工作计划
2018年已悄然来临，新的一年是挑战与机遇并存的一年，更是自我成长非常重要的一年。为了使工作和学习能更高效更循序的开展，在此，我特将本的工作做一下计划，以便自己在新的一年里能获得更大的进步、取得更大的成绩。
一、深入了解熟悉公司的规章制度和业务开展工作。公司在不断成长，规章制度也在顺应公司的发展而更新，作为一名设计人员，必须以身作则，在遵守公司的公章制度的同时全力开展设计工作。
二、高效完成工作。2018年是公司发展的关键时期，作为公司的一名设计人员，同其他同事一样，我将努力学习掌握本公司的设计规范，努力提高自己的业务能力，合理安排工作，按时保质保量的完成各项任务，为公司的良好发展做出自己的贡献。
三、加强自身学习，提高专业知识水平。学习，对于设计人员来说至关重要，以为它关系到一个设计人员与时俱进的步伐和业务方面的生命力。平时工作效率提不上来，主要原因还是基础技术知识不够扎实，加强知识积累是硬道理。我会适时的根据需要调整自己的学习方向内容，来补充新的能量，机械设计、机加工、热处理、液压等专业知识，综合能力，都是我要掌握的内容，同时加强对本公司产品设计的发展脉络、走向了解，加强周围环境、同行业发展的了解、学习，对自己的优缺点做到心中有数。
四、增强责任感、增强服务意识、增强团队意识。积极主动的把工作做到点上、落到实处。尽自己最大的能力做好每一个项目工作。
五、规范工作内容。记录自己以及同事方案设计中应该注意的已经犯过错误的细节，以此来警示自己在将来的工作中加以注意；自我制定一个检查图纸的流程，每绘制、审核一份图纸都按照此流程去检查每一项，以此达到图纸的规范化；多了解机加工工艺，记录好每一个加工工艺的特殊要求，来要求自己在方案设计时按照此特殊要求来设计。
六、全面了解加工设备。只有了解了设备功能和性能，才能更加深入的了解加工工艺，才能找到并制定出更合理更短的工艺路线，这样才能更好的控制成本，这就需要多去车间了解学习。了解学习不能只停留在设想阶段，要付诸行动，这就需要制定一个表格，量化、指标化设定的目标，规划好去车间的时间、次数和要了解学些的内容。
七、加强自我约束，改正不足之处。有时候对待工作不够主动、积极，只满足于完成领导交给的任务，在工作中遇到难题，不善于思考，动脑筋，常常等待领导的指示，说一步走一步；工作上满足于正常化，缺乏开拓和主动精神，有时心浮气躁，急于求成平稳有余，创新不足，处理问题有时考虑得还不够周到，心中想得多，行动中实践得少。今后要加强自我约束，摒弃自己的坏习惯，加强责任心，为公司快速发展，贡献自己最大的力量。以上，是我对2018年的个人工作计划，可能还很不成熟，希望领导与同事指正，展望2018，我会更加努力、认真负责的去对待每一个项目，也力争自己的业务素质和设计水平更上一层楼。
