是充实的,每天在紧张忙碌中度过。从每天的早操到晚自习,还有每天的工作,说实话很是累。但从忙碌的生活中收到的是充实,确实学到了很多知识。在紧张的学习中,有运动会,篮球赛,在活动中充分展现了大学生的青春和活力,同时也加强了班级的凝聚力,使我们的班集体更加的团结。在这一学期中也感谢老师和同学对我的信任,在这里我懂得了责任和认真,下学期我会更加的认真负责,努力前进!大一就这样过去了我们在前进。当然每个人都有不同的理想,但我们都向往美好的未来,都有着对美好生活的追求,在我们的奋斗中的展现最美的,那是激情和青春。

大一下学期期末总结

转眼大一一年即将过去了,担任了一年的宣传委员,我对自己的本职工作有了进一步的了解。能够及时的配合区队长、团支书指派的任务,对区队里的写实工作做了完整的总结。我认为,宣传委员不仅是配合老师做好班级的工作,还是调节班级气氛,沟通同学之间感情的桥梁。在必要的时候做好宣传,使同学们在班会上积极地发表自己的看法和意见,及时的了解同学们的意见,适时地解决他们所提的问题。

在这一学期的学习生活中,学院及班里组织了许多活动,促进了同学们之间的感情,首先是三月份的学习雷锋精神活动,同学们都积极参加,不仅学习其精神所在,还能够应用于实践,做好事为贫困山区的孩子捐物资,捐献学习用品,还有的同学在学院里免费提供理发服务,充分体现了大学生的人文素质。随后就是四月份的一系列护肝活动,同学们都全力配合,学习有关知识和参与相应的活动,使我们的宣传活动能够顺利进行。再次就是心理健康宣传周,通过活动我们都更加注意同学们的心理问题,并能够及时解决,使同学们能够安心快乐的在学院学习、生活。最后就是纪念建团九十周年的活动,了解了有关我们团的一些知识,很有启发。另外我们平时也都进行了一些娱乐类的活动,增进了同学们之间的感情,增加了班集体之间的凝聚力,获得了圆满的成功。班里还成功的组织了几次以学习,团结等为主题的班会,让同学们指出班委存在的问题,也指出了区队所面临的问题,最后又给这些问题提出了中恳的解决方法,从而使我们整个集体向正确的方向发展,这些班会也使同学们的学习积极性,区队集体观增强。

在这学期的活动中,不论是号召宣传还是参与其中,我都享受到了无穷的乐趣,也放松了心情。同时我知道了如何更好地做好工作,如何和区队委、团委有效地分工合作,如何和同学们沟通交流并且做好他们的思想工作。虽然整体上还行,但我的工作也同样存在不足之处,有时候大家不主动支持配合我的工作,让我知道了自己宣传能力方面不行,同时在沟通与交流方面还存在不足,我会在以后的工作中积极改进,力争把不足之处改进。与此同时,我也会将区队中存在的不足给同学们指出并一同改进。这个学期快结束了,在下一学期里,我希望我们区队能够继续保持良好的风气,使之能体现我们区队的良好风貌。每个人都有自己的优缺点,我们应该互相取长补短。既然担任了宣传委员,就应该尽心尽责地去做,相信我会做得更好!

大一下学期期末总结

——新的认识,新的开始 随着又一次高考的结束,我在青岛大学旅游学院三班的工作也即将告一段落。在这个特别的时期,想总结一下我长久以来的工作,以及自身的不足,帮助自己更快提高。

大一即将结束,大二即将到来;即将告别东校区的我们,也将在中心再聚。作为2010级旅游学院三班的一名文体委员,也将在大二进行新的选举。

大一,给我的印象太深刻了,从大一上学期的军训、班委选举、十七五团会,到这个学期的宿舍文化节、春季运动会、导游之星,各种大小活动,同学们都从中获得了不同感受,而我,也在成长,在不同的言论下成长,在各种活动中成长。其实,要组织一个活动真的很不容易,而要让每个人都真心自愿的参加活动更是难上加难,毕竟不能做到满足每个人的要求,而有些同学的逆反情绪更是具有巨大的影响力,安抚情绪也是我必须完成的任务。一方面,配合学院活动,组织同学参与活动是我的本职;另一方面,安抚同学们的不满情绪也是我的责任。为人处世真的是很不容易,有很多要忍,有很多要做,有很多要学,也有很多路要走!我,正在努力!

