注意事项：
1、对于写作内容，无题目或以书信体写作的不扣分。对于引言（李华在学校举行的英语比赛中获得一等奖）的描述与否，不宜作扣分处理。
2、评分时，先根据要点的覆盖面和语言表达的流畅性初步确定是否到及格线（即15分），划定其所属档次后，以该档次的要求来衡量，调整上下分值，最后确定分数。
3、词数少于120，应从得分中减去2分。
4、大小错误的界定：
小错：单词拼写，冠词，大小写、标点符号错误。
大错：搭配错误、用词用错（介词、名词、动词、形容词、副词）、时态、语态、主谓一致、非谓语动词、句式等错误。
5、往年对写作评分时要求关注的主要内容为：内容要点要全面、应用词汇要高级、语法结构要多样、复杂句式要准确、上下文连接要流畅、书写饱满清晰要规范。而除了在极优档内，今年对于书写规范没有明确提出要求，但是阅卷老师普遍感觉，如果书写过于凌乱或者影响到评卷老师的观感，则文章的得分肯定会受到很大的影响，应该会在1—5分之间，对个别同学的影响可能会更大。
高考英语阅卷标准与评分细则
一、阅卷细节与应对策略：
1、阅卷速度以秒计，答题还需有技巧
高考阅卷时间紧，任务重，阅卷进度要求非常快，每人一小时至少评阅100份，每人每天平均阅卷量为670份。很多研究生评阅的很快，有的研究生一天能评阅1200份甚至更多。
应对策略：
面对如此阅卷速度，考生在写作时就要有技巧，尽可能博得评卷老师的好感。卷面要整洁，字迹要工整，段落要清楚。如果书写模糊，涂改很多，会造成难以辨认，得到比较低的分值。
2、阅卷老师抓要点成阅卷关键
写作部分对语言内容的描述全面与否要求比较严格，即要点一定要全。高考卷，只有按参考答案的要点答题才给分，因此，阅卷过程中，许多老师把重点放在对要点的寻找上，实际上就是对某几个关键词进行扫描，从而在部分程度上忽略了对句子的质量的要求。
应对策略：
答题时，不论写长写短，首先要找准要点，把作文的关键段落、关键词写出来，第二步才考虑句子的质量，尽可能表述清晰。这样，不论你怎么答题都不用担心失分过多。
3、阅卷老师往往只盯住考生错误的数量
除了要点之外，评卷者还要看看答题的基本结构是否正确，句子表达是否准确，尤其是在浏览过程中所遇到的阅读障碍，也就是说语言表达错误，如词汇错误、语法错误等等。根据考生出错的数量结合要点表述确定其所属档次。
虽然有些错误被界定为小错误，却能影响得分档次。如：有的考生在作文中相同的单词拼写错误有多处，有的甚至达到十几处，虽然高考评分细则规定：相同的单词拼写错误不累计扣分，但是多次的拼写错误导致文章给人的的整体印象不好，因而文章的得分肯定会受影响。
应对策略：
答题纸的书写一定要求规范、认真，特别是字体大小、行间距的设计要求合理。字体、行间距太小，试卷扫描出来以后基本看不清楚（需要评分者进行放大才能看清，但是太麻烦，一般不会去这样做的），很容易造成失分。
4、评卷老师喜欢条理分明的卷子
评卷老师每天的工作量非常巨大，几秒钟就能翻阅一份卷子，每份卷子光点鼠标就需要四五下，十分辛苦，一天下来手指发麻、眼睛发涩、头昏脑胀，如果遇到的是字迹清晰、思路条理的卷子，无疑会给评卷老师一份好感，即使有问题也都尽量少扣分。如果遇到的是字迹潦草模糊、思路不清晰的卷子，无疑会给让评卷老师失去耐心，狠狠扣分。
应对策略：
答卷时一定要注意条理分明，字迹清晰，让人一目了然。有些考生害怕答题不能抓住采分点，不分重点啰嗦一大堆，这种做法反而会影响阅卷人员的阅题速度，给寻找关键词带来 困难，极易引起失分。

5、优秀卷的特点
书写规范；覆盖所有要点，内容充实；词汇丰富，文笔流畅，有修辞意识。应对策略：
书写清晰认真，写作过程中有明确的要点意识，平日对词汇、语法和句型的掌握准确到位，能够对写作中所运用的知识信手拈来。

二、考生在书面表达中暴露的主要问题：
1、审题失误：
作文要求中陈述“校报请你写一篇稿件刊登在英文版面上，介绍你课外学习英语的经验。”但是许多考生在写作中却用大量的篇幅介绍学习英语的重要性，只是在写作的最后简单介绍了一下三个要点，这与学习经验介绍有较大的差距。比如说文章最后只有这样简单的表达：If we want to learn English well, we can do it in three ways: Joinin English corner;Write English diaries;Log on EnjoyReading.2、语言基础知识不扎实:
从卷面上看，相当一部分考生语言表达能力低，功底差。（1）单词拼写错误太多
总共要求写120词左右，有的考生单词拼写错误就有十几处、二十几处，甚至有的考生以汉语拼音来滥竽充数。出现这类情况，该考生的文章档次最多只能被确定为及格档以下。如文中几个关键词的表达：英语角English corner表达成“English club/part/angle”、甚至写出“English wall/side/role/jiao/jue”等让人啼笑皆非的表达；日记diary/journal写成“day note/write/record或daily note”，甚至写成“dirty/ordinary/journey等”不知所云的表达。（2）动词用法错误多，时态、语态用法混乱，主谓不一致

写作特别强调行文的连贯性，句与句之间的连接，连接词使文章过度自然，能给文章增色。而能正确运用这些连接词，则是关键。很多考生的作文，句与句之间缺少必要的过渡词语。巧用连接词与过渡语可使句子简洁、明了，句子间的逻辑关系更加密切。所以要加强这方面的训练，以提高作文的档次：On the one hand,…;on the other hand, …./tobegin with/what’s more/furthermore/additionally/to sum up/all in all/inaddition/apart from/last but not least/in a nutshell
5、缺少高级句式，作文缺乏亮点：
书面表达在评阅时遵循语言第一位（语言高级），内容第二位（要点齐全），结构第三位（文章分段）的原则，也就是说阅卷时最注重的是语言，也就是文章的第一印象。换句话说是亮点，根据语言使用情况，即亮点的多少而定出档次，所以考生在书面表达中语言上的亮点是得高分的关键。如：高级词汇和语法结构，有修辞手法，有效的连词，名人名言或谚语。
在高考阅卷中，阅卷老师喜爱的高级句型如定语从句、状语从句、非谓语动词、被动语态、插入语等。写作也特别强调所用句型的变化，长短句结合，表达的丰富性。有的考生的卷面很整洁，字体很美观，也没有多少语法错误，但是结果得分却只是及格多一点点。为什么呢？因为这些考生用的全部都是小学生英语式的低级英语。通篇用简单句、陈述句、小短句，不会使用较复杂的句子，如强调句、倒装句、主从复合句和固定句型，因而文章显得单调乏味，档次不高。高分段的文章要有出彩点。文章至少要有一两处写的精彩。今年试评时，一篇文章中用了一个additionally, 专家就认为是精彩点。但是，不要过度追求高级词汇和复杂句式。如果能驾驭得了，当然无可厚非，如果驾驭不了，则一定不要冒险，怎么安全怎么写，能写明白即可，尽量少出错是关键。
6、写潦草，有涂改、增补现象，书写不规范：
我们强调学生高质量作文的同时，也非常注重学生的书写，因为书写就是一个门面。按照评分要求：如考生字迹模糊，难以辨认，以至影响交际，则在总分的基础上减2分。这就最终影响考生的总体成绩。很多考生的功底不错，作文内容也可以，但是就因为差而被扣分。相反，有的考生字迹工整清楚，给人赏心悦目的感觉，那么无形之中他们的分数也就相对高些。因此考生书写要规范，认真，字迹清晰，字体要稍大些，卷面要整洁，字里行间要分清，5 看上去要一目了然，只有这样才能使你的书面表达锦上添花。
7、空白卷和抄袭现象：
学生在答主观题时尽量不要出现空白卷或抄袭现象，他们因为不会写，就抄完形填空和阅读理解中的段落和相关的句子。而且有的人是智能抄袭：有的是写一句抄一句，汉堡式的抄袭；有的是全部糅杂在一起，色拉式的抄袭。这类作文最后的评判全部为0分。其实，只要考生不抄袭，运用自己的语言老老实实地翻译出几句有效信息，就不难得到5-10分。另外，实在真的不会写，老师可教一些基本的得分方法或技巧给学生，比如第一段的概括怎么写或怎样抄写可得分，第二部分的正文一定要动手自己写内容，只要是自己的语言，符合一些题意就会有分，这样差生能得5到10分。