同上个学期大同小异,在担任这个学期的文体委员中,我做的最多的事仍然是组织同学们参加活动,但感受到了同学们的情绪与上个学期有很大差异。在很多活动中,同学们的逆反情绪越来越严重,而我也要忍的也越来越多。不可否认,同学们已经厌倦了那些流于形式的活动,但我只想说,我也很为难,只期望你们配合!也许,在这些方面我做的还不够好,但也只能请你们多多包涵。未来,就算我不担任班委了,我也是无怨无悔的,因为,我努力了。

从这个学期来看,虽然同学们的积极性有所下降,但总的来说,三班依然积极,依然是最棒的。在这样的班级中担当文体委员,我感到的是自豪与骄傲,当然,压力也是巨大的,三班的每个同学都是那么的优秀,谁都可以担任文体委员,而我,又有很多不足的地方需要改进,所以我还在不停的学习总结中。同样的,这个学期我仍然感到合作的力量是巨大的。没有同学们的配合,没有班委之间的合作,任何工作都无法开展,而要学会利用这种合作带来的力量是困难的,我至今都未学会如何利用这种合作的力量。

我曾经就说过,我是个追求完美的人,从某种程度上说,我绝对称得上是一个完美主义者,绝不打无准备之仗,要做就做到最好,要不就不做,这就是我一直都很执着的原因,这也是我的性格特点吧!

在这个学期的工作中,我仍然做着我最本职的工作——为同学们服务!组织同学们参加春季运动会,为文明班级比赛组织同学们排练及其编排工作,充分了解同学们在学习高数上的困难之处,然后及时向数学老师反映,帮助同学们学习,提高成绩。但不足的是,由于这个学期学校活动较多,考虑到同学们的情绪,并想让同学们能有时间休息,所以上个学期计划的班级活动未能实现,这是我最大的遗憾,只希望能在大二实现,我一定会策划一个有意义的活动!通过这个学期对班委更深层次的认识,我有了一些新的认识。我不在要求自己一味忍让,作为一个班委,除了要考虑同学们的感受,也要让同学们了解自己的想法,这样同学们才能更团结,一个班才能有更强的凝聚力。这就是我对大学的新认识!在做好自己的同时,也就什么都做好了!

当一个人有了新的认识的时候,就意味着一个新的开始。而我新的开始即将在大二来临时也随即而来,在以后的生活中,我会瞄准目标,坚定前进的脚步,决不后退!

亚男学姐曾说,“雪滢一看就是一个坚强的人”,这句话我一直记在心里,也一直这么做着。没错,我就是一个坚强的人,一个不服输,自有想法的人。当然我也永远记得爸爸对我说过的话,“多做事,少说话”,话多,也算是我的一个缺点,因为说多错多,不经意间,我也就得罪了一些人,这是我需要改进的地方。我清醒的认识到!

新的认识,新的开始,一切都是那么的新,我的新生活也即将到来,为了新的生活,努力吧!张雪滢!

大一下学期期末工作总结

再不知不觉中,我们就这样走过了大一。下一学年,将是我们在学校里的最后一年。自从担任我们班的心理委员以来,我一直按照学校和学院的有关规定来要求自己,热心的服务同学,敏锐观察并及时记录本班学生的心理变化动态,对于有心理问题的同学要及时上报给学院的负责心理健康教育工作的老师,并根据程度,进行一些必要的干预,从而帮助这些同学解决心理上的问题。为了做好心理联络员,我也做了些努力:通过阅读书籍以及参加学校组织的培训提高自己的心理素养;搞好和同学之间的关系,成为他们知心信任的朋友;比较密切地和有选择性地予办理一些同学进行沟通,及时地了解到班里一些同学的心理状况,并取得良好的效果;及时了解一些心理方面的知识,以及学校在这些方面的一些措施和政策,并且还与其它班的心理联络员进行相互交流和学习。

在这一年中,我发现同学们在适应大学生活中主要有以下几个方面的困难:一是刚进入大学时对周围环境和老师的教学方式的不适应而陷入心理困境(最主要的);二是因日常小事和与同学的人际交往不顺利而产生一时的心理不适;三是因男女交往障碍或恋爱受挫而产生心理矛盾;四是对自我成长的关注和对未来的道路的不确定性而产生的心理困惑。针对这些问题,我想了一些办法。就第一个问题:我找了一些有关这方面的资料给大家看;就第二个问题:我和这些同学谈过,从而帮助他们融入我们班这个集体;就第三个问题:我也是采取心理交流的方式,让他们更好的领会爱情的真谛,从而能更好的去面对;就第四个问题:我从网上,学长们等一些地方了解了相关的信息,帮助大家理解和认识未来。

总体来说,上一学年的工作比较顺利地完成了,我从中获得了很大的收获,同时我也非常乐意去帮助大家,希望在今后的工作中,我能保持着应有的热情去服务同学,使每一个同学都能保持良好的心理状态去过好自己的大学生活。