四、高考阅卷对英语日常教学的启示
（一）感悟高考写作题目
听说读写是英语教学的重要任务，同时也是素质教育在英语教学方面的具体体现。我们可以从今年的高考写作题目中了解到一些行之有效的英语学习的具体方法。
1、通过参加英语角等英语活动，来训练英语听（Listening）和说(Speaking)能力。Practice makes perfect(熟能生巧)。多听、勤练、广泛实践、增强语感，听力和口语考试中一定能取得好成绩。
2、通过写日记等方式来提高考生的写作（Writing）能力。事实上写日记是培养用英语直接思维的习惯的有效途径，英语思维的培养要贯穿于英语学习全过程，一方面靠大量的信息输入，另一方面要通过大量练习。
3、通过浏览阅读网站，来改善考生的阅读（Reading）能力。给学生推荐高质量的阅读材料，扩大阅读量，增加背景知识的输入。精选一些难易适中的，体裁多样、内容新颖、集趣味性、知识性、实用性于一体的篇目，让学生们去欣赏，由易而难，进而试着阅读英文原著。学生还可上网阅读英文报刊，如《中国日报》(China Daily)、《人民日报》英文版、《纽约时报》等。
（二）阅卷对英语教学的启示
1、继续夯实基础，打牢基本功，尽量避免各种错误的产生
要加强词汇、语法、句型教学，打好句子基础。在平时的写作教学过程中，教师要注重基础，加强对于基础词汇的识记，掌握基础词汇的基本形式和基本用法，如：名词的单复数、动词的各种形式、形容词和副词的比较等级形式，引导学生把写作与词汇、语法和句型等语言基本知识的学习结合起来。
高考的英文单词可以分为活的词汇和休眠词汇，休眠的词汇是指你认识它，却没有主动使用它的意识。大家要培养一种主动使用高级词汇的意识，摇醒在你脑中休眠的漂亮高级词汇，停止使用good, very good 这样的表达，转而投向 excellent, outstanding, terrific这些宛如衣服上的珍珠的词汇，为你的作文增光添彩。只有在掌握了充足词汇的基础上，写作时才能做到随心所欲地选择适合文章主体和风格的词以及符合英语表达习惯的词，以达到较好的表达效果；同时，增强语法的语用意识，加强基础语法与句型的训练，为阅读和写作服务。帮助学生更好地掌握非谓语动词、各类从句、特殊句式等。让学生掌握简单句的五种基本句型，并在简单句的基础上增加其它成份，运用连词把简单句扩展成并列句和复合句，为写作打好句子基础。
2、由句式训练过渡到语段、语篇
老师要为学生创设多层次的练习活动，循序渐进，拓宽写作训练的途径。如：利用连词组句成段；和课文教学相结合，对有关课文采取复述、改写、仿写；和其它练习相结合。如： 6 口头造句、看图说话，可培养学生活泼的思维、组句成段的写作基础；加强单句翻译练习，做翻译练习可提高书面表达的准确性；让学生多读一些难易适中的英语读物，对丰富学生的词汇量和提高写作能力十分有益；平时多背一些书面表达的范文,从中体会写作技巧,品味一些好句式的表达法,为流畅的书面表达奠定扎实的基础。
注意：传统的方法，如翻译句子等，是非常切实有效的，因此，我们应该加大翻译句子的英语教学。
3、平时的写作训练，要因材施教
对于那些英语基本功好，底子扎实的同学，在写作时要着重指导他们在要点全面，词汇高级，连接手段，语言优美等方面下足功夫，同时培养修辞意识，加强要点写作意识，力争在高考中拿高分；对于那些中等英语水平的同学，指导他们在写作时要点全面，尽量语法正确，语句连贯，用自己有把握的单词；对于那些英语水平较差的同学，不要支持他们在考试中投机取巧，而要鼓励他们在练习或考试时首先看清题目要求，尽量使用简单句，尽量使用自己会的单词和语法，才能尽量多得分。
4、加强写作技巧的指导
1）在整篇文章中，避免只用
一、两种句式。要灵活运用各种句式。如倒装句、强调句、省略句、主从复合句、对比句、分词短语、介词短语等。避免重复使用同一单词或词组。2）使用不同长度的句子，通过分句和合句，增强句子的连贯性和表现力。3）段落开头要有主题句，这样阅卷老师看起来会一目了然。4）学会使用连接词。如：
